Claims (15)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren eines Chassis in Form eines U mit zwei seitlichen Flanschen, wobei die Flansche miteinander auf der Seite, welche geeignet ist zur Aufnahme des Schuhs, verbunden sind, für Gleitsportartikel und des Typs, welcher mindestens eine Abnutzungsoberfläche (3, 4, 13, 23) aufweist, geeignet zum Aufnehmen eines Schuhs und der zwei seitlichen Flansche (2, 12, 22), wobei es Befestigungsmittel (6, 16, 26) des oder der Gleitorgane aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte aufweist, welche bestehen aus:
    - Ausstanzen einer Form aus einer Metallplatte, welche im Wesentlichen der abgewickelten Form von mindestens einem Teil (2, 12, 22) des Chassis entspricht,
    - Realisieren in diesem Teil des Chassis durch Metallpressen mindestens einer Versteifungsrippe (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29), die in einer Längsrichtung des Chassis in einem Bereich zwischen mindestens zwei Befestigungsmitteln (6, 16, 26) langgestreckt ist.
  2. Herstellungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsrippe (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29) sich in Richtung nach dem Innern des Chassis auf mindestens einem Teil einer Länge erstreckt.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsrippe (8, 9, 18, 28, 29) sich in Richtung nach außen des Chassis auf mindestens einen Teil seiner Länge erstreckt.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es besteht aus dem Ausstanzen des abgewickelten gesamten Form des Chassis und dem Erhalten der endgültigen Form mittels Biegen in ein U nach der Bearbeitung.
  5. Chassis in Form eines U mit zwei seitlichen Flanschen, wobei die Flansche miteinander auf der Seite verbunden sind, welche geeignet zum Aufnehmen des Schuhs ist, für einen Gleitsportartikel, wobei es mindestens eine Abstützungsoberfläche (3, 4, 13, 23) aufweist, die geeignet ist, einen Schuh und die zwei seitlichen Flansche (2, 12, 22) aufzunehmen, Befestigungsmittel (6, 16, 26) des oder der Gleitorgane aufweisend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine Versteifungsrippe (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29) aufweist, die auf mindestens einen der Flansche (2, 12, 22) durch Metallpressen verwirklicht ist, und dass die Rippe (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29) einer Längsrichtung des Chassis und in einem Bereich zwischen mindestens zwei Befestigungsmitteln (6, 16, 26) des oder der Gleitorgane langgestreckt ist.
  6. Chassis gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippe oder die Rippen (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29) im Wesentlichen in longitudinaler Richtung von jedem Flansch erstrecken und oberhalb der Befestigungsmittel (6, 16, 26) des oder der Gleitorgane verwirklicht sind.
  7. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe oder die Rippen (8, 9, 18, 19, 28, 29) eine im Wesentlichen gebogene Form aufweisen.
  8. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippe oder die Rippen (8) im Wesentlichen auf der gesamten Länge des Flansches des Chassis erstrecken.
  9. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausstanzung (a) der Rippe oder den Rippen (8) zugeordnet ist.
  10. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe oder die Rippen (18, 19) sich lediglich in einer begrenzten zentralen Zone von jedem Flansch erstrecken.
  11. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe oder die Rippen (28, 29) sich im Bereich der Enden von jedem Flansch erstrecken.
  12. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe oder die Rippen (38) sich im Wesentlichen auf der gesamten Oberfläche des seitlichen Flansches (32) erstrecken.
  13. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippe oder die Rippen in Richtung nach innen des Chassis erstrecken.
  14. Chassis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rippe sich in Richtung nach außen des Chassis erstreckt.
  15. Chassis nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Flansch aus Aluminium metallgepresst hergestellt sind.
