Claims (7)
- Palette, bestehend aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Einzelteilen, die Platten oder aus Platten gefertigte Hohlprofile sind, wobei die Hohlprofile zumindest zwei randseitige, parallel zueinander angeordnete Längsträger (2) und zumindest zwei senkrecht zu den Längsträgern (2) und vorzugsweise randseitig angeordnete Querträger (3) aufweisen, wobei die Längsträger (2) Öffnungen (6) zum Einsetzen von Greifern eines Gabelstaplers od. dgl. aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (2) innenseitig jeweils mit einem eingesetzten, im wesentlichen spiegelbildlichen Träger (21) versteift sind, welcher Langlöcher (61) aufweist, die mit den Öffnungen (6) der Längsträger (2) fluchten und in Abstand von diesen angeordnet sind, wobei die Längsträger (2) sowie die darin eingesetzten Träger (21) aus offenen, einander zugekehrten und ineinander gesetzten vorzugsweise C- oder U-Profilen bestehen, deren übereinanderliegende untere Schenkel Kufen (4) bilden, auf denen die Palette steht.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querträger (3) durch Hohlprofile mit C oder U-förmigem Querschnitt gebildet sind.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckplatte (1) mit den Längsträgem (2) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und zu beiden Längsseiten durch Seitenteile (2', 4') fortgesetzt ist, welche Seitenteile (2', 4') jeweils um 90° abgebogen sind und die Kufen (4) bilden.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelteile aus Metallblechen, vorzugsweise Leichtmetallblechen hergestellt und durch Schweißen oder Nieten, insbesondere nietloses Nieten, miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Bleche eine Dicke von maximal 2 mm aufweisen und die Einzelteile zur besseren Verbindbarkeit mit Flanschen od. dgl. versehen sind und Löcher (8) od. dgl. zur Gewichtseinsparung aufweisen.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Deckfläche der Palette mit einem rutschfesten Material, beispielsweise Gummi, überzogen ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der querseitige Rand (1a) der Deckplatte (1) um 90° abgebogen ist, während der Rand (2a) der Seitenteile (2') zweimal, und zwar ein Mal schräg und sodann in die Ebene des abgebogenen Randes (1A) weiter abgebogen ist, sodaß an beiden Querenden der Palette Taschen (5) entstehen, in welche jeweils ein Querträger (3) einsetzbar ist, der mit der Deckplatte (1) durch einen Nietvorgang verbunden ist.
- Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Palette aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Halbpaletten besteht, wobei die halbierte Deckplatte entlang des Verbindungsrandes einen abstehenden Lappen (1A) und die Seitenteile (2', 4') jeweils einen gleichartigen Lappen (2A, 4A) besitzen, welche nach innen abgebogen und mit korrespondierenden Lappen der benachbarten halbierten Deckplatte verbunden, beispielsweise vernietet, sind.
