Claims (9)
- Rammgerät, insbesondere zur Durchführung von Rammsondierungen, welches mit einer in den Boden (1) einzurammenden Stange (2) in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist, bestehend aus einer Ramme (10), die mit einer einen Zylinder bildenden Längsbohrung (11) versehen ist, in welche eine Kolbenstange (7) mit Kolben (9) eingesetzt ist, und welche Ramme (10) mittels Druckluft bezüglich des Kolbens (9) anhebbar ist und nach einem Druckabfall in die Ausgangslage zurückfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (7) eine durchgehende Längsöffnung (8) aufweist, durch welche die Stange (2) hindurchgeführt ist, dass an der Stange (2) ein Amboss (3) befestigbar ist und in der Höhe verstellbar ist, auf welchem die Kolbenstange abgestutzt werden kann, und dass eine Hebeeinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist, die auf die Stange (2) aufsteckbar ist und mit welcher die Kolbenstange (7) zusammen mit der Ramme (10) anhebbar ist.
- Rammgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebeeinrichtung (21) als Seilzug ausgebildet ist, dessen Umlenkrollen (25; 22) an der Kolbenstange (7) und an einem auf die Stange (2) aufsteckbaren Teil (20) der Hebeeinrichtung (21) angebracht sind.
- Rammgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Amboss (3) aus einem ringförmigen Körper (4) gebildet ist, der mittels Keilen (5) an der Stange (2) befestigbar ist.
- Rammgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am obenseitigen Endbereich (12) der Ramme (10) ein Abschlussdeckel (13) angebracht ist, welcher die durchgehende Kolbenstange (7) im wesentlichen dicht umschliesst, dass eine Einlassöffnung (33) für Druckluft vorgesehen ist, welche in den Raum (18) zwischen Kolben (9) und Abschlussdeckel (13) mündet, und dass eine Ventileinrichtung (16) vorgesehen ist, die mindestens eine Ablassöffnung (28), welche den Raum (18) mit der Umgebung verbindet, gesteuert öffnet und schliesst.
- Rammgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Ablassöffnungen (28) im Abschlussdeckel (13) über den Umfang verteilt angebracht sind, und dass die Ventileinrichtung (16) eine verschiebbare ringförmige Scheibe (27) umfasst, welche die Ablassöffnungen (28) verschliesst bzw. öffnet.
- Rammgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erste elastische Mittel (32) zwischen dem Abschlussdeckel (13) und der ringförmigen Scheibe (27) zum Öffnen der Ablassöffnungen (28) angeordnet sind, und dass zum Verschliessen der Ablassöffnungen (28) zwischen dem Kolben (9) und der ringförmigen Scheibe (27) zweite elastische Mittel (26) angeordnet sind, und dass die auf die ringförmige Scheibe (27) ausgeübte Kraft der zweiten elastischen Mittel (26) grösser ist als diejenige der ersten elastischen Mittel (32).
- Rammgerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare ringförmige Scheibe (27) durch Führungsmittel (30) geführt ist, welche mit einem Anschlag (31) ausgestattet sind, die die Verschiebbarkeit der verschiebbaren ringförmigen Scheibe (27) in die Offenstellung begrenzt.
- Rammgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am untenseitigen Endbereich (14) der Ramme (10) eine Entlüftungsöffnung (19) angebracht ist, die so angeordnet ist, dass diese im angehobenen Zustand der Ramme (10) den Raum (18) zwischen dem Kolben (9) und dem Abschlussdeckel (13) mit der Umgebung verbindet.
- Rammgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführung der Druckluft durch die Einlassöffnung (33) in den Raum (18) zwischen Kolben (9) und Abschlussdeckel (13) während dem Betrieb stetig erfolgt.
