Definitions
- the invention relates to a building made of prefabricated ceiling elements, vertical uprights and floor-high outer wall elements inserted between the uprights.
- the object of the invention is the prefabricated elements of this To design the building so that it is made of wood and wood-like materials can be manufactured and that the building to be constructed from it can be carried out on several floors.
- the invention solves this problem by that the box-like ceiling elements in their corner areas each have at least one vertically running bore into which a on the end face of a post arranged bolt of the corresponding one Cross section protrudes, the corner area of the ceiling element on the Bolt-bearing face of the post rests and all corner areas one box-shaped ceiling element is assigned a stand and the outer wall elements are also box-shaped, on their A circumferential stop collar is provided on the narrow sides and this stop collar on the outside of the uprights and on the narrow ends of the Ceiling elements is set.
- Fig. 1 shows a post 1, as he for the construction of the building according to the invention is used in the corner area. It is in a so-called glue construction created from individual boards and has, for example, the transverse dimensions 80 x 80 mm. As far as here and in the following dimensions are mentioned, they serve exclusively for illustrative purposes.
- the length of the post is approx. 2300 mm (floor height).
- metallic plates 2 are defined, the dimensions (length and width) of which Cross-sectional dimensions of the post 1 correspond.
- the middle is above and below each a metallic bolt 3 arranged, the diameter of about 30 mm and whose length is about 120 mm.
- Stands of this type are used for the outside Building corners are required, but are also on the long sides of the building and can be used inside, which will be discussed in more detail below becomes.
- This type of post has a bolt on both the top and on the lower end face, are on the upper floors of the building used.
- For a post on the foundation plate a hole is provided in the bottom of the post.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 Other uprights are used for the construction of the building End faces are illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the post according to Fig. 2 with has a cross-sectional dimension of, for example, 160 x 120 mm on the two end faces each have two bolts 3, which are opposite one longitudinal median plane E are offset. Such stands are used on the long sides of the building.
- the execution of uprights according to FIG. 3 is also worth mentioning have a square cross-section with the dimensions 160 x 160 mm, where four bolts are arranged on the plates 2 on the two end faces are. Uprights of this type are used within the building, namely each on the upper floors.
- Stands of the type mentioned which are immediately on the foundation plate of the building to be erected on its lower end face holes for receiving bolts that with the foundation plate of the building are connected. This will be discussed in the following are explained in more detail.
- the ceiling element 4 for example with the dimensions 2400 x 4800 mm and a height of 240 mm is designed in the manner of a flat box. It has a lower cover plate 5, an upper cover plate 6, both cover plates Made in glue construction and consist of several board slats.
- the two narrow end faces of this ceiling element 4 are made of glued beams 7 formed, the mutually facing boundary surfaces 8 of these two The bars run diagonally downwards.
- This bar 7 takes over within the box-shaped ceiling element 4 a supporting function, so that at the Ceilings of the building to be erected no joists need to be installed and thus the ceiling soffits within the entire building are.
- FIGS. 8 to 10 An outer wall element 12 is illustrated in FIGS. 8 to 10.
- This too Outer wall element 12 is constructed in the manner of a flat box. It owns an inner wall plate 13 and an outer wall plate 14 and circumferential Edge webs 15. The cavity of this box-like outer wall element 12 is stiffened by vertically arranged webs 16.
- the outer wall plate 14 projects beyond the vertical edge webs 15, by an amount that corresponds to about half the width of a post.
- a circumferential stop collar 17 provided, the width of the protrusion the outer wall plate 14 corresponds to the vertical edge webs 15.
- This stop collar 17, the outer wall element as a closed frame surrounds, has on its side facing the inner wall plate 13 a groove 18 which serves to receive a sealing strip.
- a film 19 is arranged, which is airtight and the edges of are guided on the outside, in such a way that these edges along the edge web extend to the stop collar 17 and above this.
- This film 19 is in FIGS. 9 and 10 represented by a dashed line.
- the distance A of the stop collar 17th of the inner wall plate 13 corresponds to the thickness of the post.
- the bars S the outer wall element 12 can be chosen arbitrarily large.
- On the outer wall plate 14 of the outer wall element 12 can be a facade cladding be posted. This also happens at the factory. Such Facade cladding is not shown here for reasons of clarity. In such an outer wall element 12 can frame for Doors or windows are incorporated.
- 11 to 13 show an outer wall element which acts as a stiffening element is trained. It differs from the outer wall element discussed above in that instead of the frame-like stop collar 17 a penetrating the wall element in the central area, parallel to the wall panels lying stiffening plate 20 is provided, the edge of which the box-like Hollow body protrudes on all sides and thus forms a stop collar.
- This waistband does not need a groove to accommodate a seal, because this Stiffening element is already connected to the upright at the factory. Stand and stop collar are glued and screwed together. The cavities the box-like outer wall elements are filled with insulating materials.
- FIG. 14 now illustrates a horizontal section through the outer wall.
- the here upright 1 arranged on a long side of the building to be erected corresponds to that shown in FIG. 2.
- These uprights are with the ceiling elements 4 put together to a skeleton.
- a wall opening which is formed by an upper and a lower Front side of a ceiling element 4 and through these two ceiling elements connecting upright 1.
- the outer sides of upright 1 and the End faces of the ceiling elements 4 flush in a vertical plane.
- an outer wall element 12 is now inserted after into the groove 18 of the stop collar 17, a sealing strip 21 has been inserted.
- the stop collar 17 rests on the outer sides of the post 1, two adjacent lying wall elements (Fig. 14) between this upright.
- the stop collar 17 and the post 1 are screwed together.
- the before the cavity lying on the stop collar 17 is filled with insulating material, and the vertical gap 22 between the peripheral edges of the outer wall panels 14 is closed with a cover strip 23 which, as shown in FIG. or can also be attached to the outside.
- Fig. 15 shows a vertical section through a ceiling connection
- Outer sides 24 of the upright 1 are flush with the end face 25 of the ceiling element 4.
- the stop collar 17 rests against this end face 25 and is with it screwed.
