Claims (8)
- Verbindung zum Verbinden zweier rohrförmiger Rumpfteile (10,12) eines Flugkörpers, wobei die Außendurchmesser der Rumpfteile (10,12) miteinander im wesentlichen übereinstimmen und bei welchem die Rumpfteile (10,12) ineinander schiebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) der Innendurchmesser des mit dem zweiten Rumpfteil (12) zu verbindenden Randes (22) des ersten Rumpfteils (10) dem Außendurchmesser des mit dem ersten Rumpfteil (10) zu verbindenden Randes (14) des zweiten Rumpfteils (12) abzüglich einer Zusammenfüge-Toleranz entspricht,(b) die Ränder (22,14) der zu verbindenden Rumpfteile (10,12) mit radialen Bohrungen (26,20) für Verbindungsschrauben (30) versehen sind,(c) Klemmsegmente (32) mit Gewindebohrungen (34) entlang des inneren Umfangs des zweiten Rumpfteils (12) vorgesehen sind, in welche die Verbindungsschrauben (30) eingeschraubbar sind, und(d) der Außendurchmesser der Rohrverbindung im wesentlichen den Außendurchmessern der zu verbindenden Rumpfteile (10,12) entspricht.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Verbindungsschrauben (30) in jedes Klemmsegment (32) einschraubbar sind.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmsegmente (32) voneinander getrennte Umfangsabschnitte eines Rings bilden, dessen Außendurchmesser dem Innendurchmesser des zweiten Rumpfteils (12) entspricht.
- Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsschrauben (30) in zwei Reihen (28) entlang des Umfangs des Randes (22) des ersten Rumpfteils (10) angeordnet sind.
- Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke des Randes (14) des zweiten Rumpfteils (12) geringer ist, als die übrige Wandstärke des zweiten Rumpfteils (12).
- Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke des Randes (14) des zweiten Rumpfteils (12) geringer ist, als die Wandstärke des Randes (22) des ersten Rumpfteils (10).
- Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köpfe der Verbindungsschrauben (30) in dem Rand (22) des ersten Rumpfteils (10) versenkt sind.
- Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmsegmente (32) aus hochfestem Material bestehen.
