Claims (9)
- Kohlebürste (1) für eine elektrische Maschine, die einen Kollektor (2) federnd beaufschlagt, wobei die Kohlebürste (1) in einer Führung (3) radial zu dem Kollektor (2) bewegbar angeordnet und mit einem Biegeschenkel (7) biegesteif verbunden ist.
- Kohlebürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein bürstenseitiges Schenkelende (9) des Biegeschenkels (7) zusammen mit der Kohlebürste (1) radial bewegbar ist, und ein zweites Schenkelende (10) relativ zu der Kohlebürste (1) festgelegt ist.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegeschenkel (7) mit dem Schenkelende (9) formschlüssig in einen Körper (6) der Kohlebürste (1) eingreift.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (6) und der Biegeschenkel (7) eine einstückige Einheit bilden.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegeschenkel (7) elektrisch leitfähig ist und zur Stromversorgung der Kohlebürste (1) dient.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schenkelende (10) des Biegeschenkels (7) elektrisch leitend ist.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegeschenkel (7) an dem festgelegten Ende (10) mit einem elektrischen Versorgungselement (13) verbunden ist.
- Kohlebürste nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegeschenkel (7) in einer Anfangsstellung bei neuer Kohlebürste (1) ihre maximale Auslenkung mit maximaler Biegekraft aufweist und daß sie sich mit fortschreitendem Verschleiß der Kohlebürste (1) einer kraftfreien Endstellung nähert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kohlebürste, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schenkelende (9) eines Biegeschenkels (7) in einen Körper (8) einer Kohlebürste (1) eingepreßt wird.
