Claims (13)
- Brückenelement (10, 10'), mitzuführen auf einem Transport- und Verlegefahrzeug (3), insbesondere einem Verlegepanzer, mit einer Verlegeeinrichtung (4) zur Bildung von wahlweise einer Langbrücke (1) oder zwei Kurzbrücken (2), im wesentlichen umfassendeine feste Rampe (13),-- dimensioniert als biegesteifer Träger-- mit einem ersten Gelenk (14.1) im Bereich der Fahrbahn ausgerüstet-- und sich über wenigstens die halbe Länge der Kurzbrücke (2) erstreckend,eine bewegliche Rampe (15),-- dimensioniert als biegesteife Platte,-- mit einem zweiten, mit dem ersten Gelenk (14.1) korrespondierenden Gelenk (14.2) ausgerüstet,-- in eine angehobene und eine abgesenkte Position schwenkbar-- und sich über die restliche Länge der Kurzbrücke (2) erstreckend,und ein Verlegeprofil (11)-- mit im wesentlichen U-förmigem Profil, passend zur Verlegeeinrichtung (4), gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die bewegliche Rampe (15) ist in beiden Positionen durch eine untere Kupplung (24, 25) mit zwei Verriegelungspositionen mit der festen Rampe (13) biegesteif verbunden.
- Brückenelement nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die untere Kupplung besteht aus einem Steckbolzen (24) und zwei Bolzenöffnungen (25).
- Brückenelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:das Gelenk (14) zwischen fester und beweglicher Rampe (13, 15) ist ein verdeckt angeordnetes, durchgehendes Scharnierband.
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:an der festen Rampe (13) befindet sich eine festen Rampenspitze (12).
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:unter der festen Rampe (13) ist ein Zuggurt (20, 21) angebracht,der Zuggurt (20, 21)-- ist biegeweich dimensioniert-- und erstreckt sich auch unter der beweglichen Rampe (15).
- Brückenelement nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:der Zuggurt wird durch zwei parallele Strangpreßprofile (20, 21) gebildet,im Bereich der beweglichen Rampe (15) sind die Profile (20, 21) durch einen Querträger (22) verbunden.
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:an der beweglichen Rampe (15) ist mittels eines dritten Gelenks (17) eine bewegliche Rampenspitze (18, 18') angelenkt.
- Brückenelement nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die bewegliche Rampenspitze (18') stützt sich sowohl bei angehobener als auch bei abgesenkter Rampe (15) mit Hilfe von Druckflächen (16, 16') gegen die bewegliche Rampe (15) ab.
- Brückenelement nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:eine fest installierte Mechanik koppelt die Schwenkbewegung der beweglichen Rampe (15) mit der Schwenkbewegung der beweglichen Rampenspitze (18).
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:am freien Ende des Zuggurts (11) ist eine Zuggurtkupplung (23) vorgesehen.
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:Zuggurt (11, 20, 21), feste Rampe (13) und feste Rampenspitze (12) sind als einheitliche Kastenkonstruktion ausgebildet.
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:alle wesentlichen Teile bestehen aus einer hochfesten Aluminiumlegierung,alle hochbelasteten Teile bestehen aus Stahl.
- Brückenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:je zwei (10, 10') sind mittels Querträger (8, 9) zu einer Einheit verbindbar.
