Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Füllungsplatte (5), die größenindividuell in einen umgebenden Rahmen (3) aus Profilholmen eingepaßt wird, wobei auf der Außenseite (17) und auf der Innenseite (18) der Füllungsplatte (5) jeweils äußere (7) bzw. innere (6) Falzüberschlagsleisten mit den Profilholmen verbunden sind, zwischen denen die Füllungsplatte (5) seitlich so eingebettet ist, daß ihr Außenrand (19) um ein bestimmtes Maß überdeckt wird, und wobei die Füllungsplatte (5) eine außenliegende Platte (8) und eine innenliegende Platte (9) jeweils aus Hartstoff, verbunden durch einen dazwischenliegenden Kern (10) aus Füllungsmaterial, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.0 die Füllungsplatte (5) zunächst durch Zuschnitt aus einer Großplatte herausgetrennt wird, und daß1.1 anschließend das Füllungsmaterial des Kerns (10) im Außenrandbereich der Füllungsplatte herausgenommen wird, und daß1.2 danach das herausgenommene Material des Kern (10) durch eine Außenrandverstärkung (11) aus Hartstoff ersetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß2.0 das Füllungsmaterial des Kerns (10) über die Dicke (20) des Kerns herausgenommen und durch eine Außenrandverstärkung (11) ersetzt wird, die sowohl mit der außenliegenden Platte (8) als auch mit der innenliegenden Platte (9) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenrandverstärkung (11) zumindest an den horizontalliegenden Profilholmen angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllungsmaterial umlaufend aus der Füllungsplatte herausgenommen und durch eine Außenrandverstärkung (11) ersetzt wird, die als geschlossener Ring um den Umfang der Füllungsplatte (5) herumverläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (10) aus Füllungsmaterial sowie die außenliegende Platte (8) und die innenliegende Platte (9) mit der Außenrandverstärkung (11) verklebt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenrandverstärkung (11) durch Angießen eines Kunststoffharzes, vorzugsweise PU-Harz, gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllungsmaterial lediglich soweit herausgenommen wird, daß die Außenrandverstärkung (11) das Maß der Überdeckung der Füllungsplatte (5) durch die äußere Falzüberschlagsleiste (7) unterschreitet, oder nur bis zu etwa 4 cm überschreitet.
