Claims (10)
- Verschlusskappe aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter, mit einem Befestigungsring zum Befestigen der Verschlusskappe am Behälter, einem mit dem Befestigungsring gelenkig verbundenen Deckel zum Verschliessen und Öffnen, und einer Einrichtung zum Arretieren des Deckels in offener Stellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiereinrichtung aus je mindestens einem nach aussen gerichteten, am Deckel (15,15') und am Befestigungsring (13,13') angeordneten Fortsatz (19;29,29';39;45) besteht, welche Fortsätze (19;29,29';39;45) in offener Stellung des Deckels (15,15') ineinander greifen.
- Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Fortsatz (19,39) am äusseren Ende einen Zahn (23,41) und der zweite Fortsatz (29,29';45) eine Einbuchtung (33;43) aufweist, wobei der Zahn (23,41) des ersten Fortsatzes (19,39) durch Öffnen des Deckels (15,15') in der Einbuchtung (33,43) des zweiten Fortsatzes (29,29';45) einrastbar ist.
- Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Fortsatz (19,39) beidseitig einen Zahn (23,41) aufweist und der zweite Fortsatz (29,29';45) zangenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Zange (29,29';45) durch Einführen der ersten Fortsatzes (19,39) elastisch spreizbar ist und die Zähne (23,41) des eingeführten ersten Fortsatzes (19,39) umfasst.
- Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zange (45) U-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei über die offene Seite des U die Zähne (41) des ersten Fortsatzes (39) einführbar sind und die drei geschlossenen Seiten eine kurze Rinne (45) bilden, welche Rinne an einem Ende an der Verschlusskappe (11') angeordnet ist.
- Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (45) der Rinne (45) breiter als die Rinne (45) ausgebildet ist und über seine ganze Breite mit der Verschlusskappe (11') verbunden ist.
- Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fortsätze in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Schwenkachse des Deckels (15,15') und bei der Schwenkachse angeordnet sind.
- Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Fortsatz (19,39) am Deckel (15,15') und der zweite Fortsatz (29,29';45) am Befestigungsring (13,13') angeordnet ist.
- Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsring (13,13') auf seiner Innenseite im Bereich des Fortsatzes (29,29';45) eine Versteifung aufweist.
- Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Deckel (15,15') und Befestigungsring (13,13') durchreissbare Garantiestege (53) angeordnet sind.
- Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gelenkige Verbindung von Deckel (15,15') und Befestigungsring (13,13') ein Film- oder Bandscharnier (17,17') ist und die Verschlusskappe (11,11') einstückig hergestellt ist.
