Description
- une table de travail généralement horizontale est portée par une base inférieure de table de travail,
- une semelle chauffante est portée par un bras postérieur de semelle chauffante dont l'extrémité est articulée selon un axe transversal d'articulation relative sur la base inférieure de table de travail pour autoriser une rotation relative de la semelle chauffante et de la table de travail l'une par rapport à l'autre entre une position ouverte dans laquelle la semelle chauffante est à l'écart de la table de travail et une position de travail dans laquelle la semelle chauffante est en appui sur la table de travail,
- une poignée antérieure de manoeuvre est solidaire de la semelle chauffante, pour assurer ladite rotation relative de la semelle chauffante et de la table de travail,
- des moyens de rappel élastique sollicitent la semelle chauffante en rotation relative vers sa position ouverte,
- des moyens presseurs produisent sélectivement, suite à l'actionnement d'un organe de commande, une pression de la semelle chauffante contre la table de travail en position de travail,
- un bras de liaison est relié par coulissement antéro-postérieur selon son extrémité antérieure à la base inférieure de table de travail, et est articulé selon son extrémité postérieure sur un axe transversal disposé en une zone intermédiaire du bras postérieur de semelle chauffante et décalé au-dessus de l'axe d'articulation relative,
- le bras de liaison constitue l'élément support fixe supportant l'ensemble des autres éléments de la presse à repasser.

Claims (8)
- Presse à repasser, dans laquelle :caractérisée en ce que :une table de travail (1) généralement horizontale est portée par une base inférieure (2) de table de travail,une semelle chauffante (3) est portée par un bras postérieur (4) de semelle chauffante dont l'extrémité (5) est articulée selon un axe transversal d'articulation relative (6) sur la base inférieure (2) de table de travail pour autoriser une rotation relative de la semelle chauffante (3) et de la table de travail (1) l'une par rapport à l'autre entre une position ouverte dans laquelle la semelle chauffante (3) est à l'écart de la table de travail (1) et une position de travail dans laquelle la semelle chauffante (3) est en appui sur la table de travail (1),une poignée antérieure de manoeuvre (7) est solidaire de la semelle chauffante (3), pour assurer ladite rotation relative de la semelle chauffante (3) et de la table de travail (1),des moyens de rappel élastique sollicitent la semelle chauffante (3) en rotation relative vers sa position ouverte,des moyens presseurs produisent sélectivement, suite à l'actionnement d'un organe de commande, une pression de la semelle chauffante (3) contre la table de travail (1) en position de travail,un bras de liaison (8) est relié par coulissement antéro-postérieur selon son extrémité antérieure (10) à la base inférieure (2) de table de travail, et est articulé selon son extrémité postérieure (11) sur un axe transversal (9) disposé en une zone intermédiaire du bras postérieur (4) de semelle chauffante et décalé au-dessus de l'axe d'articulation relative (6),le bras de liaison (8) constitue l'élément support fixe supportant l'ensemble des autres éléments de la presse à repasser.
- Presse à repasser selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bras de liaison (8) est coudé, comportant une branche antérieure (12) généralement parallèle au plan de la table de travail (1) et se raccordant à une branche postérieure ascendante (13) rejoignant la zone intermédiaire de bras postérieur (4) de semelle chauffante.
- Presse à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'articulation relative (6) est en arrière de la table de travail (1) et surbaissé au-dessous de la table de travail (1) .
- Presse à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique et les moyens presseurs sont logés sous la table de travail (1) et engagés fonctionnellement entre la base inférieure (2) de table de travail (1) et le bras de liaison (8), pour produire sur la semelle chauffante (3) des couples de rotation relative respectifs vers la position ouverte et vers la position de travail par action de poussée axiale sur le bras de liaison (8).
- Presse à repasser selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique comprennent au moins un vérin (15, 16) à ressort de compression dont une extrémité (17) est articulée sur un axe transversal supérieur (18) de la portion antérieure de bras de liaison (8) et dont l'autre extrémité (19) est articulée sur un chariot inférieur (120) solidaire en translation antéro-postérieure de la base inférieure (2) de table de travail et se déplaçant sur une came incurvée excentrée (21) du bras de liaison (8) agencée pour comprimer le ressort du vérin (15) lorsque la presse à repasser passe de la position ouverte à la position de travail.
- Presse à repasser selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens presseurs comprennent :un chariot supérieur (25), portant l'axe transversal supérieur (18), et monté mobile sur des guides (26) de partie antérieure du bras de liaison (8) selon un mouvement vers le bas et vers l'avant, permettant, lorsque la presse est en position fermée, d'incliner progressivement le vérin (15) pour repousser le bras de liaison (8) vers l'avant de la table de travail (1) et augmenter ainsi la pression exercée par la semelle chauffante (3),des moyens pour déplacer ledit chariot supérieur (25) dans son mouvement sur les guides (26) de bras de liaison (8) en réponse à l'actionnement de l'organe de commande.
- Presse à repasser selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de commande comprend des commutateurs électriques commandant l'alimentation d'un moteur électrique (29) en prise sur des moyens de transmission agissant sur le chariot supérieur (25), pour déplacer le chariot supérieur (25) dans les deux sens le long des guides (26) du bras de liaison (8).
- Presse à repasser selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que des moyens de pulvérisation d'eau (30) sont logés en partie inférieure de la poignée antérieure (7) de manoeuvre, pour diriger des jets (31) d'eau pulvérisée vers la table de travail (1) en profitant du mouvement relatif de la semelle chauffante (3) et de la table de travail (1) lors de la rotation entre la position ouverte et la position de travail pour améliorer la régularité de balayage de toute la surface de la table de travail (1) par les jets (31).
