Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor covering made of individually assembled panels according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a floor covering for wet rooms which has two layers is constructed.
- the lower layer is covered by an entire floor flexible mat formed, which has upward-facing knobs.
- On this knob is a top layer formed from individual plates with down directed projections held form-fitting.
- the top layer also shows Through holes through which water can penetrate. Between the top layer and the underlying mat form water channels, some Allow drainage of the penetrating water.
- To lay this floor must however, the entire floor area initially with the one-piece contiguous Mat be laid out to ensure correct alignment of the cover plates to each other to ensure.
- the invention has for its object a floor covering from individually assembled To create records that are particularly easy even by untrained people correct alignment to the room can be created.
- the centering part which grips between the support elements provides for in a simple manner locking the first panel to be installed. You only have to do that beforehand Centering part correctly aligned to the room, preferably a crosshair is recorded on the floor.
- the centering part is then on the Floor fixed, for example by gluing, but preferably by means of a detachable screw connection.
- the first floor slab to be installed is simply plugged onto the centering part, the side walls of the support elements are supported on the lateral contact surfaces of the centering part, so that the base plate is sufficiently locked in the lateral direction and orientation.
- the centering part and thus the first floor slab to be installed can be placed in the base Be positioned in the middle of the room so that the laying of the flooring from the The center of the room is made on all sides. This will result in misplacement uneven or sloping walls reliably avoided.
- To the other floor slabs To be able to lay it correctly and to keep it with sufficient certainty are the responsibility of Floor plates holding means provided, through which they capture each other. In order to the individual plates can be attached to one another directly without another centering part be added so that there is a complete floor covering. It is not required to glue the individual panels to the floor or otherwise to connect to the floor because the middle plate through the centering part and the edge plates are locked by a commonly installed baseboard.
- the holding means for the mutual detection of the plates ensure a sufficient secure hold of all other plates.
- the surprising results Advantage that the entire floor covering can be easily dismantled without being destroyed can be. This is particularly the case with floor coverings such as those on Measuring are used, of particular importance, since this is the flooring frequently has to be assembled and dismantled.
- the support elements of the plates are preferably supported directly on the flat floor and the centering part engages between the support elements. This ensures that despite the use of the centering part and the Using completely identical plates, the surfaces of the plates in a common Level. The plate gripped by the centering part can therefore despite the the centering part underneath has the same overall height as all other plates. On the one hand, this simplifies the manufacture of the plates, since there is only one Mold is required. On the other hand, this also makes it easier to lay the floor covering, because there is no need to pay attention to differently designed plates.
- the support elements laterally the contact surfaces of the centering part to capture. This ensures that the first plate with sufficient precision against horizontal displacements or twists is locked, but at the same time pulling this plate from the centering in vertical direction.
- the centering part preferably has at least three Contact surfaces for the support elements of the plate to ensure sufficient protection against rotation to ensure.
- the plate could also be positively attached to the centering part, so that a firm hold of the first plate is ensured and that it does not accidentally move solves. At the same time, this results in a particularly precise alignment of these Plate to the centering part, so that the floor covering can be laid particularly precisely.
- the plate is only frictionally engaged is gripped by the centering part. This simplifies the manufacture of the panels as they can be removed from the mold more easily.
- the support elements or the centering part could be elastically deformed be so that a mutual tension acts between the two or the system coming walls have a greater roughness.
- the proposed cylindrical outer contour of the support elements gives a precise alignment of the plate on the centering part and at the same time a special one secure hold, especially since the contact surfaces of the centering part on the outer shape the support elements are coordinated.
- the support elements are preferred designed as a hollow cylinder with high buckling stiffness. This gives one Correspondingly high resilience of the floor covering, the hollow cylinder depending on Material selection and dimensioning in terms of height, outside diameter and Give the entire floor covering the desired elasticity.
- the centering part according to claim 4 is formed.
- This simple shape of the centering part can be cost-effective create by punching and it is sufficient if this is disc-shaped Stamped part between at least three support elements and is supported there.
- the Holding effect for the plate is ensured.
- a polygon with multiple Grip the support elements a more stable support of the plate on the centering part results.
- a rectangular or square shape can be selected, the sides of each between the aligned rows of support elements grip.
- the support elements offset from row to row such that the support elements are arranged in alignment with each other enclose an angle of 60 °.
