Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einbaukältegerät mit einem wärmeisolierten Gehäuse und einer daran angeschlagenen Tür, welche an ihrer Frontseite mit einer dreidimensional zu benachbarten Möbelfront einer Küchenzeile oder dergleichen einjustierbaren Möbelfrontplatte versehen ist, welche zumindest am oberen und unteren horizontalen Abschnitt der Tür anhand von Beschlagteilen mit der Tür verbunden ist.
Ein solches Einbaukältegerät ist aus GB-A-2050814 bekannt.
Bei Einbaukältegeräten ist es bekannt, die Frontseite ihrer Gerätetüren mit Möbelfrontplatten auszustatten, welche zu benachbarten Möbelfronten dreidimensional ausrichtbar sind. Zu diesem Zwecke finden Beschlagteile in Form von Winkelprofilen Anwendung, welche ein dreidimensionales Ausrichten der Möbelfrontplatte zu den benachbarten Möbelfronten ermöglichen. Sind diese Möbelfronten in Form von sogenannten Kassettentüren und damit die Möbelfrontplatte an der Kältegerätetür als Kassettenfrontplatte ausgebildet, so sind spezielle Beschlagteile notwendig, da die Befestigungspunkte für die Beschlagteile grundsätzlich innerhalb des die Füllung der Kassettenfront umgebenden Rahmens angeordnet sein müssen. Durch die Notwendigkeit zusätzlicher spezieller Beschlagteile erhöht sich die Anzahl der dem Montagebeipack mitzuliefernden Montageteile und somit zwangsläufig auch die Möglichkeit, die entsprechenden Beschlagteile falsch zuzuordnen. Darüber hinaus bedingen die zusätzlich notwendigen Beschlagteile eine deutlich aufwendigere Logistik.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, für ein Einbaukältegerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 Beschlagteile bereitzustellen, durch welche mit einfachen, konstruktiven Maßnahmen ihre Montage erleichtert ist und die Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermieden sind.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Das erfindungsgemäße Beschlagteil eignet sich sowohl zur Befestigung von sogenannten Kassetten-Möbelplatten als auch für glattflächige Möbelfrontplatten, so daß nicht nur die Teilevielfalt verringert und damit die Materialwirtschaft vereinfacht ist, sondern auch eine weitestgehend barrierefreie Montage möglich ist. Ferner reduziert sich auch der Platzbedarf für die dem Gerät beizupackenden Montageteile, deren Kosten zudem durch die Vereinfachung der Beschlagteile deutlich reduziert sind.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß das als T-Profil ausgebildete Beschlagteil durch ein Flachprofil mit wenigstens einer, im wesentlichen senkrecht aus dessen Profilkörper herausgestellten, als Steg dienenden Zunge gebildet ist, welche im herausgestellten Zustand asymmetrisch zum verbleibenden, als Fuß dienenden Abschnitt des Flachproffiles angeordnet ist.
Ein derartig ausgebildetes Beschlagteil ist fertigungstechnisch besonders einfach auf verschiedene Montagefälle auf einfache Weise anpaßbar, wobei das Beschlagteil sowohl aus Kunststoffspritzguß als auch aus Halbzeugen wie beispielsweise Blech, welches durch Umformen entsprechend ausgebildet ist, ausgeführt sein kann.
Besonders gute Einstellmöglichkeiten für das als Beschlagteil dienende T-Profil sind für das dreidimensionale Ausrichten der Möbelfrontplatte gegeben, wenn nach einer nächsten bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung vorgesehen ist, daß der Steg und der Fuß des T-Profiles mit als Langlöcher ausgebildeten Befestigungsaufnahmen versehen sind.
Besonders kostengünstig herstellbar ist das T-Profil, wenn nach einer nächsten bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung vorgesehen ist, daß das Flachprofil aus plastisch verformbarem Material gebildet ist.
Hierdurch ergibt sich die Möglichkeit, kostengünstige Halbzeuge, wie Bleche durch Umformen als robuste Beschlagteile auszubilden.
Besonders stabil und lagegenau gehalten ist eine an der Frontseite einer Einbau-Kältegerätetür angeordnete Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte, wenn nach einer letzten bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung vorgesehen ist, das zur Befestigung an der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte am unteren horizontalen Türabschnitt oder an den seitlichen Abschnitten der Tür die als T-Profil ausgebildete Beschlagteile mit ihren längeren durch die asymmetrische Anordnung des Steges erzeugten Abschnitt am Rahmen der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte festgesetzt sind, während die Beschlagteile zur Halterung der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte an den seitlichen Wangen der Tür mit ihren kürzeren Abschnitten am Rahmen der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte befestigt sind.
Die Erfindung ist in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung anhand eines in der beigefügten Zeichnung vereinfacht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles erläutert.

