Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Krawatte mit Schmuckeinlagen. Es war die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Krawatte bereitzustellen, die solche Variationsmöglichkeiten bietet, daß sie gehobenen Ansprüchen genügt. Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Krawatte mit Schmuckelementen gelöst, bei der die Schmuckelemente aus einem beliebigen Material bestehen, die in Art, Größe, Form und Farbe beliebig wählbar lösbar oder unlösbar auf eine Schmuckfläche einer Krawattenoberlage eingelegt oder aufgelegt werden. Die Schmuckelemente können aus Motiven aus Folien oder Flächengebilden eines geeigneten Metalls, einer Metallegierung, oder eines Kunststoffes, Edelholz, Leder, Schmucksteinen, Perlmutt, Kristallen, Glas, Porzellan und dergleichen bestehen. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Krawatte mit Schmuckeinlagen.
Die Darstellung von Bildern und bildhaften Motiven auf Kleidungsstücken, wie Shirts, Sport- und Freizeitbekleidung usw. ist seit längerer Zeit bekannt. Auch Accessoires, wie Tücher, und Krawatten werden mit bildhaften Motiven bedruckt.
Die so gestalteten Krawatten sind häufig Massenartikel und hinsichtlich ihrer Eigenschaften auf eine Gelegenheit oder auf eine bestimmte Kleiderordnung beschränkt. Außerdem heben sich diese Krawatten nicht aus der üblichen der Mode unterworfenen Gestaltung heraus und sind für konservative Träger einer Krawatte wenig attraktiv.
In dem DE-43 37 650 wird eine Krawatte beschrieben, in die von unten her verschiedene Stoffeinsätze in Durchbrüche der Krawatte eingeschoben und mit Druckknöpfen befestigt werden, so daßneue Effekte entstehen. Bei dieser Krawatte ist ein Durchbruch festgelegt, der auch nach dem Einschieben des Stoffeinsatzes als solcher erkennbar ist und dadurch keinen größeren Ansprüchen in der Gestaltung gerecht wird.
Eine Krawatte, die mit unterschiedlichen Dekors ausgerüstet werden kann, wird in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE- 94 20 114.5 beschrieben. Mittels Druckköpfen oder Flächenreißverschluß wird ein unterschiedlich gestalteter Dekorstreifen auf der Krawattenoberfläche befestigt. Bei dieser Ausführung einer Krawatte können die Dekorstreifen nicht in eine Krawatte integriert werden. Sie werden sich stets von der Krawatte abheben und als Fremdkörper erscheinen.
Eine andere Gestaltung einer Krawatte wird in dem Gebrauchsmuster DE-295 18 191 vorgeschlagen. In die Krawatte werden entsprechend dieser Beschreibung ornamentartige Auslochungen hergestellt, die mit andersfarbigem Stoff unterlegt werden könnten. Bei dieser Lösung müssen, falls die Rücknähte der Krawatte durchstanzt werden, zusätzliche Befestigungen der Naht vorgesehen werden.
Weiterhin sind Krawatten bekannt geworden, die beidseitig getragen werden können, aber mit ihnen können keine höheren Ansprüche in der Gestaltung erfüllt werden, da ihr Zuschnitt nicht in der üblichen Weise ausgeführt werden kann, und ihr Sitz deshalb nicht immer den Anforderungen genügt.
Es ist deshalb die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Krawatte bereitzustellen, die solche Variationsmöglichkeiten bietet, daß sie gehobenen Ansprüchen genügt.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Krawatte mit Schmuckelementen gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 ausgerüstet wird. Die Schmuckelemente bestehen aus einem beliebigen Material und sind in Art, Größe, Form und Farbe beliebig wählbar lösbar oder unlösbar auf eine Schmuckflächeauf die Krawattenoberlage oder den Knoten aufgelegt oder in die Krawattenoberlage eingelegt. Die Schmuckelemente können aus Motiven aus Folien oder Flächengebilden eines geeigneten Metalls, einer Metallegierung, eines Kunststoffes, Edelholz, Leder, Schmucksteinen, Perlmutt, Kristallen, Glas, Porzellan und dergleichen bestehen. Die Schmuckelemente können auch aus einem Geflecht aus Streifen oder Fäden aus Stoff, Leder, Metall oder einer Metallegierung, Edelholz, Porzellan oder Kunststoff bestehen, das auf die Krawattenoberlage auf- oder eingebracht wird.
Das Element kann aus einem Geflecht mit einer speziell gestalteten Form bestehen. Es können auch unterschiedliche Formen von Geflechten in einem Element vereinigt werden oder das Element kann aus Geflechten aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen.
