Claims (15)

  1. Scharnier zum gelenkigen Verbinden zweier Platten (P1, P2), von denen wenigstens eine durch Drehen um eine zu den Ebenen der Platten parallele Achse (X) aufklappbar ist, vom Typ mit einem beweglichen Bauteil (1) zur Befestigung an der aufklappbaren Platte, einem Bauteil zur Befestigung an der anderen Platte und einem Bauteil (3) zur Verbindung zwischen den genannten Befestigungsbauteilen, das mit Einrichtungen zum elastischen Rückstellen der aufklappbaren Platte in wenigstens eine Winkelstellung stabilen Gleichgewichts zusammenwirkt, wobei die Rückstelleinrichtungen von einem wegnehmbaren Ring (4) gebildet sind, der in einer Vertiefung (10) des beweglichen Befestigungsbauteils (1) angeordnet und durch Anpressen einer Steuerkurve (30), die um eine zu den Ebenen der Platten parallele Mittelwelle (5) drehbar und vom Verbindungsbauteil (3) getragen ist, elastisch verformbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (30) vom prismatischen Ende des Verbindungsbauteils (3) gebildet ist, das beim Drehen der Platte einerseits mit seinen Ecken den Ring (4) elastisch zusammendrückt und andererseits mit seinen Seitenflächen die Platte in ebenso vielen Gleichgewichtswinkelstellungen stoppt und hält.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das prismatische Ende des Verbindungsbauteils (3) drei Seitenflächen (301, 302, 303) aufweist, die durch gerundete Ecken (331, 332) unter 90° miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (4) seitliche Vorsprünge (41, 42) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, ihn zwischen der Steuerkurve (30), einerseits, und einem mit dem beweglichen Befestigungsbauteil (1) fest verbundenen Anschlag (14), andererseits, festzuhalten.
  4. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (30) in Anlage am Ring zwischen zwei ausgehöhlten Zylindern (13a, 13b) gehalten ist, die mit dem beweglichen Befestigungsbauteil (1) fest verbunden sind und auf beiden Seiten der Steuerkurve die Enden der Mittelwelle (5) aufnehmen.
  5. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Befestigungsbauteil (1) von einem Bügel (11) gebildet ist, der zum Zusammenbau mit einem im wesentlichen parallelen Flansch (12) bestimmt ist, derart, daß einerseits im dazwischenliegenden Mittelraum zugleich der Ring (4) und die Steuerkurve (30) eingeschlossen werden und andererseits das Bauteil (1) am Umfang einer im Rand der sich öffnenden Platte ausgebildeten Aussparung (E) geklemmt wird.
  6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem zwischen dem Bügel (11) und dem Flansch (12) des beweglichen Befestigungsbauteils (1) begrenzten dazwischenliegenden Mittelraum ein Zwischenteil (8) angeordnet ist, das die den Ring (4) aufnehmende Vertiefung (10) umschließt.
  7. Scharnier nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (11) mit dem Flansch (12) mit einer Schraube (7) zusammengebaut ist, die zur Verankerung in einer Büchse (15) bestimmt ist, welche ein mit dem Bügel (11) oder dem Flansch (12) fest verbundenes Abstandsstück bildet und in die Vertiefung (10) in der Mitte des Rings (4) hineinragt.
  8. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (30) eine Innenführung (35) aufweist, die von der Mittelwelle (5) unter Herstellung eines rotatorischen Freiheitsgrades durchdrungen ist.
  9. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) auf der der Steuerkurve (30) entgegengesetzten Seite mit einem Bauteil (2) zur Befestigung an einer feststehenden Platte fest verbunden ist.
  10. Scharnier nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) am Befestigungsbauteil (2) mit einem 90°-Winkelstück (23) verbunden ist.
  11. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) eine Steuerkurve (30a, 30b) an jedem seiner Enden trägt, und die beweglichen Befestigungsbauteile (1a, 1b) mit elastisch verformbaren Ringen (4a, 4b) versehen sind, derart, daß die beiden Platten sich durch Drehen öffnen.
  12. Scharnier nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) gerade ist, um eine 360°-Bewegung der Platten zu ermöglichen.
  13. Scharnier nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) von solchem Profil ist, daß zwischen den beiden Steuerkurven (30a, 30b) am Ende ein Winkel zwischen 90° und 180° definiert ist.
  14. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsbauteil (3) an seinem der Steuerkurve (30) entgegengesetzten Ende mit einer Tragplatte (2) für Wandbefestigung verbunden ist.
  15. Verwendung des Scharniers nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zum beweglichen Verbinden von Platten aus Glas.
