Description
- La figure 1 est une vue de face schématique d'un châssis fixe, dans lequel les traverses horizontales, situées à la partie basse de panneaux vitrés, comportent des ouvertures d'évacuation visibles de l'extérieur.
- La Figure 2 est une de détail à plus grande échelle, en coupe transversale selon la ligne II-II d'une traverse du châssis de la Figure 1, permettant d'expliciter le rôle et la mise en oeuvre des ouvertures d'évacuation.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe analogue la Figure 2, d'une traverse d'un châssis aménagé conformément à l'invention.
- La Figure 4 est une vue en perspective de la buse constituant le dispositif de l'invention.
- La Figure 5 est une vue de face à plus grande échelle de la buse de la Figure 4, explicitant les moyens de fixation de cette buse sous la traverse du châssis.
- La Figure 6 est une vue en coupe, précisant la manière dont s'effectue le montage du dispositif.
Claims (6)
- Châssis de porte ou de fenêtre comprenant une traverse inférieure horizontale (6) constituée au moyen d'un profilé métallique qui délimite une feuillure ouverte de réception d'au moins un panneau (4), vitré ou non, maintenu dans la feuillure par un retour vertical (10) dirigé vers le haut, muni d'un joint d'étanchéité (11) appliqué par l'extérieur contre le panneau au voisinage de son bord inférieur qui s'étend parallèlement à la traverse, celle-ci comportant, dans le prolongement du retour vertical (10), une battue (13) dirigée vers le bas, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une buse de drainage (17) formant un canal (19) d'écoulement des eaux, montée sous la traverse (6) et immobilisée contre la surface intérieure de la battue (13), cette buse étant fixée sous une ouverture (16) ménagée dans le profilé métallique de la traverse (6) derrière le retour vertical (10) de sorte que les eaux d'infiltration, recueillies dans la feuillure sous le joint (11) porté par ce retour vertical, franchissent cette ouverture (16) et s'écoulent dans la buse sous la traverse (6), derrière la battue (13) dirigée vers le bas.
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième panneau (5) situé sous le premier panneau (4) est monté dans le profilé métallique formant la traverse horizontale (6) et en ce que la buse de drainage (17) s'étend entre le deuxième panneau et la battue (13).
- Dispositif de drainage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la buse (17) comporte de plus un passage (25) ouvert qui s'étend parallèlement au canal (19) d'écoulement des eaux d'infiltration, entre la battue (13) et le deuxième panneau (5), ce passage permettant d'équilibrer les pressions dans la feuillure, entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de drainage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la buse (17) comporte une gorge de réception (26) d'un mastic (27) permettant de rendre étanche la liaison entre la buse (17) et l'ouverture (16) du profilé métallique de la traverse (6).
- Dispositif de drainage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la buse (17) comprend deux pattes latérales (28, 29) présentant chacune un talon en saillie (30) clipsé dans une rainure (31) de la surface intérieure de la battue (13) pour fixer la buse sur la battue (13).
- Dispositif de drainage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la buse (17) est réalisée par moulage d'une matière plastique ou d'un matériau similaire.
