Claims (6)
- Einspritzvorrichtung für Dieselmotoren mit einem Düsenhalter (1), dessen Druckkanal (2, 4) einerseits mit einer Einspritzpumpe, andererseits mit einer Düse verbunden ist, wobei der Düsenhalter (1) gegenüber einem eine Düsennadel (5) in Längsrichtung verschieblich aufnehmenden Düsenkörper (3) mittels einer Zwischenscheibe (13) dichtend abgestützt ist, wobei ein verformbarer metallener hohlzylindrischer Dichtkörper (18) sich mit einem Ende gegen eine Dichtfläche abstützt und mit zunehmendem Anziehen der den Düsenkörper (3) mit dem Düsenhalter (1) verbindenden Düsenspannmutter (10) zunehmend gegen seinen Sitz verformt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Dichtkörper (18) mit dem anderen Ende in einen sich zur dem Düsenkörper zugewandten Mündung des Druckkanals (2) hin erweiternden konischen Sitz (19) im Düsenhalter (1) eingreift,und daß die Stirnseite (16) des Düsenhalters (1) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei eine zur Stirnseite (16) schräg verlaufende Restfläche (21) mit der Oberseite (15) der Zwischenscheibe (13) einen leichten Kegelwinkel (γ) bildet, - Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Dichtkörper als Dichtkonus (18) mit dem konischen Sitz (19) im Düsenhalter (1) entsprechender konischer Außenform ausgebildet ist unddaß die Gegen-Dichtfläche, auf welcher sich der Dichtkonus (18) abstützt, durch die Oberseite (15) der Zwischenscheibe (13) gebildet ist. - Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Dichtkonus (18) in axialer Richtung kürzer bemessen ist als der Sitz (19), in dem er aufgenommen ist. - Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Dichtkörper als Dichtring (22) mit zwei außenseitig entgegengesetzt konischen Abschnitten (26, 27) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Abschnitt (26) entsprechend dem konischen Sitz (19) im Düsenhalter (1), der andere Abschnitt (27) entsprechend einer konisch aufgeweiteten Mündung (23) einer Druckkanalbohrung (2a) der Zwischenscheibe (13) ausgebildet ist und wobei eine Gegen-Dichtfläche durch die Mündung (23) der Druckkanalbohrung (2a) der Zwischenscheibe (13) gebildet ist. - Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Dichtkörper als Dichtröhrchen (25) mit zwei außenseitig entgegengesetzt konischen Abschnitten (26, 27) an den gegenüberliegenden Enden eines hohlzylindrischen Mittelabschnitts (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Abschnitt (26) entsprechend dem konischen Sitz (19) im Düsenhalter (1), der andere Abschnitt (27) entsprechend einer konisch aufgeweiteten Mündung (28) des Druckkanals (4) des Düsenkörpers (3) ausgebildet ist und wobei das Dichtröhrchen (25) mit seinem Mittelabschnitt (24) von einer entsprechenden Stützbohrung (29) der Zwischenscheibe (13) eng umfaßt ist und eine Gegen-Dichtfläche durch die Mündung (28) des Druckkanals (4) des Düsenkörpers (3) gebildet ist. - Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Durchmesser des durch die Dichtkante beschriebenen Kreises gleich dem der die Druckfeder (8) aufnehmenden Mittelbohrung des Düsenhalters (1) ist.
