Claims (11)
- Schneckenpresse zum Extrudieren keramischer Massenmit einem Zylinder (1, 2), welcher längs in zwei Hälften (1, 2) geteilt ist, die voneinander trennbar sind,mit einer im Zylinder (1, 2) koaxial zu dessen Längsachse (18) angeordneten Schnecke,und mit einem oder mehreren an den Hälften (1, 2) des Zylinders innen auswechselbar angebrachten Verschleißeinsätzen (12 bis15), die achsparallele Längsränder (16, 17) haben,
wobei die Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis15) an ihren Längsrändern (16, 17) durch Keilleisten (24, 25) gehalten sind, die zur Sicherung gegen Drehbewegungen um die Längsachse (18) des Zylinders (1, 2) formschlüssig in einer passenden Keilnut (19 bis 22) des Zylinders (1, 2) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich weder die Keilleisten (24, 25) noch die Keilnuten (19 bis22) über die volle Länge des jeweiligen Verschleißeinsatzes (12 bis15) erstrecken. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Keilnuten (19 bis 22) und die Keilleisten (24, 25) nur an den Endabschnitten des jeweiligen Verschleißeinsatzes (12 bis15) befinden.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die im Zylinder (1, 2) vorgesehenen Keilnuten (19 bis 22) über die Stoßfuge (30) zwischen zwei in Längsrichtung des Zylinders (1, 2) aufeinander folgenden Verschleißeinsätzen (12 bis15) hinweg erstrecken.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Zylinder (1, 2) vorgesehenen Keilnuten (19 bis 22) 50 mm bis 200 mm, vorzugsweise 100 mm bis 150 mm lang sind.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Keilleisten (24, 25) nicht über die Stoßfuge (30) zwischen zwei in Längsrichtung des Zylinders (1, 2) aufeinander folgenden Verschleißsätzen (12, 14; 14, 15) hinweg erstrecken.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die einzelnen Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis15) über einen Umfangswinkel von annähernd 180° erstrecken.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis15) aus gebogenem Stahlblech bestehen.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis15) einen derart abgestuften Langsrand (16, 17) haben, daß sich die in Umfangsrichtung des Zylinders (1, 2) benachbarten Längsränder (16, 17) benachbarter Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis 15) zu einer Ausnehmung (31) ergänzen, welche den aus der Keilnut (19 bis 22) des Zylinders (1, 2) vorstehenden Abschnitt der Keilleiste (24, 25) aufnehmen und abdecken.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hälften (1, 2) des Zylinders derart abgestufte Längsränder haben, daß die einander zugewandten Längsränder sich zu vergleichsweise kurzen Keilnuten (19 bis 22) des Zylinders (1, 2) ergänzen.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den so gebildeten Keilnuten (19 bis 22) des Zylinders (1, 2) nebeneinander zwei Keilleisten (24, 25) liegen, von denen die eine mit der einen Hälfte (1) und die andere mit der anderen Hälfte (2) des Zylinders verschraubt ist.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauben (26), mit denen die Keilleisten (24, 25) am Rand der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) befestigt sind, in tangentiale Sackbohrungen (27) der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) gedreht sind.
