Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de coffrage d'éléments unifiés en béton armé. Il est prévu de fixer sur un coffrage de base, notamment une palette (11), des éléments de coffrage longitudinaux et des éléments de coffrage de tête (12) et/ou au moins une autre pièce de coffrage (13), afin de former sur la palette (11) ou sur les éléments de coffrage, des évidements, des contre-dépouilles, etc. Les éléments et la pièce de coffrage (12, 13) sont nettoyés après décoffrage de l'élément unifié en béton armé et sont réutilisés. Afin d'améliorer leur réutilisation, il est prévu de sortir par découpage les éléments et/ou la pièce de coffrage (12, 13) d'un brin très long ou continu au profilage approprié et de les replacer après nettoyage à l'extrémité arrière dudit brin. Ce raccordement peut s'effectuer de préférence par collage ou soudage ou par enclenchement. Ce brin peut néanmoins être obtenu par extrusion et la pièce de coffrage peut être reformée à l'extrémité arrière du brin, le matériau de coffrage étant réacheminé jusqu'à l'extrudeuse après utilisation.
