Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine niedrigviskose alkalische Reinigeremulsion,
enthaltend 1 bis 25 Gew.-% Glycerinölsäureester oder
ölsäure, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% eines nichtionogenen Emulgators,
3 bis 30 Gew.-% eines Aminoxids, 1 bis 30 Gew.-% eines
Hydrotrops, 5 bis 80 Gew.-% wäßrige Alkalihydroxidlösung, 1 bis
10 Gew.-% eines Komplexbildners und Wasser.
Die Reinigung von kontaminierten Oberflächen, insbesondere
senkrechten, glatten Oberflächen in der fleisch- und lebensmittelverarbeitenden
Industrie, ist relativ problematisch. Nicht
immer gelingt es, in der zur Verfügung stehenden Zeit eine hinreichend
lange Einwirkungszeit der eingesetzten Reinigerlösung
auf der verschmutzten Oberfläche zu gewährleisten. Die Reinigerlösung
läuft zu schnell ab, ohne daß die reinigende Wirkung
voll ausgenutzt wird.
Man hat deshalb versucht, mit entsprechend hochviskosen Reinigungsmitteln
vor allem senkrechte Wandflächen zu reinigen.
Diese Kontaktierung bzw. das nachträgliche Entfernen ist jedoch
technisch schwierig zu gestalten und dabei sehr zeitaufwendig.
Außerdem kommen relativ konzentrierte Lösungen zur Anwendung.
Bekannt ist auch die Verwendung von polymeren Verdickungsmitteln
in tensidischen Reinigersystemen. So wird in der EP-A-0
314 232 ein alkalischer Reiniger mit verdickenden Eigenschaften
nach dem Verdünnen auf Gebrauchslösung beschrieben. Zur Reduktion
der Viskosität in dem Konzentrat werden solchen Formulierungen
Alkohole, wie Ethanol oder Isopropanol oder auch andere
Lösungsmittel, zugegeben, die dann in der Gebrauchslösung
ihre verdünnende Wirkung verlieren; dadurch erhöht sich die
Viskosität der auf die Oberfläche zu bringenden Gebrauchslösung.
Der Einsatz der dort verwendeten Lösungsmittel ist wegen
ihrer niedrigen Flammpunkte mit einer erheblichen Entzündungsund
Feuergefahr verbunden.
Aus der US-A-4 438 024 sind weiterhin stabile wäßrige
Detergenszusammensetzungen bekannt, welche ein Aminoxid, ein
Hydrotrop, Ölsäure, einen Komplexbildner, Wasser und eine
Alkalihydroxidlösung zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes enthalten.
Sie finden Anwendung in Waschmittelzusammensetzungen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Reinigungsemulsion zur Verfügung
zu stellen, die die Nachteile der bekannten Reinigungsmittel
nicht besitzt und in Gebrauchslösung auf der zu reinigenden
senkrechten Oberfläche so hochviskos ist, daß sie dort
eine ausreichende Kontaktzeit gewährleistet.
Die Aufgabe wird durch eine niedrigviskose alkalische Reinigungsemulsion
gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie
als Emulgator das Umsetzungsprodukt eines ethoxylierten Glycerinricinolsäureesters
mit Ölsäure enthält.
Vorteilhafterweise wird dabei ein ethoxylierter Glycerinricinolsäureester
verwendet, der mit 10 bis 30 Moläquivalenten
Ethylenoxid ethoxyliert ist. Von besonderem Vorteil hat sich
gezeigt, daß beim Einsatz eines mit 15 bis 25 Moläquivalenten
ethoxylierten Glycerinricinolsäureesters sehr gute Ergebnisse
erhalten werden.
Die Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen nichtionogenen Emulgators
kann durch folgendes Formelschema näher erläutert werden:
Mit dem Einsatz dieses hochwirksamen Emulgators wird eine zunächst
niedrigviskose Reinigeremulsion zur Verfügung gestellt,
deren Viskosität beim Verdünnen mit Wasser auf Gebrauchslösung
(2 bis 10 %) sprunghaft ansteigt und dabei ausreichend lange
auf der verschmutzten, glatten, vertikalen Oberfläche verweilen
kann. Danach kann die behandelte Fläche schnell und problemlos
abgespült werden. Zweckmäßigerweise wird die Reinigeremulsion
durch handelsübliche Aufschäumgeräte mit den zu reinigenden
Oberflächen in Kontakt gebracht. Hier nutzt man neben der Viskositätserhöhung
die Volumensvergrößerung aus. Ein mit der erfindungsgemäßen
Reinigeremulsion hergestellter Schaum zeigt ein
honigartiges Verhalten, so daß die zu reinigende und zu benetzende
Fläche einen geschlossenen Reinigerfilm während der Einwirkungszeit
behält.
Von großem Vorteil ist dabei der Verzicht auf jegliche Lösungsmittel
in dem erfindungsgemäßen Reinigersystem.
