Claims (10)
- Packung für Tabakwaren, insbesondere Zigarettenpackung mit einem Behälter aus Papier, dünnem Karton oder anderem geeigneten Verpackungsmaterial, insbesondere einer Klappschachtel (12) oder einem Becher (65), zur Aufnahme einer Zigarettengruppe bzw. eines Zigarettenblocks (11) und mit einer Außenumhüllung (13, 67) aus durchsichtiger (Kunststoff-)Folie, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) zwischen dem Behälter, insbesondere zwischen Klappschachtel (12) oder Becher (65), einerseits und der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) andererseits ist mindestens ein Druckträger - Banderole (25) oder Zuschnitt (70) - angeordnet,b) der Druckträger ist dauerhaft mit dem Behälter - Klappschachtel (12), Becher (65) - durch Klebung oder dergleichen verbunden,c) der Druckträger ist mindestens zeitweilig (auch) mit der Innenseite der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) verbunden.
- Packung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - lediglich für eine begrenzte Zeit, insbesondere während der Herstellung der Packung, mit der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) verbunden ist, vorzugsweise durch einen sich selbst auflösenden Leim oder durch elektrostatische Aufladung der Außenumhüllung (13, 67).
- Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckträger vollflächig bzw. annähernd vollflächig durch Klebung mit der Innenseite der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) und/oder mit der Außenseite des Behälters - Klappschachtel (12), Becher (65) - verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Packungen für Tabakwaren, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen, mit einem Behälter aus Papier, dünnem Karton oder dergleichen, nämlich Klappschachtel (12) oder Becher (65), zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenblocks (11) und mit einer Außenumhüllung (13, 67) aus durchsichtiger (Kunststoff-)Folie, wobei zwischen der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) einerseits und dem Behälter - Klappschachtel (12), Becher (65) - ein Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) Zuschnitte für die Außenumhüllung (13, 67) werden von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn (37, 69) abgetrennt,b) der Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - wird in packungsgemäßer Relativstellung auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) aufgebracht und mit dieser durch Klebung verbunden,c) auf die freie Seite des mit der Materialbahn (37, 69) verbundenen Druckträgers wird Kleber aufgetragen,d) danach werden die Zuschnitte für die Außenumhüllung (13, 67) von der Materialbahn (37, 69) abgetrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - einseitig oder beidseitig mit Leim versehen und sodann auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) aufgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn (37, 69) (örtlich) elektrostatisch aufgeladen und sodann die Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - packungsgerecht auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) aufgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Auflegen der Druckträger auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) und nach Aufbringen von Leim auf die freie Seite der Druckträger ein Aufreißstreifen (28, 68) im Bereich des Druckträgers fortlaufend auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) aufgebracht und danach Zuschnitte für die Außenumhüllung (13, 67) abgetrennt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Packungen für Tabakwaren, insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen (10) mit aus Papier, dünnem Karton oder dergleichen bestehendem Behälter - Klappschachtel (12), Becher (65) - zur Aufnahme eines Zigarettenblocks (11) und mit einer Außenumhüllung (13, 67) aus durchsichtiger (Kunststoff-)Folie, wobei zwischen dem Behälter - Klappschachtel (12), Becher (65) - und der Außenumhüllung (13, 67) ein Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) eine fortlaufende Materialbahn (37, 69) für die Außenumhüllung (13, 67) ist einer ersten Leimstation (40) zum Aufbringen von Leimbildern auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) zuführbar,b) im Anschluß an die Leimstation (40) ist die mit Leimbildern versehene Materialbahn (37, 69) einer Übertragungsstation (41) zum Auflegen der Druckträger - Banderole (25), Zuschnitt (70) - auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) im Bereich der Leimbilder zuführbar,c) auf die Übertragungsstation (41) folgt eine weitere, zweite Leimstation (42) zum Aufbringen von Leim auf die freie Seite der mit der Materialbahn (37, 69) verbundenen Druckträger.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übertragungsstation (75) für die Druckträger - Zuschnitt (70) - ein Aktivierungsorgan (78) vorgeordnet ist, durch das die Materialbahn (69) vor dem Aufbringen des Druckträgers - Zuschnitt (70) - elektrisch aufladbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Anschluß an die zweite Leimstation (42) eine Fadenstation (43) angeordnet ist zum fortlaufenden Aufbringen eines Aufreißstreifens (28, 68) auf die Materialbahn (37, 69) im Bereich des Druckträgers.
