Claims (9)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer mindestens einseitig kaschierten Wellpappebahn (43),mit zwei Riffelwalzen (2, 3) zur Erzeugung einer Wellung (36) an einer Papierbahn (35),mit einer Leimauftragseinrichtung (13) zum Auftrag vom Leim (41) auf die Spitzen (37) der Wellung (36) der gewellten Papierbahn (35),mit einer Anpreß-Einrichtung (16) zum Anpressen einer Kaschierbahn (38) an die mit Leim (41) versehenen Spitzen (37) der an einer der Riffelwalzen (3) über einen Anpreßbereich (40) anliegenden gewellten Papierbahn (35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) jeweils in Paaren von drei Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Abstand (b) zweier benachbarter Paare von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) kleiner ist als die Breite (a) jedes Paares von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c). - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Verhältnis des Abstandes (b) zweier benachbarter Paare von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) zum Durchmesser (d) der einzelnen Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) gilt 1,2d≥b≥0,3d.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (e) der Schußfäden (31) größer ist als der Durchmesser (d) der Kettfäden (3oa, 30b, 30c).
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußfäden (31) durch einen stabartigen Draht gebildet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) aus miteinander verseilten Litzen (32) bestehen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff der Schußfäden (31) weicher ist als der Werkstoff der Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußfäden (31) Kerben (33) aufweisen, in denen jeweils ein Kettfaden (30a, 30b, 30c) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden äußeren Kettfäden (30a, 30c) jedes Paares von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) gleichlaufend über die Schußfäden (31) geführt sind, und daß der mittlere Kettfaden (30b) jedes Paares von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) jeweils entgegengesetzt zu den beiden äußeren Kettfäden (30a, 30c) geführt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) jedes einzelnen Paares von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) jeweils entgegengesetzt zu den beiden benachbarten Paaren von Kettfäden (30a, 30b, 30c) über den jeweils selben Schußfaden (31) geführt sind.
