Claims (4)
- Rundstapelbogenanlegermit einem Anlegerranmen (1),mit einem am Anlegerrahmen (1) gehaltenen Obertisch (2),mit wenigstens einem dem Obertisch (2) zugeordneten, um wenigstens eine Rolle (3, 4) und eine Umlenktrommel (5) geführten Obertischförderband (6),wobei die Rolle (3) oder die Umlenktrommel (5) drehangetrieben ist,mit einem Untertisch (11)mit einem dem Untertisch (11) zugeordneten, um eine stapelaufnahmeseitige Rolle (12) und eine stapelabgabeseitige drehangetriebene Rolle (13) geführten Untertischförderband (14, 14'),wobei der Untertisch (11) um seine stapelabgabeseitige Rolle (13) verschwenkbar am Anlegerrahmen (1) gehalten und gegen die Umlenktrommel (3) federvorgespannt ist, undmit flexiblen Führungsbändern (30), die mit ihren einen Enden (31) oberhalb des Obertisches (2) befestigt sind, sich um einen Umfangsabschnitt der Umlenktrommel (5) erstrecken, zwischen der stapelaufnahmeseitigen Rolle (12) des Untertisches (11) und einem Umlenkelement (32) hindurchgeführt und unterhalb des Untertisches (11) über elastisch dehnbare Elemente (33) anlegerrahmenseitig festgelegt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Untertischförderband aus wenigstens zwei durch einen Zwischenraum (18) getrennten parallel laufenden äußeren Förderbändern (14, 14') besteht,daß in dem Zwischenraum (18) fluchtend zu den äußeren Förderbändern (14, 14') ein gesondertes mittleres Förderband (19) in gleicher Richtung wie die äußeren Förderbänder (14, 14') laufend vorgesehen ist,daß das mittlere Förderband (19) um die stapelabgabeseitige Rolle (13) des Untertisches (11) und um eine Umlenkrollenanordnung (20) zu einer inneren Umlenkrolle (27) oberhalb des Obertisches (2) und um die Umlenktrommel (5) außerhalb des Obertischförderbandes (6) wieder zurück zur stapelabgabeseitigen Rolle (13) des Untertisches (11) geführt ist, unddaß die flexiblen Führungsbänder (30) jeweils seitlich von dem mittleren Förderband (19) angeordnet sind,wobei der Umlenkrollenanordnung (20) ein am Auslegerrahmen (1) angelenkter Hebel (21) zugeordnet ist, der wenigstens eine Hauptumlenkrolle (25) trägt und dessen Verschwenkung ein am Anlegerrahmen (1) festgelegtes elastisch dehnbares Element (23) entgegenwirkt. - Rundbogenstapelanleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Vorspannung des Untertisches (11) gegen die Umlenktrommel (5) das mittlere Förderband (19) in Kontakt mit der stapelaufnahmeseitigen Rolle (12) des Untertisches (11) auf deren von der Umlenktrommel abgewandten Umfangsabschnitt geführt ist.
- Rundstapelbogenanleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrollenanordnung (20) eine hebelseitige Einlaufumlenkrolle (24) für eine Umlenkung des mittleren Förderbandes (19) zum Hebel (21) und der Einlaufseite der Hauptumlenkrolle (25) hin sowie eine oberhalb des Obertisches (2) am Anlegerrahmen (1) gelagerte obere äußere Umlenkrolle (26) aufweist.
- Rundstapelbogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch dehnbare Element (23) am Hebel (21) gegeüber der hebelseitigen Einlaufumlenkrolle (24) angreift.
