Claims (21)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage pour meubles, avec un élément formant verrou qui peut se fixer sur une première partie de meuble, un logement de verrou qui peut se fixer sur une deuxième partie de meuble et peut être déplacé de façon électromagnétique d'une position verrouillant l'élément formant verrou à une position de déverrouillage, et avec un dispositif de surveillance de l'état fermé ou ouvert,
        caractérisé
        en ce qu 'il est prévu comme élément formant verrou un tenon de verrouillage (1) et comme logement de verrou un boítier de verrouillage (2) avec un poussoir de verrouillage (3),
        en ce que le boítier de verrouillage (2) et le poussoir de verrouillage (3) présentent deux ouvertures d'introduction (21, 22) ou logements (33, 34) pour le tenon de verrouillage (1), qui sont décalées de 90° l'une par rapport à l'autre, et
        en ce qu 'il est prévu comme dispositif de surveillance un élément de rétroaction (5) qui est placé au point d'intersection des axes des deux ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22) du boítier de verrouillage (2).
  2. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé    en ce que le boítier de verrouillage (2) est conformé en boítier compact cubique ou parallélépipédique,
        en ce qu'une première ouverture d'insertion (21) est formée dans une face frontale (20) et une deuxième ouverture d'insertion (22) dans une plaque de couverture adjacente (23) du boítier de verrouillage (2), et
        en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) est placé mobile à l'intérieur au niveau des ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22) du boítier de verrouillage (2).
  3. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé    en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) est guidé sur au moins une face intérieure d'une paroi (20, 23) de boítier, et
        en ce que les logements (33, 34) sont conformés en trous oblongs et réalisés dans la position de déverrouillage avec les ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22) du boítier de verrouillage (2) en alignement pour recevoir le tenon de verrouillage (1).
  4. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) peut être actionné par un induit (4) et est mobile d'une position de déverrouillage à une position de verrouillage, l'induit (4) pouvant être relié au poussoir de verrouillage (3) au choix et d'une manière commutable d'un mode à courant de repos à un mode à courant de travail.
  5. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'induit (4) est conformé en induit levier à un bras et peut pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (41) qui s'étend parallèlement à la face frontale (20) du boítier, en ce que, près de l'axe de pivotement (41) est placé(e) une bobine (8) ou un jeu de bobines (8.1, 8.2) d'un électroaimant et une zone d'extrémité libre (42) de l'induit (4) peut être fixée de manière amovible dans une rainure (31) à courant de travail ou une rainure (32) à courant de repos du poussoir de verrouillage (3).
  6. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (31) à courant de travail et la rainure (32) à courant de repos sont réalisées pratiquement complémentaires de la zone d'extrémité libre (42) de l'induit (4) et sont placées à une distance prédéterminable l'une au-dessus de l'autre dans une partie arrière (36) du poussoir de verrouillage (3).
  7. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) est muni d'une plaque de sûreté (35) qui, pour un guidage lors du déplacement du poussoir de verrouillage (3), s'appuie à l'intérieur contre la plaque de couverture (23) du boítier de verrouillage (2).
  8. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rétroaction (5) est placé dans le boítier de verrouillage (2) de façon mobile et sous la contrainte d'un ressort de pression (51), est logé au moins partiellement dans le poussoir de verrouillage (3) et est placé avec une tête hémisphérique (50) au point d'intersection des axes des ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22).
  9. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rétroaction (5) est placé contigu à un commutateur (6) et en ce que, quand un tenon de verrouillage (1) est introduit, le commutateur est actionné et une installation de surveillance et d'alarme peut être actionnée.
  10. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tenon de verrouillage (1) forme saillie depuis une bride de fixation (11) à ouvertures de fixation (12) et est de forme cylindrique circulaire, et en ce qu 'une rainure de verrouillage (13) est prévue pour la prise du poussoir de verrouillage (3) dans une position de verrouillage, ainsi qu'une rainure de rétroaction (14) pour la prise de la tête hémisphérique (50) de l'élément de rétroaction (5).
  11. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier de verrouillage (2) peut se fixer avec le poussoir de verrouillage mobile (3) sur une partie stationnaire de meuble et le tenon de verrouillage (1) peut se fixer sur une partie mobile de meuble.
  12. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le tenon de verrouillage peut se fixer de manière mobile dans un évidement (10) de la bride de fixation (11) et/ou la zone d'introduction (15) est de forme tronconique.
  13. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la rainure de verrouillage (13) est formée près de la bride de fixation (11) et la rainure de rétroaction (14) près de la zone d'introduction avant (15).
  14. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) est actionnable électriquement, et en ce que par réglage de la relation de position de parties de verrou coopérantes du tenon de verrouillage (1 ; 61 ; 71) et du poussoir de verrouillage (3), il est possible d'instaurer au choix un mode à courant de travail dans lequel le tenon de verrouillage (1 ; 61 ; 71) est verrouillé quand le dispositif de commande n'est pas sous tension, et un mode à courant de repos dans lequel le tenon de verrouillage (1 ; 61 ; 71) est déverrouillé quand le dispositif de commande n'est pas sous tension.
  15. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le tenon de verrouillage (61 ; 71) présente une surface (67) de verrou et un biseau (66), qui peuvent être positionnés au choix, par rotation du tenon de verrouillage (61 ; 71) autour de son axe longitudinal (17) avant la fermeture du dispositif de verrouillage, de telle manière que la surface (67) de verrou ou le biseau (66) peut être amené dans la position de verrouillage ou de déverrouillage sur une saillie (37) de verrou présente sur le poussoir (3).
  16. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la rotation du tenon de verrouillage (61 ; 71) est déterminée par l'orientation d'une bride de fixation (11) lors de son montage.
  17. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'un réglage en mode à courant de travail, il est prévu un tenon de verrouillage (71) qui, dans la position déverrouillée, est poussé hors de sa position verrouillée par au moins un élément (5) contraint du boítier de verrouillage (2).
  18. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électrique présente un corps de bobine avec deux bobines qui peuvent être montées en série ou en parallèle.
  19. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir de verrouillage (3) peut être actionné par un induit (4) d'un dispositif de commande électrique et peut être déplacé d'une position déverrouillée à une position verrouillée, l'induit (4) pouvant être relié au poussoir de verrouillage (3) au choix et d'une manière commutable d'un mode à courant de repos à un mode à courant de travail.
  20. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le boítier de verrouillage (2) et le poussoir de verrouillage (3) présentent deux ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22) ou logements (33, 34) pour le tenon de verrouillage (61 ; 71), qui sont décalées de 90° l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  21. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce qu 'il est prévu un dispositif de surveillance de l'état ouvert ou fermé, au moins un élément de rétroaction (5) étant prévu comme dispositif de surveillance, qui s'étend dans la zone située au niveau du point d'intersection des axes des deux ouvertures d'insertion (21, 22) du boítier de verrouillage (2).
