Definitions

  • the invention relates to a records Binder with a lid and a bottom, the upper are connected to a back, the back In adaptation to a stack height of the fondgutsammlung is variable in width, including the back continues on the bottom side in a slip, which is limited in a connected to the ground pocket limited.
  • a binder of this type is known from DE-PS671 229 A Blattstapei is held in the region of the back by an adapted exposable adhesive layer.
  • the freely 29iezing recorded plug-in tab is located within the pocket between two Blattfedem, so that your mobility is opposed to a certain resistance.
  • Such braking means are complicated and complicate the initial plug-in assembly or the reelnfädeln when it still has come to slipping out of the plug-in
  • EP-PS 382 179 there is the proposal to form a folder back antellig of an angled portion of the lid and an angled portion of the bottom in the opposite direction, wherein the sections overlap each other and thus allow a growing together of the back.
  • an infill-wearing technique is required with elongated holes and these penetrating bolts in the form of Heltklammem.
  • EP 0 292 412 A1 it is known that the limitation of the displaceability is achieved by a belt wrapping the binder, which also passes through the bag and can be closed in verchieden large Umschlingungshaven.
  • the object of the invention is to produce a generic records Binder manufacturing technology simple and nutzsvorteilhaft.
  • the bag can be of integral parts of the corresponding component, here the floor, realize, in such a way that the bag is formed from a connected to the floor folding flag which is simply taken transversely to the displacement path of the tab. Then the envelope section, the flagpole overflowing edge, turned over. Such a folding flag can lay over the entire distance in the folding direction route;
  • a solution is also advantageous in that the bag consists of two opposing, i. directed against each other, formed at the bottom tethers is formed. This leads to an even more stable solution, namely, according to the now double-fold connection areas of such flap flags.
  • the maximum adjustment can also be exceeded by grading, by the envelope section is prepared for length change accordingly by Umfalzung.
  • an advantageous feature of the invention is that a back-facing Schmalselte the folding flag interacts as a counter-stop with the envelope section.
  • a world-wide grading as over closely adjacent parallel folds is achieved in that the folding flag is longitudinally divided with the formation of partial flap flags for changing the counter-attack.
  • the beaten flag or Belde against each other taken beaten flags or a mutual succession of many flap flags welsen transverse stretching direction lying, practically ladder-like counter-attacks, also realized by the backward facing narrow sides of such Tell folding panels.
  • Welter Is it favorable that the back of the ground continues into a bag which covers the pocket completely or partially. This keeps the sheets forming the drape delimiting the sheets and announces what may be useful in certain cases, direct contact of the drawer or drawer. Written material with said means.
  • stitching tongues may be provided on the impact wall, etc.
  • a multiple-font collection folder results in an advantageous embodiment by stacked crates collected on top of each other, which are limited in one direction limited against each other slidably connected.
  • a bag which is open to the attack of an envelope section or of Umschbgabitesen serves as a connecting element to the individual records of collective bindings.
  • a particularly advantageous solution is achieved by a respective bottom of a first records folder and the lid of a second document Binder etc. limited slidably connecting pocket.
  • a solution of even independent significance is that the bag is formed by an intermediate blank having the flap flag or flags and the covers and bottoms bound together by the pocket each have the turn-up sections.
  • This pullout limitation device can be realized both by a common, astride-like attack both envelope sections on a counter-attack or using separate counter-attacks, which in the case of the formation of partial flap flags, as explained, are present. Then it turns out to be favorable that the intermediate blank has an impact wall extending beyond its back.
  • The may have support strips for lateral support of the recorded storage.
  • the mappenartig up and zuklappbare Loseblattsämmler hereinafter consistently referred to as records B comprises a cover 1 and a bottom 2. Both parts are approximately the same area size and have a rectangular plan. They are preferably made of cardboard material; but it can also be plastic or thinner paper.
  • Cover 1 and bottom 2 are connected via a back 3 in conjunction. This can be broad in terms of to change to increasing or decreasing stack heights of the document or storage material. Cover 1 and bottom 2 remain preserved in terms of area.
  • the corresponding expansion stock of the back 3 holds a subsequent insertion tab 4 ready.
  • the latter leads as a so-called stopper in a pocket 5 of this at least two-part designed document collection folder S.
  • the extract stroke of the insertion tab 4 is, for example, three cm.
  • the pocket 5 may also be a separate flat hose section. It may already be sufficient for a C-profile.
  • the end portions of the C-legs form groove-like shafts. Such bags can be stapled. Sticking or the like are assigned permanently.
  • Lid 1, back 3 and insertion tab 4 consist of a common first blank I in a substantially T-shape. Which is shown isolated in Fig. 4.
  • the maximum displacement x between pocket 5 and insertion tab 4 shown in FIG. 5 essentially corresponds to the selected maximum achievable or usable width y of the back 3.
  • the abutment A is from the bottom of the rebate joint in the direction of the Rear folded 3 envelope section 6 formed.
  • the displacement directions (back and forth) are indicated by arrows.
  • the corresponding Gegenhatt gets the se extract-limiting device by the aforementioned bag 5, which is part of a second, designated II blank, for example, shown in Fig. 3. His cover section 6 overlaps the bag 5 on top (see Fig. 6).
  • This attack is still given when, as illustrated in Fig. 5, the entire width y of the back 3 is retracted into the pocket 5, so that the back 3 there practically only offers a lid-close folding palate 7.
  • the attack is denoted by z (see Fig. 5).