Gemäß Fig. 1 ist eine zu einem nicht dargestellten Einbaukältegerät gehörende Kältegerätetür 10 gezeigt, deren wärmeisolierend ausgebildetes Türblatt 11 mit nicht gezeigten Lagermitteln verschwenkbar am Einbaukältegerät 10 gehaltert ist. Das wärmeisolierte Türblatt 11 ist sowohl an seinem oberen horizontalen Abschnitt 12 als auch an seinem unteren horizontalen Abschnitt 13 mit zur Befestigung dienenden Aufnahmen 14 versehen, von denen die dem oberen Abschnitt 12 zugeordneten nicht sichtbar sind. Ferner ist das Türblatt 11 an seiner Frontseite 15 mit einer ebenflächig ausgebildeten Möbelfrontplatte 16 verkleidet, deren Rückseite der Frontseite 15 zugewandt ist. Zur Halterung der Möbelfrontplatte 16 sind am oberen horizontalen Abschnitt 12 und am unteren horizontalen Abschnitt 13 Beschlagteile vorgesehen, von denen die dem unteren Abschnitt 13 zugeordneten Beschlagteile 17 im wesentlichen T-profilartig ausgebildet sind (siehe Fig. 2), während die am oberen Abschnitt 12 angeordneten Beschlagteile im vorliegenden Fall nicht dargestellt sind. Die in Art eines T-Profiles ausgebildeten Beschlagteile 17 weisen einen länglich ausgebildeten Steg 18 auf, welcher im Nahbereich seines freien Endes mit einem als Befestigungsaufnahme 19 dienenden, mittig zur Stegbreite s angeordneten und längs zur Längsachse des Steges 18 sich erstreckenden Langloch ausgestattet ist. Der Steg 18 ist unter einem rechten Winkel an einen flachprofiligen Fuß 20 angebunden, zu dessen Höhe h der Steg 18 mittig ausgerichtet und zu dessen Breite b der Steg 18 asymmetrisch angeordnet ist, so daß sich bezogen auf die Position des Steges 18 unterschiedlich lange Abschnitte (I und II) am Fuß 20 ergeben. Dieser ist wie der Steg 18 mit als Langlöcher ausgebildeten Befestigungsaufnahmen 21 ausgestattet, welche senkrecht zur Längsachse des Steges 18 angeordnet sind. Die Befestigungsaufnahmen 21 dienen zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsmitteln 23, mit welchen das untere Ende der Möbelfrontplatte 16 am längeren Abschnitt I des Fußes 20 festgesetzt ist, während der kürzere Abschnitt II für diese Art der Befestigung der Möbelfrontplatte 16 der Frontseite 15 zugewandt ist und an dieser aufliegt. Die Befestigung der Möbelfrontplatte 16 am Türkorpus 11 erfolgt anhand des Steges 18, dessen Befestigungsaufnahme 19 zu diesem Zweck von einem Befestigungsmittel 22 durchdrungen ist und mit der Aufnahme 14 zusammenwirkt. Um ein dreidimensionales Ausrichten der Möbelfrontplatte zu benachbarten Möbelfronten zu ermöglichen, sind die als Langlöcher ausgeführten Befestigungsaufnahmen 19 und 21 hinsichtlich ihrer Breite derart bemessen, daß diese ein vielfaches der Schaftbreite der Befestigungsmittel 22 und 23 ausmacht.
Abweichend von der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsform ist es auch möglich, zur Befestigung der Möbelfrontplatte 16 am unteren Abschnitt 13 des Türblattes 11 lediglich ein Beschlagteil 17 vorzusehen.
In Fig. 3 ist eine weitere Kältegerätetür 30 gezeigt, deren Türblatt 31 an seinen seitlichen Wangen 32 mit Aufnahmen 33 zum Einbringen weiter unten genauer erläuterter Befestigungsmittel versehen ist. Das Türblatt 31 ist an seiner Frontseite 34 mit einer Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte 35 verkleidet, dessen Rahmenteile 36 eine nicht näher beschriebene Füllung umgrenzen. Zur Halterung der Frontplatte 35 am Türblatt 31 sind an dessen seitlichen Wangen 32 zwei im Abstand der Aufnahmen 33 angeordnete Beschlagteile 17 vorgesehen, welche mit ihrem Steg 18 anhand einer mit den Aufnahmen 33 zusammenwirkenden Befestigungsschraube 37 am Türblatt 31 festgesetzt sind. Die Fixierung der Möbelfrontplatte 35 an den Beschlagteilen 17 erfolgt anhand des kürzeren, bezüglich der seitlichen Ränder der Rahmenteile 36 zurückstehenden Abschnittes II des Fußes 20, während dessen längerer Abschnitt I bei dieser Befestigungsart für die Möbelfrontplatte 35 zur Frontseite 34 hin verschwenkt ist und an dieser aufliegt. Zum Zwecke der Fixierung der Möbelfrontplatte 35 an den Beschlagteilen 17 sind Befestigungsschrauben 38 vorgesehen, welche die Befestigungsaufnahmen 21 ann Abschnitt II des Fußes durchdringen und an den parallel zu den seitlichen Wangen 32 verlaufenden Rahmenteilen 36 der Möbelfrontplatte 35 festgesetzt sind.
Abweichend von der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Befestigungsmaßnahme der Möbelfrontplatte ist bei überlangen Kältegeräten vorgesehen, die Möbellfrontplatte am unteren horizontalen Türabschnitt und etwa in der Mitte der Kältgegerätetür mit den Beschlagteilen 17 festzusetzen.
Die Beschlagteile 17 sind im vorliegenden Fall aus einem plastisch verformbaren Flachprofil, beispielsweise einem Bandstahl nach DIN 1016 herausgearbeitet, wobei der Steg 18 durch eine im Flachprofilkörper freigeschnittene Zunge gebildet ist und senkrecht zum Flachprofilkörper abgewinkelt ist, dessen verbleibender Rest den Fuß 20 bildet.