Ein besonderer Effekt entsteht, wenn das Element aus dreidimensionalen Geflechten gestaltet ist. Bei einer so ausgestalteten Krawatte kann eine sehr effektvolle Ausführung erreicht werden, wenn das Element zusätzlich mit Schmuckelementen aus Edelsteinen, Perlen aus Glas oder Steinen, Edelmetallplättchen oder dergleichen durchsetzt wird. Diese Ergänzung ist in jedem Fall auch bei Elementen aus zweidimensionalen Geflechten möglich.
Bei der Verwendung von Streifen oder Fäden aus einem sehr flexiblen Material, das zu einem Element gestaltet wird, werden diese über ein steifes Material gespannt, aufgenäht oder aufgeklebt. Das steife Material kann dann aus einem textilen Stoff, Kunststoff oder aus Metallfolie bestehen. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß eine Versteifung aus einem beliebigen Draht in das Geflecht eingebracht wird. Eine andere Möglichkeit der Versteifung ergibt sich, wenn das Geflecht auf eine steife Unterlage aufgespannt wird oder wenn das Geflecht diese steife Unterlage vollständig als Schlauch umgibt. Eine weitere Möglichkeit zur Versteifung eines flexiblen Geflechtes besteht darin, daß das Geflecht durch Ein- oder Aufsprühen eines elastischen Materials versteift wird.
In einem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Element oder eine Mehrzahl von Elementen auf die Krawattenoberlage aufgenäht oder aufgeklebt. Ein besonderer Effekt entsteht dann, wenn das Element in einen Ausschnitt der Krawattenoberlage eingenäht oder eingeklebt ist. Es wird dann entweder das speziell farbig gestaltete Krawattenende oder das Hemd im Geflecht des Elementes sichtbar.
Um die erforderliche Festigkeit zu erreichen, können einige der Materialien für ein Schmuckelement vorher auf eine Trägermaterial aufgebracht werden.
Ein besonderer Effekt wird erzielt, wenn das Schmuckelement, das vorzugsweise aus einem edlen Material besteht, das Firmenlogo oder eine Marke des Herstellers darstellt. Dieses Logo oder diese Marke kann dann bereits bei der Gestaltung der Krawatte an einer bestimmte Stelle auf der Krawattenoberlage eingearbeitet werden.
Die Schmuckelemente können bei diesen Krawatten auf eine Schmuckfläche aufgebracht werden, die die Größe des einzulegenden oder aufzulegenden Schmuckelementes besitzt. Die Schmuckfläche kann aber auch größer oder kleiner als das einzulegende oder aufzulegende Schmuckelement sein. Die Schmuckfläche kann dabei eine Klettfläche, eine magnetische Fläche oder in einem besonderen Fall auch eine mit Druckknöpfen oder Schraubstiften ausgerüstete Fläche darstellen.
Um auch ohne Schmuckelement eine tragbare Krawatte zu erhalten, kann die Schmuckfläche entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung vorteilhafterweise so ausgestaltet sein, daß sie selbst ein Schmuckelement darstellt.
Die Schmuckelemente können in einer einfachen Ausführungsform farbige Paletten aus Kunststoff sein, die als Ergänzung oder im Kontrast zum Hemd auf die Schmuckfläche aufgelegt oder eingelegt werden. Es kann sich dabei um ein oder mehrere gleiche oder unterschiedlich gestaltete Schmuckelemente handeln.
Die Schmuckfläche ist vorteilhafterweise in das Muster der Krawatte integriert. Es kann z.B. eine bestimmte, durch das Muster der Krawatte vorgegebene Fläche präpariert werden, die später mit dem gewünschten Schmuckelement ergänzt wird. Der individuellen Gestaltung der Krawatte ist dadurch ein weiter Spielraum gegeben.
Das Schmuckelement kann auch unlösbar mit der Schmuckfläche verbunden werden. So kann z.B. eine feste Naht, mit der das Schmuckelement befestigt wird, oder eine Klebefläche vorgesehen werden.
Die oberste Stofflage der Krawatte kann auch im Bereich der Schmuckfläche ausgespart sein und die Schmuckelemente können in diese Aussparung direkt oder mit einer genähten Naht, einer Klebefläche oder umgebogenen Stiften in die Krawattenoberfläche eingelegt werden. Die Schmuckelemente können auch mit Hilfe von umgebogenen Stiften befestigt werden.
Durch diese Arten des Anbringens von Schmuckelementen auf oder in eine Krawatte ist es möglich, daß die Schmuckelemente entweder mit der Oberfläche der Krawatte bündig abschließen oder über diese herausragen.
Soll die Schmuckfläche mit anderen Schmuckelementen variiert werden, ist die Schmuckfläche vorteilhafterweise mit einer Klettfläche oder einer magnetischen Schicht versehen. Es ist aber auch denkbar, daß das Schmuckelement mit einer Anstecknadel ausgerüstet ist, die in bestimmten Fällen auf den Knoten oder die Krawattenoberlage angesteckt wird.
