Definitions
- the invention relates to a gas flow filter element according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a viscose plush of this type is known from DE-A-195 10 676. It contains a fabric as the basic fabric and a pile cover on top. The basic product is designed so that it can be used as scouring material. The basic fabric can be knitted or woven. In DE-U-296 13 983 it is proposed to use knitted or knitted fabric instead of woven fabric as the basic fabric. From GB-A-607 816 it is known that velor made from viscose may have color defects which result from irregularities in the cross-sectional shape of the filaments. The cross-sectional shape of the filaments depends on the cross-sectional shape of the nozzle openings through which the viscose material is pressed to form the filaments.
- the invention relates to a gas flow filter element consisting of a plush made of viscose, which consists of 100% cellulose and is able to reduce the surface tension of liquids, in particular water, without surfactants. Without one Reducing the surface tension, the water drops roll off surfaces without cross-linking with each other. Only by reducing the surface tension of the water can the water drop wet a surface and loosen dirt particles on it.
- the object of the invention is to provide a gas flow filter element consisting of a viscose plush, with which the arrangement of the molecules of liquids relative to one another can be greatly changed without chemical agents, in particular the surface tension of natural water can be greatly reduced; and also without any chemical agents, gas streams can be cleaned and disinfected very well and then the viscose plush itself can be cleaned again very well and easily, also without the need for chemical agents.
- the cleaning with the viscose plush should be so good that even microorganisms are disposed of.
- the viscose plush contains a fabric made of warp threads and weft threads as well as pile threads that are woven into the fabric and extend out of it across the fabric.
- the pile threads are also referred to as "pile threads".
- the warp threads consist of viscose staple fiber yarn
- the weft threads consist of viscose, preferably viscose modal
- the pile threads consist of viscose filament.
- the viscose plush consists of 20% viscose staple yarn of the warp threads, 21% viscose modal of the weft threads, and 59% viscose filament of the pile threads.
- the weft threads are colored, for example in the colors red, yellow, green or blue, while the warp threads and the pile threads are left in their natural color.
- a color of the pile threads other than the color of the warp threads or the weft threads has the advantage that a cleanly washed viscose plush shows a different color than a soiled viscose plush, so that the user can recognize its purity from the color appearance of the viscose plush.
- 330 dtex means that 10,000 m of the viscose filament yarn weigh 330 grams.
- f30 means that the filament yarn consists of 30 individual filaments and that the fiber cross section is angular.
- a different viscose material can be used for the weft threads instead of viscose modal.
- the viscose material of warp threads, weft threads and pile threads is a pure natural product made of 100% cellulose.
- the viscose plush can have 15% to 25% viscose staple fiber yarn as warp threads; 16% to 26% viscose, preferably viscose modal, as weft threads, and 49% to 69% viscose filament as pile threads.
- the warp threads can consist of 500-dtex, 2-fold, (Nm 20/2) to 167-dtex, 2-fold, (Nm 60/2) viscose staple fiber yarn, with a setting in the range between 12 Fd / cm and 20 fd / cm.
- the weft threads can consist of 1000-dtex (Nm 10/1) to 250-dtex (Nm 40/1) viscose, preferably viscose modal, and have a setting of 12 Fd / cm to 24 Fd / cm.
- the pile threads or pile threads can be made of viscose filament in the range from 50 dtex to 1000 dtex and in the range from f20 to f90.
- the weight of the viscose plush is preferably approximately 620 g per linear meter, with a width of 1.40 m. The viscose plush is washed and fixed and the pile is laid.
- Chemical absorption agents are not used for absorbing water or other liquids, dirt particles, and all microorganisms due to the capillary forces mentioned, and for subsequently releasing this liquid, dirt particles, and all microorganisms when immersing the viscose plush in water or when rinsing the viscose plush with water required. After cleaning and wringing out the viscose plush, it has its capillary action again and can be used again.
- the invention is the result of observation of how nature automatically cleans plants and their leaves without using surfactants to reduce them Surface tension are required.
- the viscose filaments of these pile threads have a plurality of longitudinal grooves extending in the longitudinal direction of the thread over the entire length of the thread.
- the field of application of the filter element according to the invention is its use as a filter in gas streams, for example in the exhaust air from painting systems when painting objects, in building air conditioning systems, as a motor vehicle fresh air filter for the Passenger compartment of motor vehicles, and in gas or air flows of all types of industrial plants.
- the viscose plush After use, the viscose plush must be cleaned. No chemical cleaning agents or other chemical additives are required for this either. It is sufficient to immerse the viscose plush in the water or to rinse it off with water and rub it gently. It reduces its capillary action and thus also its capillary forces to such an extent that it releases the moisture, dirt particles and all microorganisms previously absorbed during the cleaning process or filtering process completely into the water surrounding it and is very clean after a short time without it chemical cleaning agents or other chemical additives are required.
- the viscose plush according to the invention consists of warp threads 2, weft threads 4 and interwoven pile threads or pile threads 6.
- the pile threads 6 extend to one side transversely away from the fabric which is formed by the warp threads 2 and the weft threads 4.
- a double-sided plush can be formed in a simple manner by two plush cloths 8 from FIG. 1 arranged back to back, as shown in FIG. 2.
- FIG. 3 shows two adjacent pile threads 6, which form a capillary channel 12 between them in the longitudinal direction of the thread.
- the capillary forces which arise in the capillary channel 12 suck in the direction from their free end 14 towards their inner end 16 fastened to the warp threads 2 and weft threads 4, foreign substances 18, in particular liquid, dirt particles, all microorganisms, when the viscose plush 8 is moist, but especially when it is light is wet. If the viscose plush 8 is immersed in water or rinsed off with water, it loses its capillary forces and the foreign substances 18 fall out of the capillary channels without the need for additional agents, for example chemical cleaning agents or solvents.
- the surfaces of the warp threads 2, the weft threads 4 and the pile threads 6 are very smooth, so that the foreign substances 18 can slip on them and no strong adhesive forces can arise between these threads 2, 4 and 6 on the one hand and the foreign substances 18.
- the pile threads 6 must have longitudinal grooves 20 extending in the longitudinal direction over their entire length. This increases the capillary action in the capillary channels 12.
- the longitudinal grooves 20, seen in cross section, preferably have an arcuate groove base.
- the pile threads 6 have a polygonal cross-sectional shape.
- the pile threads 6 are preferably W-shaped in the weft threads 4.
- the warp threads 2, the weft threads 4 and in particular the pile threads 6 with the longitudinal grooves 20 together form a huge surface made of 100% vegetable raw material, which is many thousand times larger than the surface of such a viscose plush element measured over its outer edges.
- the pile threads 6 are made of natural viscose.
- the warp threads 2 and the weft threads 4 can consist of artificial viscose, but they preferably also consist of natural viscose.
