Claims (21)
- Verriegelungseinrichtung für Möbel,
mit einem Riegelelement, welches an einem ersten Möbelteil fixierbar ist, einer Riegelaufnahme, welche an einem zweiten Möbelteil fixierbar und elektromagnetisch aus einer das Riegelelement verriegelnden Stellung in eine entriegelnde Stellung bringbar ist, und mit einer Überwachungseinrichtung für den Schließ- und Öffnungszustand,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Riegelelement ein Verriegelungszapfen (1) und als Riegelaufnahme ein Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) mit einem Verriegelungsschieber (3) vorgesehen sind, daß das Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) und der Verriegelungsschieber (3) zwei Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) bzw. Aufnahmen (33, 34) für den Verriegelungszapfen (1) aufweisen, welche um 90° versetzt angeordnet sind, und daß als Überwachungseinrichtung ein Rückmeldeelement (5) vorgesehen ist, welches im Schnittpunkt der Achsen der zwei Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) als ein quader- oder würfelförmiges Kompaktgehäuse ausgebildet ist,
daß eine erste Einführungsöffnung (21) in einer Stirnseite (20) und eine zweite Einführungsöffnung (22) in einer angrenzenden Deckplatte (23) des Verriegelungsgehauses (2) ausgebildet sind, und
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (3) innenseitig im Bereich der Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) angeordnet und verstellbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (3) an wenigstens einer Innenseite einer Gehäusewand (20, 23) geführt ist, und daß die Aufnahmen (33, 34) als Langlöcher ausgebildet und in Entriegelungsstellung mit den Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) fluchtend zur Aufnahme des Verriegelungszapfens (1) ausgebildet sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (3) von einem Anker (4) betätigbar und aus einer Entriegelungsstellung in eine Verriegelungsstellung verstellbar ist, wobei der Anker (4) wahlweise und umschaltbar von einem Ruhestrombetrieb in einen Arbeitsstrombetrieb mit dem Verriegelungsschieber (3) verbindbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anker (4) als einarmiger Hebelanker ausgebildet und um eine Schwenkachse (41) verschwenkbar ist, welche parallel zu der Stirnseite (20) des Gehäuses verläuft, daß nahe der Schwenkachse (41) eine Spule (8) oder ein Spulensatz (8.1, 8.2) eines Elektromagneten angeordnet ist und ein freier Endbereich (42) des Ankers (4) lösbar in einer Arbeitsstromnut (31) oder Ruhestromnut (32) des Verriegelungsschiebers (3) fixierbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arbeitsstromnut (31) und die Ruhestromnut (32) nahezu komplementär zu dem freien Endbereich (42) des Ankers (4) ausgebildet und in einem vorgebbaren Abstand übereinander in einem rückseitigen Bereich (36) des Verriegelungsschiebers (3) angeordnet sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (3) mit einer Sicherungsplatte (35) versehen ist, welche zur Führung bei der Verstellbewegung des Verriegelungsschiebers (3) innenseitig an der Deckplatte (23) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) anliegt. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rückmeldeelement (5) verschiebbar und von einer Druckfeder (51) beaufschlagt im Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, wenigstens teilweise vom Verriegelungsschieber (3) aufgenommen und mit einem halbkugelförmigen Kopf (50) im Schnittpunkt der Achsen der Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) angeordnet ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rückmeldeelement (5) an einen Schalter (6) angrenzend angeordnet ist und daß bei einem eingeführten Verriegelungszapfen (1) der Schalter (6) betätigt und eine Überwachungs- oder Alarmanlage betätigbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungszapfen (1) von einem Befestigungsflansch (11) mit Befestigungsöffnungen (12) ab-steht und kreiszylinderförmig ausgebildet ist und daß eine Verriegelungsnut (13) für den Eingriff des Verriegelungsschiebers (3) in eine Verriegelungsstellung sowie eine Rückmeldenut (14) zum Eingriff des halbkugelförmigen Kopfes (50) des Rückmeldeelementes (5) vorgesehen ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) mit dem verstellbaren Verriegelungsschieber (3) an einem ortsfesten Möbelteil und der Verriegelungszapfen (1) an einem bewegbaren Möbelteil fixierbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungszapfen (1) verschiebbar in einer Aussparung (10) des Befestigungsflansches (11) fixierbar ist und/oder der Einführbereich (15) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsnut (13) nahe dem Befestigungsflansch (11) und die Rückmeldenut (14) nahe dem vorderen Einführbereich (15) ausgebildet sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung zum Ver- und Entriegeln von zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Bauteilen, insbesondere Türen oder Schubfächer von Möbeln,
mit einem an einem ersten Bauteil festlegbaren Riegelelement (1; 61; 71) und einer an einem zweiten Bauteil festlegbaren Riegelaufnahme (2, 3), die aus einer das Riegelelement (1; 61; 71) verriegelnden Stellung in eine entriegelnde Stellung bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Riegelelement ein Verriegelungszapfen (1; 61; 71) und als Riegelaufnahme (2, 3) ein Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) mit einem elektrisch betätigbaren Verriegelungsschieber (3) vorgesehen sind, und
daß durch Einstellen der Lagezuordnung von zusammen-wirkenden Riegelteilen des Verriegelungszapfens (1; 61; 71) und des Verriegelungsschiebers (3) wahlweise ein Arbeitsstrombetrieb, bei dem bei unbestromter Betätigungseinrichtung der Verriegelungszapfen (1; 61; 71) verriegelt ist, und ein Ruhestrombetrieb, bei dem bei unbestromter Betätigungseinrichtung der Verriegelungszapfen (1; 61; 71) entriegelt ist, einstellbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungszapfen (61; 71) eine Riegelfläche (67) und eine Abschrägung (66) aufweist, die durch Verdrehen des Verriegelungszapfens (61; 71) um seine Längsachse (17) vor dem Schließen der Verriegelungseinrichtung wahlweise derart positionierbar sind, daß die Riegelfläche (67) oder die Abschrägung (66) an einem Riegelvorsprung (37) an dem Verriegelungsschieber (3) in die Verriegelstellung bzw. Entriegelstellung bringbar sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch das Ausrichten eines Befestigungsflansches (11) bei seiner Montage das Verdrehen des Verriegelungszapfens (61; 71) bestimmt ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei einer Einstellung auf Arbeitsstrombetrieb ein Verriegelungszapfen (71) vorgesehen ist, der in der Entriegelstellung durch zumindest ein kraftbeaufschlagtes Element (5) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) aus seiner Verriegelstellung gedrückt ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elektrische Betätigungseinrichtung einen Spulenkörper mit zwei Spulen aufweist, die in Reihen-oder Parallelschaltung anschließbar sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsschieber (3) von einem Anker (4) einer elektrischen Betätigungseinrichtung betätigbar und aus einer Entriegelungsstellung in eine Verriegelungsstellung verstellbar ist, wobei der Anker (4) wahlweise und umschaltbar von einem Ruhestrombetrieb in einen Arbeitsstrombetrieb mit dem Verriegelungsschieber (3) verbindbar ist. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungsgehäuse (2) und der Verriegelungsschieber (3) zwei Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) bzw. Aufnahmen (33, 34) für den Verriegelungszapfen (61; 71) aufweisen, welche um 90° versetzt angeordnet sind. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Überwachungseinrichtung für den Schließ- und Öffnungszustand vorgesehen ist, wobei als Überwachungseinrichtung zumindest ein Rückmeldeelement (5) vorgesehen ist, welches sich in den Bereich am Schnittpunkt der Achsen der zwei Einführungsöffnungen (21, 22) des Verriegelungsgehäuses (2) erstreckt.