Claims (5)

  1. Einbaukältegerät mit einem wärmeisolierten Gehäuse und einer daran angeschlagenen Tür, welche an ihrer Frontseite mit einer dreidimensional zu benachbarten Möbelfronten einer Küchenzeile oder dergleichen einjustierbaren Möbelfrontplatte ausgestattet ist, die zumindest am oberen horizontalen Türabschnitt (12) und am unteren Türabschnitt (13) anhand von Beschlagteilen (17) mit der Tür verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschlagteile (17) am unteren horizontalen Abschnitt (13) oder an den seitlichen Abschnitten (32) der Tür (10, 30) in Art eines T-Profils ausgeführt sind, dessen mit Befestigungsaufnahmen (19) versehener Steg (18) zumindest asymmetrisch zur Breite des mit Befestigungsaufnahmen (21) ausgestatteten T-Profilfußes (20) angeordnet ist.

Einbaukältegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als T-Profil ausgebildete Beschlagteil (17) durch ein Flachprofil mit wenigstens einer, im wesentlichen senkrecht aus dessen Profilkörper herausgestellten, als Steg (18) dienenden Zunge gebildet ist, welche im herausgestellten Zustand asymmetrisch zum verbleibenden, als Fuß (20) dienenden Abschnitt des Flachprofils angeordnet ist.
  3. Einbaukältegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (18) und der Fuß (20) des als Beschlagteil (17) dienenden T-Profils mit als Langlöcher ausgebildeten Befestigungsaufnahmen (19, 21) versehen sind.
  4. Einbaukältegerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flachprofil aus plastisch verformbarem Material gebildet ist.

Einbaukältegerät mit einer an der Frontseite seiner Tür angeordneten Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Befestigung der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte am unteren horizontalen Abschnitt (13) oder an den seitlichen Abschnitten (32) der Tür (10, 30) die als T-Profil ausgebildeten Beschlagteile (17) mit ihren längeren durch die asymmetrische Anordnung des Steges (18) erzeugten Abschnitt () am Rahmen (36) der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte (35) festgesetzt sind, während die Beschlagteile zur Halterung der der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte (35) an den seitlichen Wangen (32) der Tür (10, 30) mit ihren kürzeren Abschnitten (II) am Rahmen (36) der Kassetten-Möbelfrontplatte (35) befestigt sind.