Mit Hilfe der lösbar oder unlösbar auf die Krawatte aufzubringenden oder in die Krawatte einzubringenden Schmuckelemente kann ein gediegenes Design geschmackvoll ergänzt werden. Schmuckelemente aus edlen Materialien machen die Krawatte des Trägers zu einer effektvollen Vervollkommnung der Kleidung, die dem anspruchsvollen Träger eine individuelle Note verleiht.
Die Variation der Krawatte mit Hilfe von bestimmten Schmuckelementen hat außerdem den Vorteil, daß eine Krawatte einfach an bestimmte Gelegenheiten und bestimmte Bekleidungen (Hemd, Anzug, Jacke usw.) angepaßt werden kann. Das bedeutet z.B. für einen Geschäftsreisenden, daß mit Hilfe von Schmuckelementen, die in unterschiedlicher Anzahl, Form und Größe angebracht werden, eine Vielzahl von Krawatten ersetzt werden kann.
Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend an einigen Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert werden.
Es zeigen:

Die Schmuckelemente bestehen aus einem beliebigen Material und sind lösbar oder unlösbar auf die Krawattenoberlage oder den Knoten aufgelegt oder in die Krawattenoberlage oder den Knoten eingelegt. Die Materialien, aus denen diese Schmuckelemente bestehen, können Folien oder Flächengebilden aus Metall, einer Metallegierung, oder aus Kunststoffen, Edelholz, Leder, Schmuckstein, Perlmutt, Kristallen, Glas, Porzellan und dergleichen sein. Die Schmuckelemente werden auf die Krawatte aufgelegt oder in die Krawatte eingelegt.
    Bei den Ausführungsbeispiel der Krawatte gemäß den Fign. 5 bis 8 sind Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt, bei denen Geflechte aus verschiedenen Materialien als Schmuckelemente auf die Krawatte aufgebracht oder in die Krawatte eingebracht sind.
    Um beliebige Schmuckelemente in die Krawattenoberfläche auf- oder einzubringem, kann sie zu diesem Zweck mit einer Aussparung versehen werden. Das Schmuckelement befindet sich dann in dieser Aussparung. Es muß angemerkt werden, daß in diese Aussparung selbstverständlich auch andere Schmuckelemente, die nicht aus einem Geflecht bestehen, eingelegt werden können.
    Die Erfindung kann in einem weiten Umfang variiert werden, ohne daß der Umfang der beiliegenden Ansprüche verlassen wird. Es kann z.B. das Firmenlogo fest eingelegt sein und es können weitere Schmuckelemente lösbar angebracht werden. Das Schmuckelement kann zum Beispiel auch aus einem andersartigen Stoff bestehen, auf den zusätzlich das Monogramm des Trägers oder das Firmenlogo aufgebracht wurde. Es kann auch ein spezielles lösbares Schmuckelement vorgesehen werden, das grundsätzlich auf dem Knoten angebracht wird. Es ist auch möglich, diese Schmuckelemente in gleicher Weise auf andere Bekleidungsstücke aus textilen Geweben oder Leder, wie Blusen, Hemden (z.B. aufHemdkragen), Hosen, Kleidern, Anzügen (auf Revers) usw. anzubringen.

    Claims (8)

    1. Krawatte mit Schmuckelementen aus einem beliebigen Material, die in Art, Größe, Form und Farbe beliebig wählbar lösbar oder unlösbar auf eine Schmuckfläche auf der Krawattenoberlage oder den Knoten aufgelegt oder eingelegt sind.
    2. Krawatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmuckelemente aus Motiven aus Folien oder Flächengebilden eines geeigneten Metalls, einer Metallegierung, oder eines Kunststoffes, Edelholz, Leder, Schmucksteinen, Perlmutt, Kristallen, Glas, Porzellan und dergleichen bestehen
    3. Krawatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmuckelemente aus einem Geflecht aus Streifen oder Fäden aus Stoff, Leder, Metall oder einer Metallegierung, Edelholz, Porzellan oder Kunststoff besteht, das auf die Krawattenoberfläche auf- oder eingebracht ist.
    4. Krawatte nach einem der Ansprüche 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schmuckelement aus dreidimensionalen Gebilden gestaltet ist.
    5. Krawatte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einige dieser Materialien auf ein Trägermaterial aufgebracht sind.
    6. Krawatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmuckfläche eine Klettfläche, eine magnetische Fläche, oder eine mit Druckknöpfen oder Schraubstiften ausgerüstete Fläche darstellt.
    7. Krawatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberste Stofflage im Bereich der Schmuckfläche ausgespart ist und die Schmuckelemente mit einer genähten Naht, einer Klebefläche oder umgebogenen Stiften in der Krawattenoberfläche eingelegt sind.
    8. Krawatte nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmuckfläche selbst ein Schmuckelement darstellt.
