Claims (7)
- Sprühvorrichtung mit einem eine Austrittsdüse (4) aufweisenden Behältnis (1), in dem sich als Sprühmittel eine unter Druck gesetzte Gasmischung befindet, und mit einer an der Austrittsdüse (4) angeordneten abnehmbaren Kappe (5), die als Hohlzylinder (6) ausgebildet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet,wobei die eine, dem Behältnis zugewandte Stirnseite des Hohlzylinders (6) offen ist und die andere, dem Behältnis abgewandte Stirnseite (7) des Hohlzylinders (6) eine Ringfläche und im Zentrum eine mit der Austrittsdüse (4) verbundene Ausströmöffnung (9) aufweist,wobei ferner durch Betätigung der Kappe (5) relativ zu dem Behältnis (1) ein Ausströmen des Sprühmittels aus der Austrittsdüse (4) durch die Ausströmöffnung (9) bewirkbar ist, undwobei für eine Abflußreinigung die Kappe (5) entlang ihrer Ringfläche an einer Öffnung eines Abflusses, insbesondere eines Abwasserabflusses eines Spülbeckens, ansetzbar ist, so daß bei Betätigung des Behältnisses (1) in Richtung der an der Abflußöffnung angesetzten Kappe (5) ein Entweichen von aus der Ausströmöffnung (9) strömendem Sprühmittel in andere Richtungen als die des Abflusses behindert ist,daß die Gasmischung teilweise verflüssigt ist, unddaß für die Verwendung der Sprühvorrichtung wahlweise zur lokalen Kälteerzeugung oder zum Ausblasreinigen ein Sprühkopf (14) vorgesehen ist, der bei abgenommener Kappe (5) an dem Behältnis (1) im Bereich der Austrittsdüse (4) anbringbar ist und eine mit der Austrittsdüse (4) des Behältnisses (1) verbundene Austrittsöffnung (19) aufweist,wobei durch Betätigung des Sprühkopfes (14) in Richtung des Behältnisses (1) je nach vertikaler Stellung des Behältnisses (1) ein flüssiger bzw. ein gasförmiger Teil des Sprühmittels durch die Austrittsdüse (4) des Behältnisses (1) aus der Austrittsöffnung (19) des Sprühkopfes (14) gezielt abgebbar ist.
- Sprühvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die dem Behältnis abgewandte Stirnseite (7) der Kappe (5) konvex nach außen gewölbt ist, im Zentrum in Richtung des Behältnisses zurückversetzt ist und in der Mitte des zurückversetzten Bereichs (8) die Ausströmöffnung (9) aufweist, von der in Richtung des Behältnisses ein Rohransatz (10) wegragt, welcher die Austrittsdüse (4) des Behältnisses (1) umgreifen kann und/oder mit der Austrittsdüse (4) verrastbar ist,und/oderdaß die Kappe (5) ein in einem Spritzverfahren hergestelltes Spritzteil ist,und/oderdaß die Kappe (5) mit dem Behältnis (1) verrastbar ist. - Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Sprühkopf (14) eine Umlenkung des Sprühmittels bewirkt,und/oderdaß der Sprühkopf (14) mit dem Behältnis (1) und/oder der Austrittsdüse (4) des Behältnisses (1) verrastbar ist,und/oderdaß in die Austrittsöffnung (19) des Sprühkopfes (14) ein Röhrenaufsatz (21) zur gezielten Abgabe des Sprühmittels einsteckbar ist. - Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ausströmöffnung (9) der Kappe (5) schlauchförmig oder rohrförmig ausgebildet ist zur gezielten Abgabe des Sprühmittels,und/oderdaß an der Ausströmöffnung (9) der Kappe (5) ein Sprühschlauch oder ein Sprührohr anbringbar ist, durch welchen bzw. welches aus der Ausströmöffnung (9) strömendes Sprühmittel zur gezielten Abgabe entweichen kann, wobei das Sprührohr insbesondere eine Umlenkung des Sprühmittels bewirkt,und/oderdaß die Kappe (5) einen Schnapphalter (13) aufweist, in dem ein Röhrenaufsatz (21) des Sprühkopfes (14), ein Sprühschlauch oder ein Sprührohr verrastbar sind. - Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kappe (5) als Dreieckskappe oder als Rundkappe dergestalt ausgebildet ist, daß ihre die Ausströmöffnung (9) aufweisende Seite an einer Öffnung eines Abflusses, insbesondere eines Spülwasserabflusses eines Pissoirs oder einer Spültoilette, insbesondere entlang einer dreieckförmigen oder einer im wesentlichen runden Ringfläche ansetzbar ist, so daß das Entweichen von aus der Ausströmöffnung (9) strömendem Sprühmittel in andere Richtungen als die des Abflusses behindert ist,und/oderdaß die Kappe (5) an der die Ausströmöffnung (9) aufweisenden Stirnfläche derart flexibel ist, daß die Form dieser Stirnfläche bei Ansetzen an eine Öffnung eines Abflusses der Form der Öffnung anpaßbar ist, sodaß das Entweichen von aus der Ausströmöffnung (9) strömendem Sprühmittel in andere Richtungen als die des Abflusses behindert ist,und/oderdaß die Kappe (5) an der die Ausströmöffnung (9) aufweisenden Stirnfläche ein Dichtelement, insbesondere eine ringförmige Gummidichtung, aufweist, durch welches das Entweichen von aus der Ausströmöffnung (9) strömendem Sprühmittel in andere Richtungen als die des Abflusses behindert ist. - Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Behältnis (1) eine zylinderförmige Metalldose ist, wobei insbesondere die Umfangsfläche der Metalldose zu einer Stirnseite hin, in deren Mitte die Ausströmöffnung angeordnet ist, verjüngt zuläuft,und/oderdaß der Druck, unter dem das Sprühmittel innerhalb des Behältnisses (1) steht, größer als der Atmosphärendruck ist und insbesondere ein Mehrfaches des Atmosphärendrucks, bevorzugt 8 bar, beträgt,und/oderdaß in dem Gasgemisch zwischen 75 und 95 %, bevorzugt 85 %, Treibgas, insbesondere F134a, enthalten ist,und/oderdaß in dem Gasgemisch zwischen 5 und 10 %, bevorzugt 8 %, Dimethylether enthalten ist. - Verwendung einer Sprühvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchezur Erzeugung einer Vereisung,und/oderzum Aufspüren von Thermofehlern oder thermischen Unterbrechungen, insbesondere bei elektrischen Bauteilen, mit Hilfe der lokalen Kälteerzeugung,und/oderzur Erzeugung einer lokalen Abkühlung oder Vereisung einer haftenden Substanz, insbesondere Kaugummi, so daß die Substanz von einem Gegenstand, insbesondere einer Bekleidungs- oder Mobilartextilie, an dem sie haftet, in zähem bzw. vereistem Zustand entfernbar ist,und/oderzum Ausblasreinigen von Fluidleitungen, insbesondere Kraftstoffleitungen bei Verbrennungsmotoren.
