Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zur Einstellung der Seitenneigung eines Schuh-Oberteiles (2) eines Sportschuhes (1), der an einem schalenförmigen Schuh-Unterteil (3) mittels Gelenkzapfen (4) in Schuh-längsrichtung schwenkbar gelagert ist, mit zumindest einem, an einem der Schuhteile (2, 3) beweglich gelagerten Stellglied (8) zur Höhenverstellung zumindest einer Längsseite des Schuh-Oberteiles (2) in unterschiedlichen Höhenpositionen relativ zum Schuh-Unterteil (3), und mit einer Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6), mit deren Hilfe der Schuh-Oberteil (2) am Schuh-Unterteil (3) in der eingestellten Höhenposition feststellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zumindest eine Stellglied (8) wenigstens eine am Gelenkzapfen (4) dieser Schuhlängsseite anliegende Steuerfläche (12, 13) aufweist, die für eine Höhenverstellung des Schuh-Oberteils (2) unter einem Winkel (α) zur Bewegungsrichtung des Stellgliedes (8) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schuh-Außenseite im Bereich des Gelenkzapfens (4) eine steife Abdeckung (21) angebracht ist, die ein allgemein vertikales Langloch (29) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (29) in Richtung der Oberteil-Achse (A) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (8) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und einen Längsschlitz (7) aufweist, dessen Ränder (10, 11) eine obere und eine untere Steuerfläche (12, 13) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (8) am Schuh-Oberteil (2) gelagert ist und der dem Stellglied (8) zugeordnete Gelenkzapfen (4) fest mit dem Schuh-Unterteil (3) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (8) schwenkbar am Schuh-Oberteil (2) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied (8) als Zahnsegmentplatte (9) ausgebildet ist, deren Zahnung (9') mit einem am Schuh-Oberteil (2) drehbar gelagerten Antriebszahnrad (16) kämmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebszahnrad (16) an einer äußeren Stirnseite seiner Welle (17) einen Schraubendreher-Schlitz (19) aufweist und von der Schuhaußenseite her mittels Schraubendreher betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen dem Antriebszahnrad (16) und der Zahnsegmentplatte (9) 1:5 bis 1:10, vorzugsweise ca. 1:7, beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das plattenförmige Stellglied (8) einen leistenförmigen Vorsprung (31) aufweist, der bei der Bewegung des Stellgliedes (8) in einer Führungsnut (32) des Schuh-Oberteiles (2) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der leistenförmige Vorsprung (32) mit einer Skala versehen ist, welche über eine Sichtöffnung (33) im Boden der Führungsnut (32) und gegebenenfalls in der äußeren am Schuh-Oberteil (2) im Bereich der Zahnsegmentplatte (9) angebrachten Abdeckung (21) zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (21) aus Metall besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung aus Hartkunststoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (21) eine Bohrung (20) zur Lagerung der Welle (17) des Antriebszahnrades (16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite des Schuh-Oberteiles (2) ein Plättchen (25) mit einer Bohrung (22) zur zusätzlichen Lagerung der Welle (17) des Antriebszahnrades (16) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (21) einen Fortsatz (26) aufweist, der in einem Durchlaß (27) des Schuh-Oberteiles (2) formschlüssig eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (28) im Bereich des Fortsatzes (26) der Abdeckung (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsschlitz (7) kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius des kreisbogenförmigen Längsschlitzes (7) zumindest doppelt so groß wie jener der kreisbogenförmig angeordneten Zahnung (9') der schwenkbaren Zahnsegmentplatte (9) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (α) zwischen der Steuerfläche (12, 13) und der Bewegungsrichtung des Stellgliedes (8) zwischen 20° und 45° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (α) zwischen der Steuerfläche (12, 13) und der Bewegungsrichtung des Stellgliedes (8) zwischen 30° und 40° beträgt.