Als Aminoxide werden vorteilhafterweise Alkyldimethylaminoxide
eingesetzt, die eine Kohlenstoffzahl von C8 bis C18 aufweisen.
Von besonderer Wirksamkeit ist eine Reinigeremulsion, die 3 bis
12 Gew.-% Glycerinölsäureester bzw. Ölsäure, 2 bis 5 Gew.-% Umsetzungsprodukt
eines mit 15 bis 25 Moläquivalenten Ethylenoxid
ethoxylierten Glycerinricinolsäureesters mit Ölsäure, 3 bis
25 Gew.-% Myristyldimethylaminoxid, 10 bis 25 Gew.-% Natriumbutylmonoglykolsulfat,
5 bis 30 Gew.-% wäßrige Alkalihydroxidlösung,
2 bis 6 Gew.-% Diethylentriaminpenta-(methylenphosphonsäure-)natriumsalz
und Rest Wasser enthält.
Die Reinigeremulsion wird zweckmäßigerweise hergestellt, indem
man zunächst den Glycerinölsäureester bzw. die ölsäure mit dem
erfindungsgemäßen Emulgator vermischt (Lösung a). Die weiteren
Bestandteile werden unter schnellem Rühren gelöst (Phase b).
Danach wird die Lösung a unter ständigem Rühren in die Phase b
eingearbeitet und für weitere 10 bis 180 Minuten gerührt, bis
die Mischung klar ist. Ein leichtes Erwärmen auf 40 bis 80 °C
vor allen Dingen beim Einsatz des Glycerinölsäureesters
verkürzt die Zeit bis zum klaren Aussehen erheblich.
Mit folgender erfindungsgemäßer Reinigeremulsion
wird eine Gebrauchslösung hergestellt.

Die so hergestellte Lösung hat eine Viskosität von rund
12 mPa·s. Wird diese Lösung mit Wasser auf die entsprechende
Gebrauchslösung verdünnt, erhöht sich die Viskosität sprunghaft
und die Lösung weist dabei bei ihrem Einsatz zur Reinigung
einer vertikalen Oberfläche eine Viskosität von rund 800 bis
1200 mPa·s auf. Dies bedeutet eine erhebliche Ablaufverzögerung
im Vergleich zu Wasser bzw. Lösungen mit ähnlicher Viskosität.
Anhand des folgenden Beispiels soll dieses Verhalten näher erläutert
werden.
Auf einer glatten glasierten Fliese werden unter Zuhilfenahme
eines mit Einkerbungen versehenen Rakels verschiedene Schichtdicken
aufgetragen und das Ablaufverhalten überprüft. Es werden
Schichtdicken von 25, 50, 100, 150 und 200 µm aufgetragen und
ihr Ablaufverhalten beobachtet. Ein System mit einer Viskosität
von Wasser verläuft selbst bei einer Schichtdicke von 25 µm sofort.
Die überprüften alkalischen Reiniger zeigen in einer
Konzentration von > 5 % (visko-elastischer Konzentrationsbereich)
bei einer Schichtdicke von 100 bis 150 µm auch nach
15 Minuten eine geschlossene Gelschicht, die noch nicht verläuft.
Bei den 5 %igen Verdünnungen, die ein viskoses Verhalten
zeigen, ist bei 25 bis 50 µm nach 15 Minuten eine geschlossene
Gelschicht zu beobachten.
Claims (4)
- Niedrigviskose alkalische Reinigeremulsion, enthaltend 1 bis 25 Gew.-% Glycerinölsäureester oder ölsäure, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% eines nichtionogenen Emulgators, 3 bis 30 Gew.-% eines Aminoxids, 1 bis 30 Gew.-% eines Hydrotrops, 5 bis 80 Gew.-% wäßrige Alkalihydroxidlösung, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% eines Komplexbildners und Wasser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Emulgator das Umsetzungsprodukt eines ethoxylierten Glycerinricinolsäureesters mit ölsäure enthält.
- Reinigeremulsion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Glycerinricinolsäureester mit 10 bis 30 Moläquivalenten ethoxyliert ist.
- Reinigeremulsion nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Glycerinricinolsäureester mit 15 bis 25 Moläquivalenten ethoxyliert ist.
- Reinigeremulsion nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, enthaltend 3 bis 12 Gew.-% Glycerinölsäureester bzw. ölsäure, 2 bis 5 Gew.-% Umsetzungsprodukt eines mit 15 bis 25 Moläquivalenten Ethylenoxid ethoxylierten Glycerinricinolsäureesters mit Ölsäure, 3 bis 25 Gew.-% Myristyldimethylaminoxid, 10 bis 25 Gew.-% Natriumbutylmonoglykolsulfat, 5 bis 30 Gew.-% wäßrige Alkalihydroxidlösung, 2 bis 6 Gew.-% Diethylentriaminpenta-(methylenphosphonsäure-)natriumsalz und Rest Wasser.
