Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage pour le transport de matières dangereuses conditionnées dans un ou plusieurs contenants. Selon l'invention, l'emballage comprend: une caisse parallélépipédique (1) en matériau semi-rigide tel que carton, au moins un module (2) en matériau semi-rigide tel que carton, comprenant au moins quatre parois latérales (12, 13, 14 et 15) assemblées, ledit module (2) de section sensiblement rectangulaire étant disposé à l'intérieur de ladite caisse (1), en retrait par rapport aux parois (4, 5, 6 et 7) de ladite caisse (1), et le ou lesdits contenants étant disposés à l'intérieur du module (2), et un matériau de remplissage en phyllosilicates expansés, de préférence vermiculite expansée, remplissant tout le volume résiduel à l'intérieur de ladite caisse (1) et dudit module (2) comportant le ou lesdits contenants de matières dangereuses. L'invention trouve application dans la fabrication des emballages en carton et leurs utilisations pour le conditionnement notamment de produits chimiques dangereux.
