Claims (9)

  1. Bügeleisensohle mit einem durch Guß hergestellten Heizkörper (1), der einen Umfangsrand (4) mit im ganzen Dreiecksprofil mit einer Spitze (6) und einem Absatz (8) aufweist, sowie mit einer Bügelplatte (10) aus Metall von komplementärer Form mit einem spitzen vorderen Bereich (12) und einem einen Absatz bildenden hinteren Bereich (14), die eine Innenseite (16), die mit der Unterseite (18) des Heizkörpers (1) in Wärmekontakt kommt, und eine nach oben vorstehende Randleiste (24), welche den Umfangsrand (4) des Heizkörpers seitlich umgibt und Vorrichtungen zur Vereinigung mit dem Rand besitzt, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (10) eine zur Bildung einer Bügelfläche mit einem Überzug (22) beschichtete Außenseite (20) aufweist und die Vorrichtungen zum Zusammenbau der Randleiste (24) mindestens im vorderen Bereich (12) der Randleiste einen vorgeformten und gerollten Rand (26), der zum Übergreifen der Spitze (6) des Heizkörpers bestimmt ist, und in deren hinteren Bereich (14) mindestens einen Haken (28), der mit dem Absatz (8) des Randes (4) des Heizkörpers in Eingriff kommt, aufweisen.
  2. Bügeleisensohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (28) einen Finger aufweist, von dem ein Teil (29) in Richtung des Mittelbereichs des Heizkörpers (1) gebogen ist.
  3. Bügeleisensohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (28) ein elastisches Element ist, das automatisch auf dem Absatz (8) einrastet.
  4. Bügeleisensohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgeformte und gerollte Rand (26) der Randleiste (24) sich auch seitlich an den großen Seitenkanten (32) des Heizkörpers (1) erstreckt.
  5. Bügeleisensohle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorgeformte und gerollte Rand (26) sich mit einem geringen Spiel (a) in einem Abstand von den Seitenkanten (32) erstreckt.
  6. Bügeleisensohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Unterseite (18) des Heizkörpers (1) eine Silikonklebstoffschicht aufgebracht ist.
  7. Bügeleisensohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überzug (22) von einer Chromschicht gebildet ist.
  8. Bügeleisensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überzug (22) eine Emailschicht ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Platte (10) zuvor mit ihrem gerollten Rand gebildet und dann über die Gesamtheit der Außenfläche (20) mit einem Überzug beschichtet wurde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Platte (10) und den Heizkörper (1) in einem Winkel β zueinander hält, die Spitze (6) des Umfangsrandes (4) unter den gerollten Rand (26) des vorderen Bereichs der Randleiste (24) einsetzt, dann die Unterseite (18) des Heizkörpers (1) und eine Innenseite (16) der Platte (10) gegeneinander drückt und die so gebildete Anordnung durch Anbringen des Hakens (28) auf dem Absatz (8) zusammenhält.
