Abstract

Eine Rakelvorrichtung für ein Spülfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine besteht aus einem mit einer Farbrinne versehenen Rakelmesserträger, auf dem parallel zueinander zwei auf eine Farbauftragswalze anstellbare Rakelmesser befestigt sind, die zusammen mit der Farbauftragswalze, dem Rakelmesserträger und endseitig an diesem gehalterten, an den Rakelmessern und an der Farbauftragswalze anliegenden Dichtungsstücken aus elastomerem Material eine geschlossene Farbkammer begrenzen, und aus Leitungen zum Zu- und Abführen von Farbe in die und aus der Farbkammer. Um die Dichtungsstücke schnell und einfach austauschen zu können, sind diese durch spannende Schnellverschlüsse in ihren Sitzen gehalten.
