Claims (10)
- Conteneur (1) pour le stockage temporaire et le transport de produits thermo-sensibles dans des conditions de continuité totale dans la chaíne des températures requises, comprenant un caisson (2) isotherme et étanche à ouverture supérieure, une source froide (9) constituée par au moins un évaporateur et un groupe moto-compresseur, produisant à l'intérieur du caisson (2) des frigories jusqu'à atteindre une température prédéterminée, et un ensemble chauffant (10) logé à l'intérieur du caisson (2) pour produire des calories et pour permettre un rapide ajustement de la température interne à une consigne programmée entre -30°C et +40°C, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble chauffant (10) comporte un élément chauffant (23), disposé dans une tuyère cylindrique (24), positionnée verticalement à l'intérieur du caisson (2), et un ventilateur (25) disposé à l'entrée supérieure de la même tuyère pour aspirer l'air dans la partie haute, le propulser à l'intérieur de la tuyère (24) sur l'élément chauffant (23) et enfin l'éjecter en partie basse du caisson (2).
- Conteneur (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'élément chauffant (23) est une lampe, de préférence halogène.
- Conteneur (1) selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la lampe halogène (23) est une lampe à deux filaments du type équipant les projecteurs de véhicules automobiles dont on utilise soit un seul filament, soit les deux, mis en série ou en parallèle.
- Conteneur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les parois internes (3) du caisson (2) sont munies de grilles (22) du type treillis pour empêcher tout contact des produits thermo-sensibles avec les parois réfrigérées et assurer une circulation convenable de l'air intérieur.
- Conteneur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le fond (4) du caisson (2) est muni de rainures (11) permettant le passage de l'air sous les produits entreposés.
- Conteneur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la régulation thermique à l'intérieur du caisson (2) est obtenue à partir d'un capteur thermostatique interne (12), de préférence disposé à l'opposé de l'ensemble chauffant (10), agissant sur un processeur (13) programmable commandant indifféremment l'élément chauffant (23) et le ventilateur (25) ou la source froide (9), afin d'atteindre le plus rapidement possible la température de consigne (15) voulue à l'intérieur du caisson (2).
- Conteneur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'un agitateur autonome est prévu pour les produits liquides et particulièrement pour les produits sanguins labiles.
- Conteneur (1) selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que l'agitateur est constitué d'un système à bascule donnant à la cuve maintenant les poches de produits, un mouvement alternatif pendulaire, ou de va et vient au moyen d'un moteur de tournebroche auto alimenté à rotation continue ou alternée.
- Conteneur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'un bac amovible dont le caisson et l'enveloppe sont munis de double paroi avantageusement photo-opaque et thermo-accumulatrice, emprisonnant un liquide caloporteur, par exemple du mono-éthylène glycol, peut être inséré à l'intérieur du caisson (2) afin d'accélérer et de faciliter les opérations de chargement et déchargement du conteneur (1) ainsi que son nettoyage.
- Conteneur (1) selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que le bac amovible est muni d'une sonde de température interne couplée à un thermomètre, par exemple digital, à lecture externe.