  • a structurally particularly simple solution is to narrow the insertion tab 4 and to guide as a parallel strip tongue in one or better two transverse slots of the bottom 2 slidably. Quer means: transverse to the direction x. After threading, the free end of the insertion tab 4, the cover section 6, so folded over the back facing away narrow side of the respective transverse slot. This also creates an effective stopper. The turn-up section 6 can be folded outwards. This variant is not shown as easily imaginable. It is thus possible to remain in the usual form with respect to the bottom 2, i. For example, DIN A 4.
  • the bag 5 is integrated here particularly material-saving. In general, the pocket 5 can also be optionally formed on the cover 1 or on the bottom 2.
  • the second blank II is basically T-shaped outline, the T-land area forms the mentioned bottom 2 and the local T-legs form folding flags 8, which are taken transversely to the direction of insertion of the insertion tab 4 in the interior of the folder. They end there face-to-face.
  • the bag 5 can also be generated from only one outgoing from the bottom 2 folding blade 8.
  • the respective folding flaps bear the reference numeral 9. The far back narrow side of the flap flags 8 act as a counter-attack G to A.
  • the bottom 2 continues in the direction of displacement of the insertion flap 4 into a wrapping wall 10; as it were, extending the T-bridge.
  • the impact wall 10 starts at a fold line 11 of the bottom 2.
  • Cover 1, bottom 2 and impact wall 10 are approximately equal in area.
  • both the back 3 and the cover section 6 are prepared by apparent from the drawings, closely spaced folds, so that the back facing away narrow side of the folding flag 8 and the folding paths 8 also in contrast act as a counter-attack G of the attack A in effect.
  • the counter-abutment G can also be formed in a region of the pocket 5 which is closer to the back 3.
  • the folding flags 8 need only to be cut back accordingly. Over this you can move the counter-attack G formed narrow side more in the direction of the back 3.
  • a stepped arrangement of counter-attacks G is possible by slotting the folding flags 8 by degrees. Such a slot is shown for example in Fig. 6 and designated 12.
  • the in this way to form partial flap flags 8 '. 8 'longitudinally split flap 8 could also create stepped, ladder-like counter-attacks.
  • Fig. 5 shows in dash-dotted line type a second variant of the partial flap flags 8 ', namely alternately directed in opposite directions and each other clearly overlapping laterally.
  • flap flags 8 and 8 ' can also be realized as narrow strips, for example, equipped on the inside with a surface closure.
  • the edge portion of the insertion tab 4 would carry the counter-seal. Thought here is a so-called Velcro.
  • variable adjustment range can be covered in an advantageous manner by the mentioned impact wall 10, so that the documents or storage material, not shown, is taken in contrast separated.
  • the multi-script folder S ' the second embodiment embodying (see, for example, Fig. 11), is basically the same structure.
  • the reference numbers are applied analogously, in part without textual repetitions.
  • the individual records bins S are tied together via a connecting part. Reference is made to FIG. 11.
  • connecting part is a pocket-forming intermediate blank III, as it results mainly from Fig. 10 and in a modification also from Fig. 7.
  • III in preparing for mounting folded position he goes (III) in a perspective view of FIG.
  • Its pocket here designated 5 ', consists of two flap strips 8 ", which are folded against one another transversely to the direction of displacement (see arrows in Figures 5 and 6) .
  • These flap panels 8", 8 result from the same here as well T-shaped form of the intermediate blank III, thus forming a kind of tube section or pocket 5 'which is open all the time, which receives the bottom 2 of a first document folder S and the lid 1 of a second document folder S.
  • the trays 2 and cover 1 which are guided through the pocket 5 'and are limited by abutment, continue each into an envelope section 15 and 16 respectively Function of the cover section 6 and the binding of the binders S together and they take at maximum shared width y of the respective back s 3 is a close-fitting, astride-like position (cf. Fig. 23).
  • the envelope section 15 coming from the bottom 2 passes with its rebate base as a counter-abutment G against the stop A formed by the corresponding narrow side of the flap paths 8 "of the pocket 5 '.
  • the turn-up sections 15, 16 still remain in one An overlapping of the so-summarized document-collecting folders S is possible only with destruction of the corresponding displacement limiting means.
  • the intermediate blank III has a wrapping wall 18 extending beyond its back 17.
  • The has folding foldable, in the presentation underlined support strips 19, which take on a task as it is explained with regard to the guide rail 13 of the lid 1.
  • Fig. 24 shows one of the records Bensory S with in a greater width y transferred, the cover-to-floor-layer distance increasing back 3. This is one of the relevant stack height substantially fair expectant record this B folder.
  • FIGS. 12, 14, 16, 18 show the minimum usable width of the back 3, just in the sense of creating the folding roller 7, which width occurs or is sufficient for only slightly filled loose-leaf collectors.
  • FIGS. 13, 15, 17 and 19 indicate the maximum width y of the back 3, it being understood, of course, that by using the ladder-like stops A, an even greater broadening of the back 3 can be achieved, even more so Use of the rather long plug-in flap 4.
  • Opened in all representations of FIGS. 12 to 19 are also the respective subsequent wrapping walls 10 and 18, respectively.
  • Fig. 14 shows the occupation of both a stop A forming part-flap paths 8 ", 8", wherein the verhakungshunt the back 3 closer element with respect to its envelope section length or outlined adapted accordingly. This element results from FIG. 9.
  • the above-described tongue anchorage can grip, also in the sense of a slip that holds the parts together.
