Claims (9)
- Papiermaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung einer Papierbahn (18) im Bereich einer Walze (12), bis zu der die Papierbahn (18) auf einem luftdurchlässigen Band (20) geführt ist, mit einem sich vor der Walze (12) auf der der Papierbahn (18) abgewandten Seite des Bandes (20) erstreckenden Kasten (11), dessen Innenraum (39) zum Band (20) hin offen ist und in dem ein Unterdruck zur Ansaugung der Papierbahn (18) an das Band (20) erzeugbar ist, wobei der Kasten (11) an seinem in Bahnlaufrichtung gesehen vorderen Ende mittels einer Dichtleiste (40) gegenüber dem Band (20) hin abgedichtet ist, durch welche die vom Band (20) mitgeführte Luft vom Band (20) weg und entlang einer am Kasten (11) vorgesehenen Luftdeflektorfläche (48) abgelenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Luftdeflektorfläche (48) ein Saugschlitz (52) vorgesehen ist, der zur Erzeugung des Unterdrucks durch Ausnutzung der vom Band (20) abgelenkten Luft mit dem zum Band (20) hin offenen Innenraum (39) des Kastens (11) in Verbindung steht.
- Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftdeflektorfläche (48) eine vom Band (20) weg gerichtete Krümmung aufweist.
- Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftdeflektorfläche (48) am in Bahnlaufrichtung (26) gesehen vorderen Ende des Kastens (20) beginnt und an einem in Bahnlaufrichtung (26) gesehen hinteren Ende des Kastens (20) endet, und daß der Saugschlitz (52) am Ende der Luftdeflektorfläche (48) angeordnet ist.
- Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugschlitz die Luftdeflektorfläche (48) unterbricht.
- Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (20) über eine zweite Walze (14) geführt ist, und daß die Papierbahn (18) vom Band (20) auf die erste Walze (12) oder ein darüber geführtes zweites Band (24) übergeben wird.
- Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum (39) des Kastens (11) gegen die zweite Walze (14) abgedichtet ist.
- Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (11) durch eine Dichtleiste (42) gegen die zweite Walze (14) abgedichtet ist.
- Papiermaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (12) als Leitwalze ausgebildet ist, über die ein als Preßfilz oder glattes Band ausgebildetes zweites Band (24) geführt ist, und daß das Band (20) über eine als Leitwalze ausgebildete zweite Walze (14) geführt ist, und daß die Papierbahn (18) vom Band (20) auf das zweite Band (24) übergeben wird.
- Papiermaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (12) als Preßwalze ausgebildet ist.
