Claims (10)
- Spinnanlage mit mindestens einer Vorspinnmaschine und mit mindestens einer Ringspinnmaschine und mit einem endlosen, umlaufenden Transportglied, mittels dessen Vorgarnspulen von der Vorspinnmaschine zu der Ringspinnmaschine und Vorgarnhülsen von der Ringspinnmaschine zu der Vorspinnmaschine transportierbar sind und das mindestens zeitweise Vorgarnspulen mit unterschiedlichen Vorgarnqualitäten auf Vorgarnhülsen mit den unterschiedlichen Vorgarnqualitäten zugeordneten unterschiedlichen Farben transportiert, und mit mindestens einem selbsttätigem Umsetzer, mittels dessen Vorgarnspulen und Vorgarnhülsen bestimmter Vorgarnqualität bzw. Hülsenfarbe in das Transportglied einstellbar und aus ihm entnehmbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein Farbsensor (17) vorgesehen ist, der zum selbsttätigen Erkennen der unterschiedlichen Farben am Transportglied (7) an ihm vorbeilaufender Vorgarnhülsen (11) und zum Steuern der Umladevorgänge des Umsetzers (5, 6) in Abhängigkeit von der Farbe der Vorgarnhülsen (11) eingerichtet ist. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jedem Umsetzer (5, 6) ein Farbsensor (17) zugeordnet ist, der die Umladevorgänge jeweils desjenigen Umsetzers steuert, dem er zugeordnet ist. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
dem Transportglied (7) mindestens ein Farbsensor (17) zugeordnet ist, der über eine zentrale Steuereinheit (19') die Umladevorgänge mindestens eines Umsetzers (5) einer Vorspinnmaschine (1, 2) steuert. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Farbsensor (17) zum Unterscheiden von mindestens n unterschiedlichen Farben eingerichtet ist, wobei n die Anzahl der an das Transportglied (7) angeschlossenen Vorspinnmaschinen (1, 2) ist. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Farbsensor (17) zum Unterscheiden von (n + m) unterschiedlichen Farben eingerichtet ist, wobei n die Anzahl der an das Transportglied (7) angeschlossenen Vorspinnmaschinen (1, 2) und m die Anzahl von Vorgarnqualitäten ist, die gleichzeitig wechselbar sein sollen. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 1, mit mindestens einem Füllsensor, der zwischen (vollen) Vorgarnspulen, (leeren) Vorgarnhülsen und leeren Hängehalterpositionen, die am Transportglied an ihm vorbeilaufen, unterscheidet und der Umladevorgänge mindestens eines Umsetzers steuert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der mindestens eine Farbsensor (17) dem Füllsensor (12) in Durchlaufrichtung der Vorgarnspulen (10) und Vorgarnhülsen (11) vorgeordnet und zum Aktivieren des Füllsensors eingerichtet ist. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 1, mit mindestens einem Füllsensor, der zwischen (vollen) Vorgarnspulen, (leeren) Vorgarnhülsen und leeren Hängehalterpositionen, die am Transportglied an ihm vorbeilaufen, unterscheidet und der Umladevorgänge mindestens eines Umsetzers steuert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Füllsensor (12) dem mindestens einen Farbsensor (17) in Durchlaufrichtung der (vollen) Vorgarnspulen (10) und (leeren) Vorgarnhülsen (11) vorgeordnet und zum Aktivieren des Farbsensors eingerichtet ist. - Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 3 und 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Farbsensor (17) und ein Füllsensor (12) zu einer Sensoreinheit (23) zusammengefaßt sind. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 6,

bei Zulaufen einer Hängehalterposition des Transportgliedes (7) zu einem der Umsetzer (5, 6) mittels des in Laufrichtung des Transportgliedes vorgeordneten Farbsensors (17) vorab geprüft wird, ob die Hängehalterposition eine (volle) Vorgarnspule (10) oder eine (leere) Vorgarnhülse (11) der dem Umsetzer bzw. dessen Vorspinnmaschine (1, 2) zugeordneten Farbe/Qualität aufweist und nur dann, wenn dies der Fall ist, der nachgeordnete Füllsensor (12) des betreffenden Umsetzers aktiviert wird. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei Zulaufen einer Hängehalterposition des Transportgliedes (7) zu einem der Umsetzer (5, 6) mittels des in Laufrichtung des Transportgliedes vorgeordneten Füllsensors (12) vorab geprüft wird, ob die Hängehalterposition eine leere Vorgarnhülse (11) aufweist und nur dann, wenn dies der Fall ist, nachgeordnete Farbsensoren (17) aktiviert werden.
