- l'ajustement d'une lèvre d'étanchéité coulissante en matériau élastomérique entre deux parois rigides est difficile à réaliser, notamment lorsqu'on réalise un piston dont le diamètre ne présente que quelques mm ;
- la mobilité du piston est difficile à assurer, car selon leur composition chimique, certains produits ont tendance à gonfler le matériau élastomérique constituant le piston, ce dernier subissant alors une expansion, ce qui provoque son blocage dans la chambre, et/ ou la déformation du clapet.

- Tête de distribution (7, 107) d'un produit (P) de consistance liquide à pâteuse contenu dans un réservoir (2, 102), comprenant un bouton poussoir (26) mobile axialement, ledit bouton poussoir ayant un corps dont les parois internes définissent une chambre de pompage (22) à volume variable, présentant une entrée pour le produit, obturée par un clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) porté par un piston (12, 112, 212), le piston présentant au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité (12a,12b ; 112a,112b ; 212a,212b) en contact de laquelle les parois internes se déplacent entre une position haute et une position basse, le passage de la position basse à la position haute provoquant l'aspiration de produit (P) dans la chambre de pompage (22) via le clapet d'admission, et le passage de la position haute à la position basse provoquant la sortie du produit aspiré au travers d'un clapet de distribution (40) obturant un orifice de sortie (36) de ladite chambre (22), des moyens de rappel élastiques (32) étant prévus pour rappeler le bouton poussoir (26) en position haute, le clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) ainsi que le piston (12, 112, 212) étant montés sur une frette (4) surmontant ledit réservoir (2, 102), ladite frette comportant un siège (18, 118) pour le clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) de manière à empêcher tout retour de produit (P) vers le réservoir (2, 102), caractérisée en ce que le piston (12, 112, 212) est formé d'une partie annulaire réalisée en un matériau rigide ou semi-rigide, et comporte une partie centrale (16, 116, 216) formant une seule pièce avec la partie annulaire, et réalisée sous forme d'une membrane en un matériau élastiquement déformable et dans laquelle est ménagée au moins une ouverture (14, 114, 214) de manière à former ledit de clapet.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie annulaire (12, 112, 212) assure le montage du piston sur un canal d'amenée (10) portant ledit siège (18, 118), ladite partie annulaire étant positionnée à l'extérieur dudit canal d'amenée.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le montage de la membrane (16, 116, 216) sur le siège (18, 118) est étanche, au moins lorsqu'une pression est exercée sur ledit piston (12, 112, 212) par le produit (P).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le montage de la membrane (16, 116, 216) sur le siège (18, 118) est étanche en permanence.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie annulaire (12, 112, 212) du piston comporte une portion (12c) formant butée, de manière à assurer le positionnement précis de la partie centrale du piston sur le siège.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) et la partie annulaire (12a,12b ; 112a,112b ; 212a,212b) sont réalisés par bi-injection ou surmoulage de deux matériaux compatibles ou non compatibles.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie annulaire (12a,12b ; 112a,112b ; 212a,212b) présente une épaisseur dégressive en direction de leur extrémité libre.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) est constitué d'une membrane, ladite membrane présentant une épaisseur variable.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastiquement déformable est un matériau élastomérique.
- Tête de distribution l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau élastiquement déformable est choisi parmi les élastomères des copolymères propylène/éthylène ; les polyéther blocamides ; les polyvinyles ; les terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; les polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS) ; les polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; les polyuréthanes thermoplastiques ; les mélanges de polypropylène avec l'un des élastomères suivants : polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; les polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS) ; les élastomères de silicone, les caoutchoucs de butyle ou de nitrile, les latex ou les élastomères fluorés.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastiquement déformable présente une dureté Shore A comprise entre 15 et 90.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le matériau rigide ou semi rigide est choisi parmi les polyéthylènes haute et basse densité, les polypropylènes, les chlorures de polyvinyle, les polyacétales, les éthylène vinyl acétates.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (16, 216) est percée en son centre d'un orifice (14, 214) de section inférieure à la section dudit siège (18, 118), ledit siège étant centré au sommet d'un canal d'amenée (11) formé par ladite frette (4).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'une zone de la membrane (216) entourant l'orifice (214) comporte une pluralité de fentes radiales (214a).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (116) présente une pluralité de fentes (114a-114c) concentriques, ledit siège étant constitué d'une partie annulaire au sommet d'un canal d'amenée (11) formé par ladite frette (4).
- Distributeur (1, 101) de produit (P) de consistance liquide à pâteuse équipé d'une tête de distribution (7, 107) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la frette (4) comprend un canal d'amenée (11), centré sur l'axe (X) du distributeur, et débouchant sur le clapet d'admission (16, 116, 216) de la tête de distribution (7, 107), ledit canal d'amenée étant entouré par une portion annulaire formant une cavité (5) tout autour du canal d'amenée (11), ladite cavité étant délimitée, à l'opposé du canal d'amenée, par une jupe annulaire extérieure (6) portant des moyens d'accrochage (6a) sur le distributeur.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que ladite cavité (5) présente une paroi transversale (5b) entre le canal d'amenée (11) et la jupe annulaire extérieure (6), lesdits moyens de rappel élastiques (32) étant positionnés entre un épaulement (28) formé par le bouton poussoir (26) et ladite paroi transversale.
- Distributeur (1) selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (2) est constitué d'une poche souple ayant une extrémité ouverte (2a) solidaire de la frette (4) et en communication avec ledit canal d'amenée (11), les moyens d'accrochage (6a) coopérant avec un bord d'extrémité (6b) d'une enceinte externe (8) rigide ou semi-rigide, contenant ladite poche.
- Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (102) est constitué d'une enceinte rigide ou semi-rigide (8) en communication avec le canal d'amenée (11), les moyens d'accrochage coopérant avec un bord d'extrémité de ladite enceinte externe rigide ou semi rigide, un piston suiveur (102a) étant disposé dans le fond du réservoir.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) est une crème, un gel ou un fond de teint liquide.
