Claims (8)
- Saugwalze für eine Papiermaschine, mit einem Walzenmantel 32; 112), über den ein Transportband (14; 114) für eine zu entwässernde Faserstoffbahn (16; 116) geführt ist, mit einem ersten externen Saugkasten (40; 140), der die Saugwalze (30; 130) von außen teilweise umschließt und die Faserstoffbahn (16; 116) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt, wobei der Saugkasten (40; 140) zumindest einen Zwickel (25; 125, 126) zwischen der Faserstoffbahn (16; 116) und der Saugwalze (30; 130) besaugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein zweiter Saugkasten (46; 142, 148) vorgesehen ist, der an den ersten Saugkasten (40; 140) angrenzt.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn (16) über Vertiefungen im Walzenmantel (32) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt ist.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen als Blindbohrungen (38) in der Oberfläche des Walzenmantels (32) ausgebildet sind.
- Saugwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der erste Saugkasten (40) bis in den Einlaufzwickel (25) zwischen dem Transportband und dem Walzenmantel (32) erstreckt, und daß der zweite Saugkasten (46) dem ersten Saugkasten (40) in Bahnlaufrichtung (24) vorgeordnet ist.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Saugkasten (140) als zentraler Saugkasten ausgebildet ist, der sich vom Einlaufzwickel (125) bis zum Auslaufzwickel (126) erstreckt, daß in Bahnlaufrichtung (124) gesehen vor der Saugwalze (130) ein zweiter Saugkasten (142) angeordnet ist, der gegen das Transportband (114) abgedichtet ist und sich bis zum ersten Saugkasten (140) erstreckt, und daß in Bahnlaufrichtung (124) gesehen nach der Saugwalze (130) ein dritter Saugkasten (148) angeordnet ist, der sich bis zum ersten Saugkasten (140) erstreckt und gegen das Transportband (114) abgedichtet ist.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (130) einen Walzenmantel (112) aufweist, der von Bohrungen (118) durchsetzt ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterdruck in den Saugkästen (40, 46; 140, 142, 148) getrennt einstellbar ist.
- Saugwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Abdichtung der Saugkästen (40, 46; 140, 142, 148) quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (24; 124) verlaufende Dichtleisten (41, 48, 49; 144, 146, 150, 152) vorgesehen sind.
