Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Entnahme von einzelnen Faserbündeln aus mehreren Faserkästen (14, 16, 18) einer Bürstenherstellungsmaschine, miteinem Bündelabnehmer (10);einem zu dem Bündelabnehmer (10) passenden Gegenstück (12);einem bewegbaren Schieber (20, 20'), der zwischen dem Gegenstück (12) und den Faserkästen (14, 16, 18) angeordnet ist;
wobei:a) der Schieber (20, 20') mehrere Durchgangskanäle (22, 24, 26) aufweist, von denen jeder einem der Faserkästen (14, 16, 18) fest zugeordnet ist;b) die äußeren Kanäle (22, 26) des Schiebers (20, 20') schräg auf den mittleren Kanal (24) zu geneigt sind; undc) zwischen dem mittleren Faserkasten (16) und jedem der äußeren Faserkästen (14, 18) je ein Druckstempel (28, 30) angeordnet ist, dessen dem Schieber (20, 20') zugewandte Stirnfläche je nach Stellung des Schiebers entweder an einer Seitenfläche des Schiebers abgestützt ist oder das gegenüberliegende Ende eines der äußeren Durchgangskanäle (22, 26) mit Druck beaufschlagt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bis zu drei Faserkästen (14, 16, 18) und bis zu drei Durchgangskanäle (22, 24, 26) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der äußeren Durchgangskanäle (22, 26) in Richtung der Bewegung des Schiebers (20, 20') um ein Maß versetzt sind, das in etwa der in gleicher Richtung gemessenen Breite der zugehörigen Druckstempel (28, 30) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (20) translatorisch bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (20) auf einer Kreisbogenbahn bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Durchgangskanäle (22, 26) an ihrem den Faserkästen benachbarten Ende einen kurzen, zum mittleren Durchgangskanal (24) parallelen Abschnitt (22a, 26a) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die äußeren Durchgangskanäle (22, 26) an ihrem den Faserkästen benachbarten Ende eine Verengung (22b, 26b) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserkästen (14, 16, 18) unterhalb von dem Bündelabnehmer (10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bündelabnehmer (10) kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet und das Gegenstück (12) passend gekrümmt ist.
