Claims (16)
- Rotationsbürste zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken, mit einem Bürstenbesatz (5), der zwischen zwei miteinander verbundenen Spannscheiben (1, 2) eingeklemmt und auf einem von diesem gebildeten im wesentlichen zylindrischen Halteelement gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Spannscheiben (1, 2) jeweils an ihrer einander zugekehrten Seite einen Axialbund (3, 4) aufweisen, dessen Außen- bzw. Innendurchmesser derart bemessen ist, daß bei aneinander befestigten Spannscheiben (1, 2) der Axialbund (3) der einen Spannscheibe (1) verbindend in denjenigen (4) der anderen Spannscheibe (2) zur Ausbildung der Spannscheibenverbindung eingreift und gleichzeitig hierdurch das zylindrische Halteelement zur Lagerung des Bürstenbesatzes (5) gebildet ist. - Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialbunde (3, 4) der beiden Spannscheiben (1, 2) gleiche Länge aufweisen.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialbunde (3, 4) der beiden Spannscheiben (1, 2) unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsverbindung zwischen den Axialbunden (3, 4) der beiden Spannscheiben (1, 2) durch eine Paß- bzw. Klemmverbindung gebildet ist.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsverbindung zwischen den Axialbunden (3, 4) der beiden Spannscheiben (1, 2) als lösbare Verbindung ausgestaltet ist.
- Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsverbindung zwischen den Axialbunden (3,4) der beiden Spannscheiben (1,2) durch Klebstoff gebildet bzw. gesichert ist, der auf wenigstens eine der miteinander zusammenwirkenden Umfangsflächen der Axialbunde (3, 4) aufgetragen ist.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paß- bzw. Klemmverbindung zwischen den Axialbunden (3, 4) dadurch gebildet ist, daß wenigstens einer der Axialbunde (3 bzw. 4) an seiner mit dem anderen Axialbund (4 bzw. 3) zusammenwirkenden Umfangsfläche Erhebungen, insbesondere in Form von Axialrippen (8), aufweist.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialrippen (8) an der Außenumfangsfläche des durchmesserkleineren Axialbundes (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Bürste nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Axialrippen (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialrippen (8) in gleichem Umfangsabstand voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialrippen (8) an ihrer vorderen freien Stirnfläche (9) abgeschrägt sind.
- Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derjenige Axialbund (4), der die Axialrippen (8) des anderen Axialbundes (3) aufnimmt, an seiner vorderen Stirnfläche (10) abgeschrägt ist.
- Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Axialrippen (8) aufnehmende Axialbund (4) an seinem vorderen Ende einen Ringwulst (11) trägt, der bei aneinander festgelegten Spannscheiben (1, 2) die mit vorbestimmter Länge ausgebildeten Axialrippen (8) des anderen Axialbundes (3) sichernd hintergreift.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durchmessergrößere Axialbund (4) an seiner Außenumfangsfläche axial verlaufende Längsrippen (12) zur rutschfesten Lagerung des Bürstenbesatzes (5) trägt.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannscheiben (1, 2) aus glasfasersverstärktem Kunststoff bestehen.
- Bürste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannscheiben (1, 2) Spritzgußteile sind.
