Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour éliminer des morceaux prédécoupés (11), notamment des rebuts, d'une feuille de matière (10) comportant des coupes ou équivalent, ladite feuille étant posée sur une surface de séparation (2) d'une matrice (1) de telle sorte que le morceau prédécoupé (11) recouvre une percée (3) de la matrice (1) et est poussé vers le bas à travers cette percée (3) sous la pression d'au moins un organe de poinçonnage (12), ledit organe de poinçonnage coopérant avec au moins un organe de butée élastique (7B) disposé en dessous du morceau prédécoupé et faisant saillie partiellement au moins dans ladite percée (3), cet organe de butée élastique affectant la forme d'une lame (7B) s'effaçant à l'encontre d'un morceau prédécoupé (11) lors d'un mouvement de poussée exercé par l'organe de poinçonnage (12) traversant la percée (3) de la matrice (1), l'extrémité libre de la lame (7B) s'opposant au retour du rebut (11) après chaque opération de séparation,
caractérisé en ce que la percée (3) de la matrice (1) comporte au moins un logement (4) rayonnant en direction d'un axe traversant de ladite percée (3) pour déboucher dans cette percée (3), ce logement (4) étant conformé pour recevoir à rétention la tête (7A) de la lame (7B) constituant l'organe de butée élastique. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la tête (7A) de la lame (7B) est épaulée pour empêcher tout déplacement dudit organe de butée élastique en direction de l'axe traversant de ladite percée (3) lors d'une opération de séparation. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que chaque logement (4) de la percée (3) est épaulé pour délimiter entre son épaulement (5) et son embouchure (6) dans ladite percée une première cavité (4A) servant à la réception de la lame (7B) constituant l'organe de butée élastique et ménageant au-delà dudit épaulement (5) une seconde cavité (4B) recevant à emboítement la tête (7A) de ladite lame maintenue fixe à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (4B). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la première cavité (4A) du logement (4) est de section supérieure à la section de la lame (7B) pour permettre un libre déplacement de ladite lame (7B) à l'intérieur de la cavité (4A). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la tête (7A) de ladite lame est encastrée à l'intérieur de la seconde cavité (4B). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que la tête (7A) de ladite lame est creuse pour permettre, lors de son introduction dans la seconde cavité, sa déformation de manière à faciliter son introduction à force dans ladite seconde cavité (4B). - Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que la tête (7A) de la lame affecte une forme de cuvette sensiblement tronc-pyramidale. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que la tête (7A) de lame et la lame (7B) sont venues de moulage et formées d'une seule pièce.
