Definitions
- the invention relates to a portable earth drilling device with a Motor gear unit, one of the motor gear unit driven drilling spindle and a handle device.
- Portable earth auger with one from a motor-gear unit driven drilling spindle are so-called one-man drills by means of two handles by a single operator manageable, this earth drill compared to two-man drills have reduced weight and performance.
- Such one-man drills are, however, at most for insertion a few holes in the ground. To the Making a larger number of holes is their handling but too exhausting, especially in rough terrain and on the slope it is also because of the operator high torque to be recorded also dangerous.
- a portable earth drilling device is for example from DE-B-12997046 known.
- the undertaking Connection part is designed as a strut. So that is although the operator is directly endangered by the drive unit largely turned off. Is not avoided meanwhile, a direct torque transmission of the reaction torque to the operator.
- US Pat. No. 5,007,492 is concerned with a portable earth drilling device, to prevent direct torque transmission of the reaction torque to the operator one Stabilization device is provided.
- This stabilization device consists of two opposite to one vertical and attached to the handle pivotable about a horizontal axis Anchor rods that are in at their lower end the earth be stuck. When the anchoring rods are inserted and the drilling spindle penetrates into the ground, the handle rotates as a result of the reaction torque transmission in the opposite direction. This means that the operator either change their position during the drilling process must to hold the handle securely, or their gripping position must change the handle. Both are particularly in difficult and rough terrain, especially on a slope always possible and can be very dangerous.
- the invention has for its object a portable earth drill to create that easy to handle and also in impassable Used on terrain and on slopes with high operating safety can be.
- An earth drilling device thus comprises a motor-gear unit, one driven by the motor-gear unit Drilling spindle, one parallel with distance to the drilling spindle, in with respect to the drilling spindle longitudinally supported support rod and a handle device.
- the support rod is expediently provided with a tip. This facilitates the penetration of the support rod into the ground. It can also be a post with another tip on the Support rod may be provided. By providing two tips is any possibility of twisting the support rod switched off.
- the support rod preferably has one at the front end Plate on.
- the support rod can be easily Put the foot on the plate pressed into the ground to a specified depth.
- the support rod can also be provided with a stirrup which e.g. the other mentioned Lace, in the shape of a thorn. The operator's foot is then securely in place during the drilling process Stirrup and automatically pushes one or both tips of the Support rod in the ground.
- the support rod expediently back end a fuse or a stop.
- a fuse or a stop can be, for example, a pin or the like act.
- a stop plate or the like could also be used be provided.
- the fuse or the stop and the support rod removable. In this way, the backup can be used for transport purposes or the stop at the rear end of the support rod is removed be, so that these from their holder or guide on Earth drilling rig can be removed.
- the support rod is preferably longitudinally movable on a frame strut stored.
- This storage can take the form, for example be a sliding bush. It can also be a roller bearing be provided.
- rotation of the support rod is then reliably prevented, at the same time, it ensures good longitudinal displaceability. Should the support rod, however, are secured for transport purposes, can do this simply by means of a Screw.
- the support rod by a spring in the longitudinal direction to about the length of the Drilling spindle must be biased. This causes the support rod takes a defined length position at the beginning and thus one safe guidance of the drilling spindle over the entire drilling process is guaranteed.
- support rods can also be provided, for example in the case of a one-man drill. These are then appropriate with respect to the drilling spindle symmetrically on the frame or one Frame part attached.
- the support rod of the earth drilling device according to the invention can also be a telescopic rod, so that the individual rod parts in The course of the longitudinal movement are pushed together.
- the support rod can also be advantageous by a spring in Longitudinally biased to the length of the drill spindle be. Increased stability and, in particular, operational safety arises when the support rods at their lower End are connected by cross bars.
- a handle device can also be used for increased performance intended for a second operator be, with a corresponding number of support rods are provided.
- a quick release is useful for Attachment of the drill spindle is provided so that the invention Earth drilling rig easily disassembled and transported in individual parts and can be stored.
- the reference numeral 1 means a portable one Earth drilling rig according to a first embodiment of the invention.
- the earth drilling device 1 comprises a motor 3, usually an internal combustion engine, which has a transmission 5 with a Drilling spindle 7 in the form of an elongated auger is coupled.
- a Quick release 9 provided for the attachment of the drilling spindle 7 .
- the earth boring machine continues a fixed bracket 11, the ends of the handle side are bent towards handle parts 13.
- One of the two handles or attachments 15a usually supports the operation of an earth auger necessary actuators. Is also firmly connected a stable cross strut 17, one at its outer end Bearing bush 19 carries. Inside is the sliding bush illustrated Embodiment provided with a ball bearing.
- a support rod 21 is passed through the sliding bush 19, which is movable in the longitudinal direction. This is indicated by arrow 29 indicated. At the upper end, the support rod 21 has one Split pin 23 on which the support rod 21 slips prevented downwards. The cotter pin 23 is removable, so that the support rod 21 can be removed, for example for transportation purposes. There is also a for transport purposes Locking screw 20 provided, by means of which the pushed back Support rod 21 can be clamped in this position can.
- the front end of the support rod 21 has a tip or Sharpening 25 on. In between, the support rod 21 carries one Plate 27.
- additional support rods can be provided be, for example in FIG. 1 using the example of another Support rod 21 'is illustrated.
- the tip 25 of the support rod 21 approximately at the same level as the tip of the drill spindle 7 is located.
- the longitudinal dimensioning is such that when starting work, initially the plate 27 pressed with the foot against the ground can be where they the frame of the earth drilling machine 1 during of the entire drilling process. With increasing Feeding the drilling spindle 7 into the ground slides the sliding bush 19 along the support rod 21 together with the penetrating Drill spindle 7 down until the drilling process is completed is or the drilling spindle 7 reaches its end position Has.
- the support rod thus takes place during the entire drilling process 21 all from the drilling spindle in connection with the motor gear block generated reaction torques, so that this need not be intercepted by the operator. On this way a great relief is achieved and the risk of accidents is far less because the operator has a good one Can occupy a stand.
- Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of an earth drilling device according to the invention. This differs from the one before described in the design of the support rod. So far the parts are the same as parts of the first embodiment, they are identified by the same reference numerals not described again.
- the support rod 21 '' is designed as a square tube and is in a bushing 31 by means of rollers 33 mounted for longitudinal movement.
- the lower end of the support rod 21 ′′ has a tip in the form of a Dorns 25 'on.
- a foot bracket 35 is attached to it, which at the bottom another mandrel 37 as a tip for plugging into the ground.
- the cross-sectional shape of the support rod 21 ′′ prevents anything Turning in the socket 31. Further through the two mandrels 25 ' and 37 of the support rod 21 '' ensures that the support rod 21 '' is securely anchored in the ground without them wandering there can.
- the bracket 35 acts as an operating aid and at the same time as protection for the operator.
