Claims (24)

  1. Zylindersicherheitsschloss mit erhöhtem Einbruchswide stand, wobei der Zylinder aus einem Sicherheitsschließzylinder besteht, welcher innerhalb einer in einer Schutzmuffe (1) ausgebildeten Kammer (7) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kammer (7) an der Frontseite (1a) der Schulzmuffe (1) durch einen Boden (7a) begrenzt ist, wobei der Schließzylinder einen Rotor (9) aufweist, der in einem Stator (8) um seine Achse drehbar ist, wobei zwischen Rotor und Stator Verkeilungsmittel angeordnet sind, die mit einem in eine Schlüsselaufnahme des Rotors (9) eingesteckten Schlüssel betätigt werden können, wobei die Schutzmuffe (1) an ihrer Frontseite (1a), dem Rotor (9) gegenüberliegend, eine aufbohrfeste Schutzscheibe (10) trägt, in der eine Schlüsseldurchführung (11) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl von Schutzeinsätzen (17) kranzförmig um die aufbohrfeste Schutzscheibe (10) herum in Aufnahmen (16) der Schutzmuffe (1) am Boden der Kammer (7), wo der Schließzylinder gelagert ist, angeordnet ist.
  2. Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzeinsätze (17) eine kegelstumpfartige Form haben, deren kleine Basis der Vorderseite der Schutzmuffe (1) zugewandt ist.
  3. Zylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleine Basis der Schutzeinsätze gewölbt ist und mit ihrer Konvexität auf die Vorderseite der Schutzmuffe (1) gerichtet ist.
  4. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Schutzeinsätze (17) zur Bildung eines Rings (19) fest mit einem Rundring (18) verbunden sind.
  5. Zylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Schutzeinsätze (17) mit ihren Achsen parallel zur Achse des sie verbindenden Rundrings (18) verlaufen und an der Außenseite dieses Rundrings (18) vorstehen.
  6. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (19) mit den Schutzeinsätzen (17) auf einer zylinderförmigen Auflagefläche (10d) der aufbohrfesten Schutzscheibe (10) angeordnet ist.
  7. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzeinsätze (17) nur den Schließzylinderwinkelabschnitten mit den zu schützenden Verkeilungsmitteln gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  8. Zylinder nach Anspruch 5 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (7) der Schutzmuffe (1), in der sich der Schließzylinder befindet, auf ihrer Seitenwand parallel zur Richtung ihrer Mantellinie Nuten (21) aufweist, welche die Montage des Rings (19) am Boden der Kammer (7) der Schutzmuffe (1) durch Gleiten der Schutzeinsätze (17) in den Nuten (21) zum Boden (7a) der Kammer (7) hin ermöglichen, wobei zwischen dem Stator (8) des Schließzylinders und der Kammer (7) der Muffe (1) auf zumindest einem Teil des von den Nuten (21) belegten Abschnitts eine Hülse (22) eingebracht ist.
  9. Zylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (22) außenseitig Rippen (23) aufweist, welche die Nuten (21) der Kammer (7) ergänzen.
  10. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (22) an ihrem zur Frontseite (1a) der Muffe (1) hinzubewegenden Ende einen um eine zylinderförm ge Auflagefläche (10e) der aufbohrfesten Schutzscheibe (10) herum angeordneten Flachkranz (24) aufweist, wobei der Kranz (24) auf dem Boden (7a) der Kammer (7) aufliegt und als Außenkontur den Innenquerschnitt der Kammer (7) hat.
  11. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse des Rotors (9) gegen die Achse des Stators (8) versetzt ist, wobei sich die Hülse (22) über einen Bereich nahe 180° erstreckt, der in Bezug auf die Ebene, welche die Achse des Rotors (8) beinhaltet und welche quer zu der die Achsen des Rotors (9) und des Stators (8) einschließenden Ebene verläuft, auf der Seite angeordnet ist, wo sich die Achse des Stators (8) nicht befindet.
  12. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufbohrfeste Schutzscheibe (10) beiderseits der Schlüsseldurchführung (11) mindestens einen Scheibeneinsatz (14a, 14b) aufweist, der aus einem Werkstoff mit einer größeren Härte gefertigt ist als der Werkstoff, aus dem die Scheibe (10) besteht.
  13. Zylinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Scheibeneinsatz einen Stift (14a, 14b) darstellt, der weitgehend parallel zur Ebene der Schlüsseldurchführung (11) und weitgehend quer zur Achse der Scheibe (10) verläuft.
  14. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufbohrfeste Schutzscheibe (10) frei drehbar ist und eine nach außen gerichtete Frontseite (10a) kleineren Durchmessers aufweist als ihre dem Rotor (9) des Zylinders zugewandte Rückseite, wobei die äußere Seitenwand der Scheibe (10) zwischen ihrer Vorder- und Rückseite einen kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (10c) aufweist.
  15. Zylinder nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufbohrfeste Schutzscheibe (10) auf ihrer Rückseite einen umlaufenden Kragen (10e) aufweist, der mit dem kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (10c) keine direkte Verbindung hat.
  16. Zylinder nach Anspruch 13 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (10) auf beiden Seiten der Schlüsseldurchführung einen Stift (14a, 14b) aufweist, wobei die Achsen der beiden Stifte (14a, 14b) symmetrisch zur Mittelebene der Schlüsseldurchführung (11) verlaufen.
  17. Zylinder nach Anspruch 14 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen der Stifte (14a, 14b) in Bezug auf den kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (10c) der Scheibe (10) an der Rückseite der Scheibe (10) angeordnet sind.
  18. Zylinder nach Anspruch 14 bis 16 gleichzeitig, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem kegelstumpfartigen Bereich (10c) und dem Kragen (10e) der Scheibe (10) eine zylinderförmige Auflagefläche (10d) ausgebildet ist, die zwei parallele Bohrungen (13a, 13b) aufweist, in denen die beiden Stifte (14a, 14b) angeordnet sind.
  19. Zylinder nach Anspruch 16 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stifte (14a, 14b) in Blindbohrungen (13a, 13b) eindringen, die in der Scheibe (10) entgegengesetzt ausgebildet sind.
  20. Zylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite der Scheibe (10) eine Vertiefung (12) aufweist zur Aufnahme der Vorderseite des Rotors (9) des Schließzylinders, welche in Bezug auf die Vorderseite des Stators (8) geringfügig vorsteht.
  21. Zylinder nach Anspruch 14 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontseite (10a) der Scheibe (10) gewölbt ist und mit ihrer Konvexität nach außen gerichtet ist.
  22. Zylinder nach Anspruch 14 allein oder in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich der Frontseite (1a) der Schutzmuffe (1), der die Frontseite (10a) der Scheibe (10) umgibt, eine Einsenkung (1c) bildet, deren Konkavität nach außen gerichtet ist.
  23. Zylinder nach Anspruch 6 und 18 gleichzeitig, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (19) mit den Schutzeinsätzen (17) die zylinderförmige Auflagefläche (10d), in der die beiden Bohrungen (13a, 13b) für die beiden Stifte (14a, 14b) ausgebildet sind, umgibt.
  24. Zylinder nach Anspruch 10 und 15 gleichzeitig, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flachkranz (24) der Hülse (22) um den umlaufenden Kragen (10e) der aufbohrfesten Schutzscheibe (10) herum angeordnet ist.
