Claims (11)
- Drehverstelleinrichtung für Tür- oder Fensterbänder, mit einem Verstellschlüssel (10), der gleichachsig mit einer Lagerbuchse (12) eines Drehzapfens angeordnet ist und mit einem Verstellende (11) verdrehformschlüssig in eine unrunde Ausnehmung einer Lagerbuchse (12) einsteckbar ist, die mindestens eine Vertiefung (15) hat, in die ein am zugehörigen Band (13) festlegbares Sicherungsteil entnehmbar eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellende (11) des eingesteckten Verstellschlüssels (10) in Bezug auf die Lagerbuchse (12) außermittig angeordnet ist, und daß die Vertiefung (15) zur Aufnahme des Verstellendes (11) des Verstellschlüssels (10) bei entnommenem Sicherungsteil ausgebildet ist.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellende (11) des Verstellschlüssels (10) aus einer Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (16) besteht, und daß die Vertiefung (15) eine den Vorsprüngen (16) entsprechende Vielzahl von Rücksprüngen (17) im Außenumfang der Lagerbuchse (12) ist.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vor- (16) und Rücksprünge (17) mit gleichmäßigem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vor- (16) und/oder die Rücksprünge (17) einen mit einer Spitze nach innen gerichteten dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vor- (16) und/oder Rücksprünge (17) zylindrisch ausgebildet sind.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem die Lagerbuchse (12) aufnehmenden Bandteil (18) mindestens eine buchsenparallele Ausnehmung (19) vorhanden ist.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (19) und die Vertiefung (13) bei mindestens einer vorbestimmten Verdrehstellung der Lagerbuchse (12) gemeinsam einen auf das Sicherungsteil abgestimmten Verriegelungsquerschnitt (20) bilden.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungsteil eine auf das Stirnende der Lagerbuchse (12) aufgesetzte und mit Riegelstiften in die Vertiefung (13) eingesteckte Abdeckplatte ist.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (16) des Verstellschlüssels (10) an einem die Einstecktiefe begrenzenden Ringkragen (21) angebracht sind.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellschlüssel (10) einen über sein Verstellende (11) vorspringenden Zentriervorsprung (22) hat, und daß die Lagerbuchse (12) mit einer Zentrierbohrung (23) versehen ist.
- Drehverstelleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerbuchse (12) eine exzentrisch zu ihrer Längsmittelachse (28) angeordnete Aufnahmebohrung (30) für einen Drehzapfen des Bandes aufweist.
