- the German patent application DE 43 22 555 shows a resealable, rectangular folding box.
- This folding box consists of a rear side wall formed by an outer side wall part and an inner side wall part, a front side wall, two side walls connecting the front and the rear side wall, a bottom closure and an upper closure, the outer side wall part having a hanging flap in its upper region a correspondingly shaped suspension device, such as round or slot perforations.
- the bottom closure is designed as a tamper-evident closure in such a way that a tear-open tab can be broken out of the rear side wall for opening, which is inserted into the folding box for closure.
- the rear side wall is designed in a double position, that is to say that the folding blank has at least five side walls.
- the formation of the fifth side wall results in high material consumption in order to manufacture the folding box.
- a folding box is known from DE 295 15 110 U1, which consists of a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall connecting the front and rear side walls and a right side wall.
- the box has a reclosable bottom, preferably consisting of three bottom closing tabs hinged to the side walls.
- the box has three further closure flaps which are articulated on the front side wall, on which the left side wall connecting the front and the rear side wall and on the right side wall, and which lie opposite the bottom closure flaps, and a fourth closure flap, which is on the rear side Side wall, namely on the edge opposite the bottom of the rear side wall, is articulated and which forms the upper closure of the folding box together with the three further closure tabs.
- the fourth flap itself consists of a first hanging tab with a hanging device that is just articulated on the rear side wall, a second hanging tab with a hanging device that is articulated on the first hanging tab, and an end tab that is articulated on the second hanging tab, whereby the first suspension bracket, the second suspension bracket and the end bracket are arranged in a straight line one behind the other.
- the end flap is glued to the flap hinged to the front side wall.
- the invention has for its object a resealable, cuboid
- a resealable, cuboid To create folding box using the least possible material is inexpensive to produce, which has a tamper-evident closure, which can be produced with the aid of Machines can be set up, filled and closed easily and quickly and their Folded blank including any integrated hanger consists of a single piece.
- the folding box according to the invention therefore consists of a front side wall, one rear side wall, one connecting the front and rear side walls right side wall and a left side wall.
- the box has one of four Bottom closure flap formed bottom closure and one of four closure flaps formed lid closure, with two flaps of the lid closure are glued together. Furthermore is on the front side wall or on the rear A tear-open flap articulated by means of a weakening or predetermined breaking line, wherein the tear tab is opposite the lid closure.
- On the Floor flap the one directly on the front side wall or the rear Sidewall is articulated, there is at least one glue point that is finished at the assembled folding box, the bottom flap and the tear tab together bonded.
- the folding box In the folding box is in the bottom flap, which is directly on the front Side wall or the rear side wall is articulated, at least one punch present, which has a self-contained outline and on which the glue point is applied.
- the folding box is on the extension a hanger flap is articulated via a fold line, to which a flap is attached via a fold line is articulated, with a cut-out in the hanging tab, such as slotted or round perforation, is available.
- the punch-out advantageously has larger ones in the rear side wall Dimensions on than the punch in the hanging tab, to ensure that that despite the folding box cannot be avoided Inaccuracy the specifications for the dimensions of the opening, which may arise from the not completely overlapping punched out is fulfilled become.
- extension and the hanging tab can be glued together be to the stability of the hanger of the folding box formed from the two parts to increase.
- the fold line between the hanging flap and the flap hinged to the hanging flap can be shaped as a weakening or predetermined breaking line, and the extension from the rest at the rear Side wall can be separated by means of a weakening or predetermined breaking line. In this way, the hanger can be separated without the risk of the folding box tearing.
- the invention relates to the punch blank for producing a in the Faitbox marked claims.
- the folding box according to the invention fulfills the requirements set by the task by the special design of the bottom closure essential to the invention.
- the bottom closure initially consists of four common bottom closing flaps, two of which are folded inwards to prevent dust and dirt from entering the folding box.
- a fourth which acts as a tongue, is then articulated to the third bottom locking tab.
- the tear-open tab is glued to the third bottom flap using one or more adhesive dots.
- the box cannot be opened without destroying the tamper-evident seal now formed. Unauthorized access is impossible.
- After opening the folding box it is easily possible to close it again. Except for the tamper-evident seal, the walls of the folding box are otherwise made of one layer, with the exception of the intended bonding points. In this way, very little material is used for the design of the folding box.
- the folding box has a hanger, so it can be presented on the usual shelves with sales hooks.
- a hanger is formed on the folding box during the assembly of the flat die-cut blank of the folding box, which hanger is composed of two hanging tabs - and thus of two layers of material. This has the advantage that the hanger is characterized by great stability, so that it can withstand greater tensile stresses without fear of tearing out. In particular if the two hanging brackets are glued together, a firm bond is created, which can also be designed to be visually appealing.
- the folding box is machine-compatible, i.e. it is possible to do this fully automatically to be glued out of the die cut with the help of a conventional cartoner erect, in an appropriately designed filling station with the desired Product to fill, and the top closure as shown below Process also to glue. This way you get one for those inside products in the folding box are dustproof and reclosable Packaging.
- the punched blank 10 of the folding box 1 is shown in FIG.
- the die cut blank 10 can be made of cardboard, cardboard or another suitable material.
- the body of the erected folding box 1 is formed by the front side wall 11, the rear side wall 12, the right side wall 13 connecting the front side wall 11 and the rear side wall 12 and the left side wall 14.
- the tab 15 is glued to the left side wall 14. All side walls 11, 12, 13, 14 have a rectangular shape, but the front side wall 11 and the rear side wall 12, which preferably have the same dimensions, are somewhat wider than the other two side walls 13, 14, which also preferably have identical dimensions.
- the tab 15 is slightly trapezoidal in shape in the direction of its free end and on the one hand is so wide that it can be securely glued to the left side wall 14, and on the other hand is as wide as the two side walls 13, 14.
- the individual side walls 11, 12, 13, 14 and the tab 15 are connected to one another via corresponding fold lines 151, 131, 132, 141.
- the bottom closure 20 is composed of the four bottom closure tabs 21, 22, 23, 24, three of which are linked to the corresponding side walls 11, 13, 14 by means of fold lines 112, 134, 143.
- On the bottom closure tab 21 is further articulated via the fold line 211, another bottom closure tab 22, which acts as a tongue.
- the bottom closure tab 21, which is articulated on the front side wall 11, preferably has a rectangular shape.
- the length or height of the bottom closure tab 21 corresponds to the width of the two narrower side walls 13, 14.
- two further bottom closure tabs 23, 24 are articulated via the fold lines 134, 143, which taper towards their free end and which have a substantially trapezoidal shape.
- the two bottom closure flaps 23, 24 are folded inwards at an angle of 90 °, then the bottom closure flap 22, which acts as an insertion tongue, is inserted into the body of the folding box 1, thus increasing the protection of the bottom closure 20 against the ingress of dust or other dirt particles.
- a tear-open tab 40 is articulated on the rear side wall 12 via a weakening or predetermined breaking line 41.
- the tear-open flap has approximately the same dimensions as the bottom closure flap 21.
- two adhesive points 25, 26 are preferably applied to the bottom closure flap 21, which connect the bottom closure flap 21 to the tear-open flap 40.
- the bottom closure 20 represents the form of a closure with a tongue that is customary for such packaging.
- the lid closure 30 is formed from the four lid closure tabs 31, 33, 34, 52, three of which over the fold lines 111, 133, 142 correspondingly with the side walls 11, 13, 14 are linked.
