Claims (8)
- Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme einer Leiterplatte (2), wobei die Leiterplatte eine elektrische Anschlußzone (3) aufweist und das Gehäuse eine Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtung (4) zum elektrischen Verbinden eines isolierten Leiters (5) mit der Anschlußzone aufweist,
wobei die Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtung (4) auf einem Grundkörper (4.3) angeordnete metallische (4.2) Schneiden zum Durchtrennen der Isolation
(5.2) des Leiters (5) und gleichzeitigem elektrischen Verbinden durch Klemmen des Leiters (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die Schneid-Klemmvorrichtung (4) außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist, derart daß der Grundkörper (4.3) der Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtung (4) mit seiner Unterseite an der Oberfläche der Gehäuseaußenseite (1.2) anliegt,b) an dem Grundkörper (4.3) ein elektrisch leitfähiger Kontaktstift (4.4) zur Gehäuseinnenseite (1.1) durch das Gehäuse (1) hindurch vorgesehen ist undc) der Kontaktstift (4.4) im Inneren des Gehäuses (1) mit der Leiterplatte (2) verbindbar ist. - Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) aus Kunststoff ist und der Kontaktstift (4.4) bei der Herstellung des Gehäuses (1) bereits in dieses integriert wird, Insbesondere mit der Kunststoffmasse verspritzt wird.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte (2) in der elektrischen Anschlußzone (3) eine Öffnung aufweist, in der der Kontaktstift (4.4) mit der Innenfläche der Öffnung in der Anschlußzone (3) der Leiterplatte (2) arretiert und elektrisch leitend verbunden ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtung (4) zusätzliche Halte-Klemmen ohne Schneide (4.1) aufweist, deren Klemmenöffnung entsprechend dem Durchmesser des Leiters (5) so bemessen ist, daß der isolierte Leiter zwar arretiert, dessen Isolation (5.2) aber nicht nicht verletzt wird.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzum Anschluß von Flachleiterbahnen mit mehreren parallel zueinander angeordneten, untereinander jedoch elektrisch isolierten Leitern (5)eine entsprechende Anzahl parallel zueinander angeordneter, untereinander jedoch elektrisch isolierte Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtungen (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei jeweils die Schneiden (4.2) einer Schneid-Klemmvorrichtung die Isolation (5.2) genau eines Leiters (5) durchtrennen und diesen somit elektrisch kontaktieren,jeweils mindestens ein Kontaktstift (4.4) von der Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtung (4) zu je einer elektrischen Anschlußzone (3) auf der Leiterplatte (2) führt, jedoch für alle Leiter der Flachleitbahn eine über die gesamte Breite der Flachleiterbahn gehendes Halte-Klemmvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, welche die Leiter einerseits In die Schneiden (4.2) drückt und andererseits arretiert.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse eine Einbuchtung (13) aufweist, in der die erforderliche Anzahl von Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtungen (4.4) angeordnet ist und die einen Anschlag aufweist, an den die Leiter nur derart angelegt werden können, daß diese dann bezogen auf die jeweils zugeordneten Schneid-Klemm-Vorrichtungen ausgerichtet sind.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses eine Abdeckung (6) der Einbuchtung (13) aufweist, die vorzugsweise identisch der Halte-Klemmvorrichtung ist und die Einrastmittel (9, 10) zum Arretieren zum Gehäuse hin aufweist.
- Verwendung eines Gehäuses nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche zum Anschließen von Leiterplatten (2) in Schutzgehäusen mit besonders hohen Isolationsanforderungen, insbesondere wasserdichten oder Unter- bzw. Überdruckgehäusen.