- the centering part Triangular or hexagonal shape preferred, the sides of each between the support elements grab the plate.
- the central recess also has the special one Advantage that the support elements which reach into the interior of the centering part Plate are not hindered and still the centering part has high dimensional stability owns. The support elements reaching into the recess can be used for further Contributing down the plate.
- orientation features on. After drawing a crosshair on the floor, for example by a chalk line with dry paint can happen, the centering is particularly easy with the help of these orientation features made to coincide with the crosshairs. This is preferable the orientation features are perpendicular to each other to make them easy to align with a right-angled crosshair. It is irrelevant whether the orientation features are painted on the centering part in the form of lines or whether they are formed in the form of tips or notches on the centering part.
- a preferred embodiment of the holding means for mutually holding the plates results from claim 7.
- the use of tongue and groove profiling as a holding means enables easy laying of individual panels, being the connection point is still sufficiently tight. This makes the flooring easy can be cleaned damp without the risk of water passing through the connection point through two panels to the screed underneath.
- a one-piece creation of the holding means with the plate is particularly simple and inexpensive, since there are no additional steps to create and attach the Retaining means are required.
- the holding means are used to further simplify the laying of the individual panels according to claim 8 provided on the face of the plate. So that the plates simply put it on the floor and move it towards the last tile laid to fix them. To do this, the panels that have already been laid must be in no way raised, which could result in misplacement. Furthermore is achieved by the holding means provided on the end that the laying the plates are particularly simple and therefore also made by inexperienced users can be. An undercut of the holding means ensures a safe Hold the individual plates together so that the plates form a relatively firm bond result, which also withstands high pedaling loads.
- An interlocking design of the holding means on opposite sides the plate according to claim 9 simplifies the laying of the individual plates.
- the Panels can always be placed in the same orientation.
- all plates including the holding means are completely the same can be designed, on the one hand, the manufacture and on the other hand the laying the plates simplified.
- the holding means each on the entire width of the plate. On the one hand, this results in an optimal hold of the individual plates to each other, on the other hand, this makes the connection point tight further improved against penetrating water.
- a floor plate 1 according to FIG. 1 is on a centering part which can be fixed on the floor 2 held, both parts are made of plastic.
- the plate 1 has downward support elements 3 in the form of hollow cylinders, which are in one piece are formed on a square plate 3 '.
- On the two other end faces 5 of the panel 3 'springs 5' are formed, which correspond to the grooves 4 'are formed.
- the support elements 3 are supported laterally on the centering part 2, which consists of a flat Disc 6 is made, which is largely square and the center has a recess 6 '. Several support elements engage in this recess 6 ' 3 of plate 1.
- the centering part 2 At each corner point 7 of the centering part 2 there is a bore 8 provided that means for attaching the centering part 2 to the underlying floor a screw, not shown.
- Has 7 in the area of each corner the centering part 2 four hollow cylindrical shaped contact surfaces 9, which match cylindrical outer contour 10 of the support elements 3 are formed.
- the centering part 2 thus has a total of sixteen contact surfaces 9, with which it is the support elements 3 of the plate 1 is detected and in this way the plate 1 locked.
- the centering part 2 has four orientation features 11, which are formed in the form of arrow-like projections on the centering part 2 are.
- the individual orientation features 11 are offset from one another by 90 °, so that a correct alignment of the centering part 2 by coinciding with the orientation features 11 with a crosshair previously recorded on the ground can be done.
- Figure 2 shows a sectional view through a plate 1 according to Figure 1, next to the another plate 1 is on the floor B. From this figure is particularly too see that the groove 4 'and the spring 5' each have undercuts 12, 13. Because of these undercuts 12, 13, the groove 4 'and the tongue form 5 'a clip connection that accidental disconnection between two colliding plates 1 reliably prevented due to high tread load.
- the groove 4 'and the spring 5' are designed to match each other so that they form a kind of labyrinth seal for water entering the connection point.
- the centering part 2 and the support elements formed on the underside of the plate 1 3 have matching undercuts 14. This is a secure hold of the plate 1 on the centering part 2 guaranteed even with high tread loads.
- the surface 15 of the plate 1 has a structure that is in the form of Knobs 16 is formed. These serve to improve the surefootedness on the Floor plate 1.
