Abstract

Eine Walzanlage für das Walzen aller Arten von Fertigprofilen aus Vorprofilen, die aus einer Stranggußeinrichtung kommen. Die Walzanlage weist eine Kompaktwalzgruppe auf, die aus einem Paar, nahe hintereinander angeordneter Universalgerüste (UG1, UG2) mit zwischen diesen angeordnetem Stauchgerüst (HZ) besteht. Dieser ist, parallel versetzt einer Vorwalzgruppe vorgeordnet. Diese Vorwalzgruppe besteht aus einer Gruppierung von ebenfalls nahe hintereinander angeordneten Vertikal-, Horizontal- und Universalgerüsten (VG, HG, UG). Der Kompaktwalzgruppe ist jeweils ein Rollgang (R2) vor- und ein Rollgang (R3) nachgeordnet. Der Vorwalzgruppe ist ein Rollgang (R1) nachgeordnet, der parallel zu diesen beiden Rollgängen (R2 und R3) über deren beider Länge an der Kompaktwalzgruppe vorbeigeführt verläuft. Zwischen diesem Rollgang (R1) und den beiden parallelen Rollgängen (R2 und R3) sind Quertransporteinrichtungen (QT1 und QT2) angeordnet.
