Description
- en cas de contamination, par exemple par des bactéries, le fluide contaminé est distribué à l'utilisateur lors de l'actionnement suivant, avec un danger évident pour sa santé. En outre, la contamination pourrait s'étendre, dans certains cas, à la totalité du réservoir de fluide avec un danger conséquent augmenté.
- dans le cas d'un séchage, outre une très probable contamination, il y a un risque de bouchage de l'orifice de distribution de l'organe de distribution. Ceci est très fréquent en particulier dans les dispositifs de pulvérisation où les passages de fluide sont habituellement très petits.
- l'obturateur fait partie intégrante de la partie produisant la pulvérisation qui, dans ce type de dispositif doit être réalisée de manière très précise, et ne doit pas créer de limitation dans l'écoulement libre du fluide. Dans ce cas, l'obturateur représente une telle limitation.
- l'obturateur nécessite une certaine pression pour s'ouvrir, mais avant la première utilisation du dispositif, la plupart des pompes de pulvérisation ne sont pas capables de créer la pression requise. En effet, chaque pompe est pourvue d'une chambre de dosage qui est également la chambre de pompe et cette chambre est vide lorsque le dispositif n'a pas encore été utilisé, c'est-à-dire qu'elle ne contient que de l'air ou un gaz inerte. De ce fait, chaque dispositif de pulvérisation utilisant ce type de pompe nécessite un "amorçage" qui consiste en un ou plusieurs actionnements nécessaires pour expulser l'air de la chambre de la pompe et le remplacer avec le liquide à distribuer. Le problème dans ce cas est que, lors de l'actionnement de la pompe sur un gaz, la pression créée est nettement inférieure à celle obtenue lorsqu'on pompe un liquide, et cette pression créée lors de l'amorçage n'est généralement pas suffisante pour ouvrir l'obturateur. La conséquence est que l'air, n'est pas expulsé et la pompe n'est pas amorcée de sorte qu'aucune pulvérisation ne peut être distribuée.
- la figure 1 représence une vue schématique en coupe verticale d'un dispositif de distribution de produit fluide incorporant un système d'obturation selon la présente invention, dans sa position d'obturation ;
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à la figure 1 montrant le système d'obturation dans sa position d'ouverture ;
- la figure 3 est une vue schématique agrandie en coupe verticale du système d'obturation selon la présente invention, en position d'obturation ;
- les figures 4 et 5 représentent des vues schématiques en coupe verticale du système d'obturation selon l'invention, respectivement en position d'obturation et en position d'ouverture ; et
- les figures 6 et 7 représentent des vues schématiques de dessus de l'élément d'obturation du système d'obturation de la présente invention, respectivement en position d'obturation et en position d'ouverture.
- en position d'obturation, la paroi d'obturation 41 est en appui d'une part sur la surface convexe de la buse 3, et d'autre part sur la nervure périphérique 11 du corps 1. Il se crée par conséquent une force sensiblement radiale qui sollicite les deux bords 61, 62 de la fente 6 en contact l'un de l'autre. De même, une faible sollicitation accidentelle du poussoir 1, par exemple lors d'un transport, augmente cette force de compression et empêche donc une ouvercure accidentelle de la fente 6. Bien entendu, ceci n'est valable que si la sollicitation du poussoir 1 est inférieure à la résistance à la déformation du manchon 40 de l'élément d'obturation 4,
- lorsque la fente 6 se referme, après l'actionnement de la pompe, les deux extrémités inférieures des bords 61, 62 raclent la surface convexe de la buse 3, et nettoyant ainsi ladite buse 3. Ceci assure l'expulsion maximale de produit restant à cet endroit après chaque actionnement.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comportant un organe de distribution, tel qu'une pompe (20), des moyens d'éjection tel qu'une buse d'éjection (3) incorporant un orifice de distribution (8), un moyen d'actionnement tel qu'un poussoir (1), et un système d'obturation comportant un élément d'obturation (4) déformable élastiquement entre une position d'obturation, dans laquelle il obture hermétiquement l'orifice de distribution (8) et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle il ouvre l'orifice de distribution (8), caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir (1) est légèrement déplaçable par rapport à ladite buse d'éjection (3) et en ce que l'élément d'obturation (4) est disposé entre ledit poussoir (1) et ladite buse d'éjection (3), de sorte que, lors de l'actionnement du dispositif de distribution, l'élément d'obturation (4) est déformé vers sa position d'ouverture par ladite buse d'éjection (3) ou par un organe (2) solidaire de ladite buse d'éjection (3), ledit élément d'obturation (4) revenant élastiquement vers sa position d'obturation après l'actionnement du dispositif de distribution.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'obturation (4) comporte une paroi d'obturation déformable (41) qui obture l'orifice de distribution (8), ladite paroi d'obturation (41) comportant des moyens d'ouverture (6) qui s'ouvrent dans la position d'ouverture de l'élément d'obturacion.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens d'ouverture comportent une fente (6) qui s'ouvre lors de l'actionnement du dispositif de distribution.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite paroi d'obturation (41) comporte une surface inférieure sensiblement concave qui est, dans la position d'obturation, en contact avec une surface supérieure convexe de l'organe (2, 3) solidaire du dispositif de distribution.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel ladite fente (6) est définie par deux bords (61, 62) qui s'éloignent lors de l'ouverture de la fente (6) de telle manière à former un cône tronqué dans la position d'ouverture de l'élément d'obturation (4), la partie de plus petit diamètre dudit cône tronqué étant définie par les extrémités inférieures desdits deux bords (61, 62) situées à proximité de l'orifice de distribution (8), de telle sorte que lorsque la fente (6) se referme, les deux bords (61, 62) entrent d'abord en contact au niveau desdites extrémités inférieures, expulsant vers l'extérieur le produit restant dans le cône tronqué après l'actionnement du dispositif de distribution.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel, lorsque la fente (6) se referme, lesdites extrémités inférieures des deux bords (61, 62) raclent ladite surface supérieure convexe de l'organe (2, 3) solidaire du dispositif de distribution, retirant le produit restant à cet endroit après l'actionnement du dispositif de distribution.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément d'obturation (4) comporte un manchon cylindrique (40) disposé autour de et/ou fixé à ladite buse d'éjection (3), et une paroi d'obturation déformable (41) formant une paroi d'extrémité dudit manchon (40), ladite paroi d'obturation (41) comportant une fente (6) disposée en regard de l'orifice de distribution (8) et qui s'ouvre lors de l'actionnement du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit manchon (40) est, dans la position d'ouverture de l'élément d'obturation (4), déformé de telle manière à solliciter élastiquement l'élément d'obturation (4) vers sa position d'obturation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'élément d'obturation est réalisé sous la forme d'un disque comportant un trou qui est fermé en position d'obturation, et qui s'ouvre pour laisser passer un organe solidaire du dispositif de distribution lorsque ledit dispositif de distribution est actionné.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément d'obturation (4) est réalisé en un matériau élasiomère, tel qu'un caoutchouc butyle.
