Definitions
- the invention relates to a power supply conductor for a a lamp base having a glass base is provided and which consists of an alloy containing Ni.
- the light bulb is e.g. a light bulb, gas discharge lamp or flash lamp.
- the lamp has a hollow one Vitreous body and then an essentially solid or full glass base.
- the power supply conductor is partial melted into the glass base and partially protrudes from it Glass base away to the outside.
- the power supply conductor is a massive one or full structure of the alloy.
- the invention relates not only the power supply conductor on its own, but also the light bulb, which provide the power supply conductor is.
- a known (DE 1006 071B) power supply conductor which is provided for an illuminant lamp having a glass base and which is designed as a plug or pin, is hollow and consists of copper.
- This power supply conductor made of copper or a Ni-Cu alloy (with Mi wt.% Higher than 30%) will suffer a weakening when it melts into the glass base.
- the production of the power supply conductor must not be made more difficult by the use of the replacement metal.
- the replacement metal must withstand the melting temperatures of approx. 1,200 ° C that occur when the power supply conductor is melted into the glass base.
- the replacement metal must have good electrical conductivity in order to ensure the current supply to the interior of the lamp.
- the replacement metal must have good thermal conductivity in order to dissipate heat from the inside of the lamp lamp to the outside.
- the replacement metal must withstand operating temperatures of 150 - 200 ° C, which occur on the part of the power supply conductor that protrudes outwards.
- the replacement metal must have good corrosion resistance in the presence of oxygen and heat.
- the object of the invention is therefore a power supply conductor to create the type mentioned, its alloy on the one hand is significantly cheaper than nickel and on the other hand the requirements well met that to a power supply conductor for one Bulbs are set.
- the power supply conductor according to the invention is solving this problem, characterized in that that the alloy is a CuNi alloy, the 10 - 30 wt.% Ni and contains 70-90% by weight of Cu.
- the alloy is of the invention Power supply conductor much cheaper, e.g. 20% cheaper than a 98% nickel or pure alloy Nickel.
- the invention Power supply conductor has due to its alloy with respect to electrical Conductivity and thermal conductivity slightly worse Values as the known power supply conductor with the NiMn alloy; this deterioration in value is accepted, since the power supply conductor according to the invention meets the requirements still well fulfilled.
- the invention consists in in other words, in the application of the CuNi alloy, the 10 - Contains 30 wt.% Ni and 70 - 90 wt.% Cu for the power supply conductor.
- the alloy of the power supply conductor according to the invention contains e.g. up to 10% by weight of other metals, e.g. Fe and / or Mn. It is preferred if the proportion of Ni does not exceed 20% by weight. is.
- the power supply conductor according to the invention is like this designed that he with a piece of wire manufactured as drawn wire up to 4 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length is.
- This design is for power supply conductors of the aforementioned Kind of usual.
- the power supply conductor according to the invention is also designed so that it ends up on a metal sealing pin is welded on. This design is for power supply conductors of the type mentioned in the beginning.
- the power supply conductor and the sealing pin form together the power supply, which is a manufactured product and acted as such.
- the sealing pin is e.g. out Molybdenum, tungsten or a copper-coated FeNi wire (Dumet).
- the sealing pin is partially in the glass base of the lamp melted and partially protrudes into the vitreous.
- the lamp according to the drawing has a hollow glass body 1, which integrally merges into a solid glass base 2.
- Two power leads 3 are cast into the glass base 2, each consisting of a power supply conductor 4 and one opposite in cross section smaller sealing pin 5 exist.
- the Power supply conductor 4 and the sealing pin 5 are with the ends bumped against each other and by a weld 6 connected.
- the two sealing pins 5 partially protrude into the Glass body 1 and carry a helix 7 made of tungsten.
