Claims (12)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Anzahl von Zylindern, um die die Materialbahn gemeinsam mit einem Transportband mäanderförmig herumgeführt wird, und mit mindestens einer im Überführungsbereich zwischen zwei Zylindern angeordneten, dem freien Umfangsbereich eines Zylinders zugeordneten Luftleiteinrichtung, die die Materialbahn im Bereich einer zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Zylindern befindlichen freien Laufstrecke besaugt, wobei die Zylinder an ihrem Umfang von der Materialbahn und dem Transportband teilweise umschlungen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung (13) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie den freien Umfangsbereich des Zylinders (7), auf der die Materialbahn (Papierbahn (9)) aufläuft, nur bereichsweise überdeckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung (13) 30% bis 70%, insbesondere 35% bis 60%, vorzugsweise 55% des freien Umfangsbereichs überdeckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine den verbleibenden freien Umfangsbereich überspannende Abdeckung (31) vorhanden ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (31) an der Außenfläche des Zylinders (7) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (31) im Inneren des Zylinders (7) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine Abdeckung (31) an der Außenfläche und eine im Inneren des Zylinders (7) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung (13) ein mehrteiliges Gehäuse (15) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Gehäuseteil (17) der Luftleiteinrichtung (13) mit einem Überdruck beaufschlagbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites, einen Teil des freien Umfangsbereichs des Zylinders (7) abdeckendes Gehäuseteil (23) der Luftleiteinrichtung (13) eine Wand (26) aufweist, die eine an die Außenfläche des Zylinders (7) angepaßte Kontur besitzt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseteile (17,23) derart zueinander angeordnet sind, daß zwischen ihnen ein Spalt (28) ausgebildet wird, durch den Luft aus dem Überführungsbereich ausgebracht wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt -in Strömungsrichtung betrachtet- divergiert.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung (13) als Saugkasten (43) ausgebildet ist.
