Abstract

265,489. Clarke, F. Sept. 28, 1926. Boxes formed from special blanks; fittings, internal.-In a container for fragile articles comprising two boxes arranged one within the other, the inner box A is formed from a pair of blanks having interengaging tongues 4 and slots 21, the projecting tongues 4 serving to position the inner box in spaced relation in all directions from the inner surface of the outer box. The blanks are each scored to form three sections of the box, one blank being provided with the dovetail tongues 4 and the other having the rectangular shaped slots or recesses 21 formed therein. Paper shavings &c. may be provided between the boxes.
