Claims (8)
- Schreibgerät mit einer im vorderen Ende eines Gehäuseteils (1) gehalterten Schreibspitze (3), einem mit dem Gehäuseteil (1) verbindbaren Halterschaft (10) und einem Schreibflüssigkeitsvorratsraum in Form einer auswechselbaren Patrone (25), die mit einem im oder am Gehäuseteil vorgesehenen Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) bis in eine durch Anschlag definierte Schreibstellung verbindbar ist, so daß sich ein mit der Schreibspitze (3) in Verbindung stehendes Flüssigkeitsleitrohr (8) in den Innenraum der Patrone (25) erstreckt, und die in eine Reservestellung verlagerbar ist, in der sie mit dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) verbunden ist, jedoch das Flüssigkeitsleitrohr (8) weniger weit in den Innenraum der Patrone (25) hineinragt als in der Schreibstellung, wobei die Reservestellung durch verlagerbare oder elastisch verformbare Rast- oder Anschlagmittel (6, 15) definiert ist, gekennzeichnet durch
einen die Patrone (25) halternden Patronenaufnahmeschlitten (20), der axial begrenzt verlagerbar in den Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) eingesetzt ist und mindestens ein sich mit einem Teilbereich (24) durch eine Öffnung (7) in der Wandung des Aufnahmeabschnittes (4) erstreckendes Federelement (23) hat, dessen Teilbereich (24) sich in der Schreibstellung und in der Reservestellung hinter einer radial nach innen gerichteten Ringschulterfläche in der Innenwand des Halterschaftes (10) befindet, der auf den Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) aufgeschraubt ist und der beim Abschrauben den Patronenaufnahmeschlitten (20) durch Eingriff von dessen Federelement (23) mit der Ringschulterfläche axial nach hinten verlagert, so daß das Federelement (23) radial nach innen und außer Eingriff mit der Ringschulterfläche bewegt wird, und wobei die zusammenwirkenden Rast- oder Anschlagmittel (6, 15) an der Innenwand des Halterschaftes und (10) an der Außenwand des Aufnahmeabschnittes (4) ausgebildet sind. - Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Patronenaufnahmeschlitten (20) rohrförmig ist und am vorderen Ende eine Ringschulter (22) zur Anlage einer Übergangsfläche (27) der Patrone (25) aufweist.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Federelement (23) aus einem sich im wesentlichen axial und nach vorn erstreckenden Federarm besteht, an dessen freiem Ende der Teilbereich (24) für den Eingriff mit der Ringschulterfläche (14) im Halterschaft (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Federelemente (23).
- Schreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rast- oder Anschlagmittel aus mindestens einem Vorsprung (15) sowie zwei zwischen sich eine Aufnahmevertiefung (6) für den Vorsprung (15) bildenden Vorsprüngen bestehen.
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Aufnahmevertiefungen (6).
- Schreibgerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Vorsprung (15) durch eine die Ringschulterfläche bildende Ringrippe gebildet ist.
- Schreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterschaft (10) einen Aufnahmeraum für die Aufnahme einer zusätzlichen Patrone (30) aufweist, die in der Schreibstellung der mit dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) verbundenen Patrone (25) und bei vollständig auf den Aufnahmeabschnitt (4) aufgeschraubtem Halterschaft (10) unter Abstützung am hinteren Ende des Aufnahmeraums an der hinteren Stirnfläche dieser Patrone (25) anliegt.
